Last March, I tried to book a vacation for my family and my autistic son. I discussed booking details with a representative who took my family's name and DOB. At the end of the conversation, we agreed that I would call back to confirm the dates and hotel since we could not get the dates and hotel we originally wanted. After discussing with my wife we decided...

We were also scammed. Presenter of "Endless Travel" stated no astericks in getting the free cruise, 1 week free car rental and 2 roundtrip airline tickets. What fools we were. Spent $5, 000 to join and it has been a total joke - shame on us! Sent in money to get the above items. Was sent back because we didn't send certified mail - even though they date stamped our request. Then sent in forms, for the above items and cannot get a response! Phones are constantly busy, many times it states to leave a message then it hangs up, forget emailing because no-one has ever returned my email.
Advised Endless Travel. They stated this is a 3rd party that is hired to do the above. Advised them that they are getting a TERRIBLE REPUTATION because of the 3rd party they hired. They say they hear it all the time and can't do anything about it.
Am going to request our deposits totallying $250. Doubt if I get anywhere. Am also going to file with Attorney General and really feel like contacting the newspapers! It's a scam - take time to check out things like this being offered.

I have tried to call the company but they don't answer their phones
We sat in on a seminar to join a vacation club. My husband and I choose not to purchase into this club. However, we were awarded a trip on a cruiseline and 2 free plane tickets for sitting in on the seminar. In order to receive these products we were instructed to send 2 cashier checks by a certain date. One was for $99.00 for the cruise and the other one...

I wished I had read these complaints sooner because it would have saved me $175 of fees. I was told to send in the REFUNDABLE fees in order to start the paper work for my trip to carribean for 7 day cruise and two round trip airfares to any where in the US. I did not send them the form by certified mail and therefore my contract was voided. But they promise to send me the refundable fees and never did. I called them many times and was successful only on the first call. After that, they never answer my call or it was always busy. I will never see my fees of $175. What a SCAM. Someone needs to do something to them and stop them from hurting other people. There are too many stories similar to mine posted here.
I would like to remove my comment about VIP travel being a SCAM. I have received my refundable deposits. I still feel that the certified mail being thrown into the voucher was a cheap trick to get themselves off the contract. This is the way VIP travel can get out of honoring the contract in th event that people do not become members. How many people actually sent via certified mail. Also, what is the purpose of the certified mail. If they truly want to honor the voucher, then they would have returned the contract in time for people to resend via certified mail instead of waiting until it expires. the bottom line is that they recieved the voucher and deposits, so they should have honored it. This is no way to earn my business in the future. Still glad i got my money back, lesson learned, stay away from these free gifts.

Travel Certificates
Just taking a moment to write a little note of my experience. Was given a 7 night cruise offer and a certificate good for two round trip airline tickets that were not guaranteed but "could" be used together. I went in to this not expecting anything as I had heard both good and bad and the assurance that my deposits were refundable. What do you know... I screwed up off the bat. Missed the part where it said certified mail. So I called and gave my best grovel act, to no avail... So, I called the people that offered us the promotion and they were okay, they provided us with two new certificates to try again. This time around (with a little less faith) we read and reread everything and sent our stuff in and SCORE! shortly there after we received our "welcome package."
I requested two dates and two cruise ports to coincide with the airfare certificate, the first date came back not available (losing more faith), so we waited. Finally 33 days before our second requested date i received a call from Jessica stating my cruise was available and offered two choices for Southern or Eastern Caribbean I think out of Ft. Lauderdale on Carnival; Ports of call included were St. Marten, St. Lucia, and St. Kitts or Nassau, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk. I said well what about my air she said that she just did the cruise portion and that I would hear separate about my air, but that they weren't guaranteed, so, we wait. Two days later Alexa in the airfare department called and offered our air to Ft. Lauderdale. Okay so we are getting some where! So she double checked with Jessica and the cruise was still good, however, in order to book the air and it coincide with the cruise she had to get us in their the day before our cruise was scheduled. We were flexible so that worked out, and Alexa also booked us one night hotel stay for that extra and Jessica got us booked on the cruise that included Nassau. All seemed to work out okay although through out it seemed unorganized to me, apparently it works well for them.

