I bought some floormats for my car and they did not fit so I sent them back. That was over a month ago and I am still woiting for them to credit my account. I ave called three times and they keep telling to wait 4 or 5 days and call back if I don't get it. When I bought the matts they wanted there money before I recieved them! Now I want my money back! Also they were no help when I told them they did not fit, I had to send pictures before they would send me a shipper! Now no money! Don't buy from them!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I placed an order on 12/01/10. $400 worth of floor mats. After 9 calls and a recording telling me the average wait time is 1 1/2 hours, I have given up. They charged my card, and I have no floor mats. I finally was able to talk to a human being and he told me they have had phone problems. For over a month? He was very reluctant to issue me a credit and finally he agreed to do so. I am stopping payment on my credit card anyway. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!
Customer Service is beyond horrible. Bought mats for my cars, received correct mats but incorrect colr and size anchor grommets. Call CS and spoke with someone dumber than a box of rocks! Insisted on speaking with the CS supervisor and he was the epitomy of rudeness and arrogance. After verbally beating him up, he finally agreed to send the correct mats and grommets and a return shipper label. The new mats fit just fine. I like the products but the stinking piece of ### CS manager will prevent me from recommending WeatherTech to anyone, much less do business with them again!
"The unmitigated arrogance of undeserved authority will prove to be single most terroristic threat ever posed to mankind..."
Bought front and rear mats for a 2011 Nissan Sentra. Delivery was fine, but the driver's side mat did NOT allow for the seat to move forward most of the way due to the lip on the rear of the mat. The passenger's side mat did not have the lip and thus that seat movement was not restricted. They would not admit there was a design defect, in fact the CS rep told me in an email that a friend had a Sentra with no issues...This is NOT customer service! I had sent photos clearly showing the problem and still they would not own up to the issue! I ended up cutting notches in both sides so the seat track would pass over the mat without interference. They offered to take the mats back, but bottom line was I WANTED them and the product itself seems fine...I asked about a partial credit, but that was ignored. Again, POOR customer service! This after I also ordered a trunk liner for the car! Unfortunately they seem to be the only game in town and so it goes...
Well, it seems as if the service issue continues. I just got off the phone with a CS rep at Weathertech and within the first 5 seconds of the conversation she seemed annoyed and short with me. I had no clue this was a regularly occurring encounter, mind you, so I brushed it off and continued with politeness on my end. When she asked for a zip code I gave her the shipping code and she couldn't find my information. Well, you would have thought I spit in her face when she realized it was not my billing code. I didn't appreciate the way she assumed I should know my "package order" was coming from different warehouses. She spoke to me as if I had asked her these questions 10 times already in the same conversation. If weathertech likes money they should probably not let their CS reps act like DMV agents.
After 3 weeks of placing my order and not received it I called customer service to find out my order was cancelled without notice or refund. The customer service representative did not have an explanation about the cancellation, I received a refund 3 days later. But I had to call them to let them know they have my money and I did not have my order. I tried to place a new order without success, they claim they can not send the order to the address provided.Don't bother to buy directly from WeatherTech.com.
I received this product as a Christmas present.I was assembling the Cupfone and noticed the that the screw was too short and then I noticed that the nut was full of plastic and wouldn't work anyway.
I have the WeatherTech rubber floor mats in my truck my heel has rubbed long holes through the mat on the driver side. The customer service department said that it is not covered under their lifetime warranty. $200. Crap
Weather tech promise is a perfect fit for the floor mats laser measured. I think you better have your laser measure re-calibrated because my 2022 diverse the floor mats fit lousy they’re flimsy paid over $500 for a pile of junk. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody I’ll never buy them again. they’re not worth 1/10 of what I paid for them.
