I have been a loyal customer and have had no issues paying advances back. I recently got a new bank account (at same bank) due to potential fraud. I immediately contacted Vola to update my bank info. I requested an advance a week ago and never received it. I found out they sent it to the closed account. I have sent a total of 25 emails over 4 days with ZERO response. I got one person on the phone and all he told me was I have an "active advance" and he can't cancel my account. I NEVER RECEIVED the money and have proof. Yet they charged my new account the $18.99 monthly fee to be able to take an advance. So I know they do actually have the right info, just sent the money to the wrong account. The person I spoke with stated he was the only person available to speak to, no supervisor, no finance dept, just one person for this large company. (SCAM). I want my account cancelled as I owe nothing and have no outstanding issues with Vola. This needs to be done before you charge me for the advance I didn't receive. Completely unprofessional and it makes me sick. I hope every person reads this before downloading and passes the word along.

Desired outcome: Refund my $18.99 and cancel my account and delete my info from any future contact. (ads, etc)