I agree with those complaints. I have the same situation which I called and no answer, I tried couple times and can get in touch with customer services however they said they are busy and will call me back, but they never called back. This is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
7 day cruis/ Air for 2 certificates
I recently got 2 certificate from a local time share company, PDI, for a 7 day cruise and 2 airline tickets that can or cannot be used with the cruise. The presentation was almost three hours and we did not buy in to it, but we did leave with the gifts in hand. Upon reading the certificates we were faced with sending in the certificates by certified mail...

We attended the 90 minute presentation and did receive the free gifts at the end. Upon reading all of the terms and conditions attached to them I decided to do a little checking on the company that we were supposed to send the refundable deposit. After researching the company on the Better Business Bureau website we will not be sending them any money. You...

offered complimentary gift for 2 through another co. for taking a tour...$$ were sent as directed (would only accept MO or cashier's check)...came back voided as it was not sent "certified" mail as in only 1 place in terms...in fine print, not highlighted. Seems to us to be a very good chance for most people to overlook... we are very displeased and will let the sponsoring co. know so..

Too bad I didn't check on this groups reputation before getting caught up in the excitement. Evidently, this is a 'front' organizaion that sometimes shifty sales operations use as a shill - offering "free" trips and travel - thus distancing the actual sales people/company from complaints. VIP's very financial existance seems to depend upon "returnable fees" they collect by default, when an unwary consumer doesn't pay (in excrutional detail) ones complete attention in executing a myriad of specific complex instructions (only gained from several different sources) in order to gain meager (at best) lodgings "for free". Close examination will reveal the host establishments to be of no better quality than a "Comfort Inn" ($80 night average) after paying app. $35 in various fees/certified mail/taxes. What's more...the place can be over 10 miles from your chosen destination, forcing a car rental at best. And lastly, the consumer can never definitavely decide exactly where we go, or exactly when it will be withing any reasonable frame.
Thier real hope and business achievement goal is that we just 'blow it' somehow (oops, you didn't _____ - fill in the blank) and they can send your coupon (hard earned after an hour spent on info you only need 5 mins. to evaluate) stamped "VOID" back to you...thus, you've sat through a sales pitch spending only your time and not their money.
Shame...
The original message warning folks to steer clear of this group still stands. This is not a forum in which to argue. It's one of experiences dealing with rip-off companies, NOT promises from companies or company representatives. My first comment stands as it is for those that desire information of our experience.
Congrats to the VIP Travel Inc. rep. in pointing out the type-o “excruciating” for me - two times - in your response, and thanks again for doing it even once more (at nauseating length) during your rather curt and unpleasant phone call this morning. At the time of the phone call, we were vacationing in a WONDERFUL SPA SUITE on the Oregon Coast at a time when WE wanted to do it (these are two important prerequisites for a “nice holiday weekend” - by the way). That being said, there IS a chance that whilst pouring over 3 “free” offers unloaded all over my desk, certification is something that was overlooked (oopsy again :) - blush, silly me) for this one. Actually, we shredded the 2 night “free offer” due to the cost of it (no matter what you say, it’s NOT free) vs. the ‘promised’ facilities described, plus the fact that the location could be 10 miles off the target city - with the target not ever identified until it‘s practically time to leave - whenever that would be. I do, however, stand by my own personal reflections written on the way you do business having experienced it first hand - from initial receipt all the way through right now! The fact is that if VIP REALLY wanted to help at all, there would be step by step instructions on how to successfully fill out and send in the materials instead of the ‘go fish’ approach smugly delivered as it was. Mucho thanks for eagerness in sending me back the pages and pages of VIP TRAVEL INC’S ridiculous sets of “terms and conditions”, but no need to worry, because THERE IS NO MORE CONFUSION since I’ve been gratefully relieved of doing any more business with VIP Travel Inc. Also, really, the last thing we ever want to do is hear from you again so I’ll relieve you of your $.44 burden and we’ll be on our way. We’ve also taken notes on affiliate hotels to avoid. Obviously, we’re not alone in this experience either.

