We are Wellcare Medicare members. While we have no comp0laint about their product and its delivery, their services are atrocious. Five times I have authorized that I have a full-time job and my husband is authorized to represent me, but they fail to record the authorization. So, each time, I have to physically present to have any conversation with them. Also, they issue out cards with errors and we have to spend hours to rectify them after going through their security process. They provide us with PCP details and more often than not, their database for PCP's is outdated. We have to spend hours looking for an available PCP. Their website does not work, and we cannot make changes or look up information without calling and spending hours going through the process. Their processes and negligence of recording customer information properly causes more harm than good.
