How can you send EMAIL WITH A NO-REPLY email address?
1) Custommer info:

2) Since I started with Webafrica I have not received a contract or documentation from Webafrica no contract.
3) Bad service
a) Since I started with web Africa no internet service
b) No Whatsup support. Go look on the whatsup chat.
c) No Livechat support. Go and look on livechat
d) Sales. Only for May did I call sales 13 times to try and get support, all the sales reps say, sorry they will escalate it every time and promise that there will be a callback. Only 2 call backs but only 1 ring.
e) Livechat. I have cancelled the line 3 times and on the 4 time after being hardegat I received reaction. On which a technical lady phoned at 6 o’clock to test the hardware.
i) She could not sort it out the first time. She called me back at 7 o’clock run more test and informed me that the modum was faulty.
How can I pay for service like that.
a) I hereby request all my money back for the time I paid for.
b) I request a cancelation letter from you. Dated 17 May 2023