P.S. There is supposed to be a period after “Mr” at the heading of a letter.
No matter how they spin it THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I followed all the instructions regarding certified mail, money order, etc...still they found some excuse to not honor the dates I wanted to travel. After 2-3 times of sending the forms back and requesting new dates I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Never heard anything from them and never received a refund. I don't have time to deal with these folks that rob people of their hard earned money so I never pursued further. However after reading their complaint rebuttals I just couldn't stay silent. Don't blame people for not following your silly instructions when your company has no intention of fulfilling any promises. As for the positive testimonials--you probably wrote them yourselves! Karma is a ###!
I got 2 certificates one for a 7 night cruise and 1 for airfare that could be used together. The first time I screwed it up and I didn't sent them in certified mail and tried my hardest, begged, pleaded, threatened, everything and they wouldn't take it, it was void. I went back to the people I got it from they gave me new ones, I sent them in and the first date was not available but the second was. They booked my air to Ft. Lauderdale, the booked my cruise to Nassau, St Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk, and they booked me an extra night in Ft. Lauderdale before my cruise at a good rate. So, it isn't a scam they will book you but I can vouch for it when you say yes, YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
We didn't check on them before and maybe thats why we are ahead now! I had 2 certificates 1 for air line tickets and the other for a 7 day cruise. I opted to use them separately. My tickets are booked for the end of March to Indianapolis and cost me all taxes and fees right at 1/3 of what I'm used to. My cruise I requested for September out of my local port, Port Canaveral. I'm a local and got my certificate from PDI and so far most everything has seemed very reasonable and has worked good.
Sounds like you should have better followed the rules, I had no problem! I Had certificates one for a car for 7 days and one for air line tickets for 2 adults. I've used the car last month and my air is officially booked for March. I'm pretty happy with all of it, all I can say, is ya, follow the rules, they can be kinda hard to get a hold of, and you'll get further if ya just call back rather then leave a message. Those are my tips to anyone having trouble cause both my certificates did work out well for me.
I have 2, well had, what they call enjoy certificates. They were both good for a 2 night hotel stay. They did have 12 or 13 terms but they seemed pretty clear. I got to use both of them in the past few months, 1 in Las Vegas and actually got a third night free, and the other I used a week or so ago in Gatlinburg to see the season change, it was so pretty. All I had to pay were my hotel taxes at the property. The first one I got my $50 deposit back about 9 weeks after we traveled and I just sent in my receipt from the hotel on the second one. If I get the chance to use VIP again I will.
lisabeau01: You are 100% correct on all accounts, and I do appriciate your comments. The point is never to argue, you are right, merely the while of course we can not please everyone, the majority of complaints here are people who didn't follow the terms and conditions, and if gone unanswered, it is left with only one side of the story and the general public thinking it is VIP Travels fault that customer A didn't follow # whatever... To address your concern, of all of our complaints compared to active travelers we it equals .03%. We do travel hundreds of happy travelers a month, and yes the only thing we stress is that we do go by the terms and conditions very strictly. If you have any specific questions feel free to contact us at [protected] opt 6 and we would be happy to clear those up for you.
I got some of these things from a presentation at Delrey Travel in Valencia. I have been doing research on the company, trying to decided whether i should send them in or not. I haven't made up my mind. It seems like most of the complaints are from people who didn't follow a rule or something. But then some are from people who did follow all the rules and still haven't got anything. But there are quite a few who did travel and are happy. I just don't know what to do. After reading your story and all the back and forth i just had to comment. A: that is a really crappy unprofessional letter and should be fixed if you want anyone to take you seriously. B:You shouldn't argue with your customers on a mesage board, call them if you want to tell them something. C: James57 you don't have any right to be mad at them, your reminded me of a little kid who messed up and wants to find someone else to blame for it. Like i would tell my husband when he goofs something "Man up and take responsability" It's like walking into Walmart with a coupon to use towards something that is already on sale and getting up to the counter with it. You hand it to the clerk excited about the great deal your getting and then they hand it back and say sorry it's expired. Are you gonna yell at them because you didn't notice it was expired? Same principle.
Again James, I am sorry you feel the way you do. And I am glad you enjoyed your recent vacation. Yes, I called as I don't feel a complaint board is an appropriate way to actually handle a situation, especially one with seemingly this much confusion on the customer's end. Which leads me to my next question, are we talking about the same things, you didn't have a free 2 night stay, you chose the cruise, and there most definitely are, "step by step instructions on how to successfully fill out and send in the materials instead of the ‘go fish’ approach smugly delivered as it was, " as it states: PLEASE COMPLETE THE ACTIVATION FORM AND MAIL IT BY CERTIFIED MAIL TO THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW. PLEASE INCLUDE THE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50.00 IN THE FORM OF A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER CHECK ONLY." (copied directly from Mr. Ragsdale's certificate) That is also, the VERY first line on the page, the very first two sentences of #1. and the ONLY other thing you have to do is fill in your name address and telephone #, I'm not sure where the " 'go fish' " approach came in to play.
And you say you are relieving us of the $.44 burden? Did you not received all of your stuff back per a breach of the terms and conditions? You should have, that was sent out of our office on 5/20/10.
I do hope this clarifies completely, as I'm not sure where the hotel stay comes in to play either.
Mr Ragsdale,
I do apologize that you feel the way you do, however, I would like to say that it would be impossible, especially in your case, for VIP's "very financial existence to depend upon "returnable fees" they collect by default, when an unwary consumer doesn't pay (in excrutional detail) ones complete attention in executing a myriad of specific complex instructions, " because we returned the money you sent exactly how you sent it to us, also spending $.44 to do so and not receiving anything as you did not follow the terms and conditions (not sure what excrutional means). Anyhow, I did pull up where we scan all of your paperwork into your file and see where, no, in fact your certificate was not sent in by certified mail per the first sentence of #1 of the terms and conditions, but also you sent a personal check (also #1). Unfortunately we are unable to accept personal checks any longer as more often then not personal checks are returned NSF and then our bank charges us a $35 returned check fee, very similar to why many businesses will no longer accept personal checks, they are simply, unreliable. I do have copies of your envelope showing they are not certified mail, as well as copies of all your terms and conditions and other information if you would like me to forward that to you, I didn't feel it appropriate to post it here. I did however, just receive an email from your wife as well and will respond to that shortly. I will probably also follow up with a phone call. Hope this helps clear up any confusion, and you have a nice holiday weekend.
Scam, Scam, Scam
Company is a scam! If you book through this company after reading all of these warnings...then suffer!

