I have tried calling due to the fact that I can no longer sign into my account. None of the numbers that were provided are no longer working. Is anyone else having this problem?
We signed up in July 2023 and were told that we had 2 free trips that we were able to use immediately due to we financed the entire amount. I received a call on 7/28/23 to set up the account from the Customer Service Agent. Just recently we received our first bill and made a payment. I tried calling and leaving emails we no response for the past 2 weeks. When I called yesterday the number has been disconnected.
Claimed loss: We are in debt now with a credit card bill of 3,000
Desired outcome: That we do not have to pay for services that we can not use.
