Last March, I tried to book a vacation for my family and my autistic son. I discussed booking details with a representative who took my family's name and DOB. At the end of the conversation, we agreed that I would call back to confirm the dates and hotel since we could not get the dates and hotel we originally wanted.After discussing with my wife we decided that the time frame was too narrow and left it at that. Apparently they had made a confirmation without notifying me and followed u[ with a phone call letting me know that I had to pay a cancellation fee of 200 dollars. I spoke to two of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life and after they insulted me, pretty much let me know that either I paid or I would love the 500 dollars I already sunk into this mistake.
I am very disgusted and feel abused. It is amazing that such companies are allowed to operate in our country