This was my first time ever working with VIP Travel. I got their certificate from going to a travel club presentation. The presentation was longer than promised, but they gave me the hotel certificate which came with a 2 night stay, a $30 dinner card, and a $100 gas rebate card, and a "bonus" weeks car rental. When I got my paperwork it came with a list of probably 30 "friendly suggestions" of places to travel, I pick 2 of those and 2 dates, I got my first city and date requested, and my confirmation came with the dinner card and the rebate card. The hotel was nice, not the ritz, but nice and the rates on the door were $129 per night and hotels.com said it was a 3 1/2 star property, so not bad. The dinner card we used during our stay at Long horn steak house and had no problem with that. And the only thing we paid was the taxes of $15.48 per night. I did use my car at the same time but only for 5 of my 7 days and my total taxes and fees for that were $58. When we got back we had to send our receipt from the hotel and enterprise to VIP by certified mail. And we did just get our refund a little over 7 weeks later, and they told us it would be 6 - 8 weeks. The gas card was the only hiccup, it's not actually through VIP they just send it out, it's through a company online, that you have to renew a magazine subscription or take a survey or something and then the gas comes back in $10 increments. Any how, I gave that to my little sister, she loves to sign up for stuff and has time to keep up with it. All in all I had a good experience with VIP travel and would do it again!

I booked a trip with them, they called me around 30 days before i was supposed to travel and let me know what air tickets they found, i told them that was fine, paid them my taxes and they sent me my airline info. No problems, i'll travel with them again
VIP sent me from Charleston SC to Boston Ma on roundtrip airfare so i go see my grandbaby be born. Thank you soooo much VIP!
We have 2 checks for $100 and $50 to spend on trip. But their customer service is awful, we can't contact them because phone line always busy!
I am soooo disappointed with VIP! What a scam. We tried booking our "FREE" cruise and airline with them. They had so many fees that the cruise was costing more than the cruise we booked ourselves last year on the Royal Caribbean Oasis on the 12th deck with balcony. What horrible joke. I asked them to return my $175 deposit. I sent a certified letter with that request. Still no money and no answer from them.
I have to remember what I was taught when I was young. "Nothing is ever free" and " If its too good to be true it's not true". What a stupid scam.

