The last response that we received from Vistana to our concerns was disappointing to say the least. They are still in denial of any wrongdoing despite our continuous plea to just be let go. We will not stop trying to get out of this because we were there, Ms. Livingston was not. We were the ones that dealt with all of the representatives and meetings personally, Ms. Livingston was
not. They continue to demand money despite the fact that we feel as though we have not received any value from the ownership that we are in. “The customer is always right…” but not with Vistana.
We feel certain that there is no way we are the only ones being treated this way based on the online reviews we have seen. We have reached out to the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General, and we have yet to gain any assistance. Vistana’s most recent response has even gone as far to say as they would not respond to us any longer! What a way to treat the same people you are begging for money from.
This is a horrible experience that we have been through, and it continues on. However, we will continue on as well.
