I got watchindia.tv mainly because of SAB SONY and NDTV Good Times for the past 1 month they have been repeating the episodes and no live feed is being shown on SAB and SONY, NDTV Good times have been taken off without any notice. When I chatted(yeah they do not have a number to call) with the online support they say that they are working hand in hand with SAB and sony to fix the issue and this has been going on for the past month. They have not been able to give me an exact date when this will be fixed and I doubt that this issue would be fixed. They take off the channels without informing the customers.
Once you get the service you cannot call them for anything you have to chat with them and they behave as if they have more hits in a day than what google has.. The support is horrible and lousy they take so much time type in there message FRUSTATING.
When I asked them to cancel the service they said I will have to pay early termination fee even though I am terminating the service because they are not able to provide the channels I watch.. I had to request a dispute for the charge with my credit card company.

I was specifically told by the management team that i would get my tv box in 2nd half of May. Today its already 31st May 2011 and there is no sign of my tv box. I really think i am being cheated and tugged. they are too slow and dont give your tv box. the service and response suck... plus refund process is at snail pace. customer care reps dont have idea about anything. Please don't buy this product.
I ordered on May 31st and they immediately charged my credit card on the same day and told us that they will deliver 7-10 days. When asked for tracking # they told me 21 days. It has been 19 days and there is no tracking number only a barrage of emails. If you want to see a company who takes your money and does not deliver - this is it. They keep on sending emails with a lot of promises but not the actual delivery of the product.
Agree with you, having same problem. I am not going to continue when renewal comes.
I am having the same issue. We were primarily interested in SAB and its getting quite annoying now. Does not make sense to renew.
Absolutely right, horrible service and now they have stopped Sony and Sab tv also without even informing the subscribers. Above all they will charge the same amount of money even if the 2 main channels have been stopped. Their VOD service is pathetic. I am going to stop after my annual contract expires this year.