It finally ended up working very well. I got 2 certificates one for a 7 night cruise and 1 for airfare that could be used together. I agree with all of you and am too really hoping for an awesome vacation as well! I agree, and ya they gave me just at 30 days notice to so I'm guessing thats about standard. I had 2 certificates 1 for air line tickets and the other for a 7 day cruise. I tend to agree, although I didn't have hotel, I had 2 certificates, one for a car for 7 days and one for air line tickets for 2 adults. Advertising Scam
I've attended to the one of VIP Travel Reservations presentations and received a FLY USA (free 2 airline tickets certificate and free car rental certificate). Certificates were issued on 10/04/09. I mailed both certificates to the VIP Travel on 10/13/09 and call them on 10/20/2009 and they confirm that they received everything. Representative assured me that it will take no longer than 7 days to process the documentation and mail me the reservation forms. On November 20th i received the cancelation letter stating that “certificate was void because i did not send it by certified mail” It looks like they are using any scam to attract people to their presentations.
Ya it was number 1 on mine, I got 2 certificates one for a 7 night cruise and 1 for airfare that could be used together. The first time I screwed it up and I didn't sent them in certified mail and tried my hardest, begged, pleaded, threatened, everything and they wouldn't take it, it was void. So far everything is as described.
Did you try and get a new certificate? a couple that went with us sent theirs in not certified and the company we got it from replaced it for em. Mr. Nudel... while I can see where you would be frustrated as I would be too, as it was a great deal, you probably should be posting a complaint against yourself as you are the one of fault here, just sayin. I had the two airline tickets, I didn't get the car rental the company offered because I guess that was only if you responded in a specified amount of time. oh well, I sent my stuff in, (yes it was by certified mail) they sent me 3 green sheets, one was the travel request form, I filled it out and sent it back. It asked for two dates and destinations, but I really only wanted one but i called and they said this was okay but it would be based on availability. Alexia called me yesterday and offered it to me, it cost me $166 and I got exactly what we needed. I called today just to be sure and it is all booked. Just waiting on my confirmation and the $75 gift card that came with it now.
It didn't seem like an advertising scam to me, while yes, the terms and conditions seemed a little overwhelming, but it your careful apparently, I think it went good. I had their Fly USA certificate as well as a 7 day car rental and it cost us $131 for the air and $59 for the car. We also paid an additional $23 to upgrade our car rental. It all seemed to work very well for us for our trip to Portland to see our grand kids.
I have 2, well had, what they call enjoy certificates. They were both good for a 2 night hotel stay. I got to use both of them in the past few months, 1 in Las Vegas and actually got a third night free, and the other I used a week or so ago in Gatlinburg to see the season change, it was so pretty. If I get the chance to use VIP again I will.
Mr. McDonald and Ms. Fergusen (and daughter), it was a pleasure working with you both, I'm glad everything worked out as hoped. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
Catywht: I didn't have the pleasure of working with you, but this is definitely the feedback I love to hear. And if we can be of any assistance in the future, let me know.
I was very skeptical about the "free" offer from VIP, I didn't receive the FLY USA but rather a World Class something, i don't know it was a hotel stay and a car rental. But after giving it a try they exceeded my expectations. They got me booked in the area I was looking for for my daughters graduation and got me the car rental at the same time to get there. From my deposits I was due back a refund of $34 which we received last week as promised. So all in all I have nothing bad to say. Thanks VIP
I used 'em, and I had 3 different certificates, 2 of which said they had to be sent certified and 1 for the hotel that didn't. I sent all of em together in the same envelope but, yes I used certified mail, and they accepted all of em. The only ones I've used so far are the ones for the car rental and the hotel, which worked fine. The car cost me $46 and I got the rest of my $75 that I had sent initially back. And the hotel was free, I paid the tax at the hotel, which for the 2 nights was $18.46 and they sent me back my $50 for that too. I've sent my request in for the air fare but it's not until August so they tell me I wont hear anything until June or July which is okay too. So far so good, and I feel I've already gotten my money and time's worth so anything else at this point is just a plus. I'd recommend em.
I got the 2 airline tickets from them with a gas certificate... I've used the air, I haven't used the gas yet so we'll see. But VIP was very helpful and accomodating and I hope to work with them again.
Awful place
