VIP Loan Shop review: loan 1

I have tried to talk to VIP LOAN over the phone, now by email to no avail. How or why did you put 300.00 in our account. We did not made a loan to vip loans shop. My husband have never used a computer and I wouldn't have made a loan for 300.00 to pay back an undisclosed amount of interests. We don't know how they obtained our account information. It is not fair to steal from our account and not have authorization for the loan.
I know we did not under any circumstances make a loan with vip loan. This was my first time seeing the name on my bank statement.
This has caused me stress and fear beyond my control. I asked them for a copy of the application and things got rude. They wanted my SSN: and email, my husband SSN: I said don't you already have that information you made a 300.00 dollar loan to us and deposited it in our account. I closed my account and told them that I don't want their money but they took 270.00 dollars before we could close the account. I knew it was a scam we would never agree to borrowing that unless we could pay it all back at once.
I want to see the loan information but they haven't sent it yet. I don't want them taking advantage of anyone else. Please leave us alone. Stop taking people information and scamming them. It's truly an invasion. Let me stress this again. We did not make a loan for 300.00 from a company called vip loan shop. It appeared in my account at the bank. All they are doing is taking advantage and stealing. The clerk I talked to was very rude so was the clerk my husband talk to they didn't want to hear what, we were saying.