Visited and toured time share in williamsburg, va in 2008. Was promised a certificate good for a 2 night stay in a hotel. Had to send $75 to use this certificate. the $75 would be refunded when I used the 2 night stay cert. They make you send a paper of 1st and 2nd choice of places you want to stay in advance of going.Have done it 2 times and each time they say no rooms avail. Am tired of this game .It is just a way to steal peoples money. Also received gas voucher for traveling to Williamsburg. $100 worth. Mine wasn't for a hotel stay, but it didn't seem like an awful place, so far I've receive everything as promised.
My certificates required 3 choices on one and 2 on the other on one I got my first choice and the other I got my second. We had one for a car for 7 days and one for air line tickets for 2 adults. I've used the car last month and my air is officially booked for March. I'm pretty happy with all of it, all I can say, is ya, follow the rules, they can be kinda hard to get a hold of, and you'll get further if ya just call back rather then leave a message. Those are my tips to anyone having trouble cause both my certificates did work out for me.
I had the World Class Retreat promo, which included 2 nights hotel, a dinner card and a gas rebate certificate. I stayed at the Crown Plaza in New Orleans, it was a great hotel in a great locating right on Bourbon St. we had a Blast, I love this town, its a great place to live and visit! We got the dinner card and gas thing with our confirmation the dinner card we used at Olive Garden and it was just like a dinner card you would get as a gift, and the gas rebate is just that, it is through a different company though that is not VIP somebody promotions or something, I sent it in and I've gotten 2 rebates for $20 so far. some ups and downs but all in all a good experience.
I didn't find VIP to be an awful place, and my deposit wasn't $75, but $50 each, I have 2, well had, what they call enjoy certificates. They were both good for a 2 night hotel stay. I got to use both of them in the past few months, 1 in Las Vegas and actually got a third night free, and the other I used a week or so ago in Gatlinburg to see the season change, it was so pretty. All I had to pay were my hotel taxes at the property. The first one I got my $50 deposit back about 9 weeks after we traveled and I just sent in my receipt from the hotel on the second one. If I get the chance to use VIP again I will.
Ms. Ferguson and catywht: thank you so much for your nice comments. I am glad your travel was a success, and a little late, but catywht congratulations on your daughter's graduation.
I didn't find VIP travel to be an awful place at all. Now I must admit I was very skeptical about the "free" offer from VIP, but after giving it a try they exceeded my expectations. They got me booked in the area I was looking for for my daughters graduation and got me the car rental at the same time to get there. From my deposits I was due back a refund of $34 which we received last week as promised. So all in all I have nothing bad to say. Thanks VIP
I have or had three certificates with vip: air tickets, car rental, and 2 night motel. I feel I've gotten more than my time and monies worth so I'd go ahead and put something credible about these people. So far they coordinated our car and the motel stay for the same time this spring, getting us 3 more nights in the motel at a reasonable rate and upgrading our car to a standard size cheaper than I could have myself. My air I didn't request till August and wont hear for a bit yet, but feel they have already done a lot for me.
Victoria, I do apologize if you had a bad experience, however, I am unable to look up your file with simply your first name in the United States. We would be happy to work with you but would need more information on your file.
This was my first time ever working with vip, and I got their certificate from going to a travel club presentation. The presentation was longer than promised, but they gave me the hotel certificate which came with a 2 night stay, a $30 dinner card, and a $100 gas rebate card. When we got back we had to send our receipt from the hotel to VIP by certified mail. And we did just get our refund a little over 7 weeks later, and they told us it would be 6 - 8 weeks. The gas card was the only problem, it's not actually through VIP they just send it out, it's through a company online, that you have to renew a magazine subscription or take a survey or something and then the gas comes back in $10 increments. Any how, I gave that to my little sister, she loves to sign up for stuff and has time to keep up with it. All in all I had a good experience with VIP travel and would do it again!
I don't agree with you at all! I didn't get a gas anything so I'm not sure about that, but they got me everything I was promised! I was very happy with my experience from VIP travel! I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and these people get a bad rap cause I'm sure they can't please everyone. But they have a hard job, and seem to me are very good at what they do! I hope to use them again in the near future, economy permitting!
Scam and fraud
We were sent a post card indicating a 2 free airline tickets and a one week free car rental for attending a no obligation 90 minute sales presentation. We attended and opted not to buy into their vacation club. We were given forms with details to obtain our free airline tickets and car rental. We mailed in the forms, only to get more forms and 14 rules and...
