Westlake Financial Services review: Your financial billing statement

On 5/12/2020 We started making payment of 278,00 each month using Automated payments through my bank and in doing that left me with my bank statement showing proof that the car note has been payed as well as Westlake Financial billing statement that gave us the amount that was payed for that current month, the amount that is due for the following month, the full amount that is still left owed on the vehicle as well as the months that was left to have the vehicle fully paid off which was 7/ 26 / 2023.Now with Westlake Financial Billing Statement is what we went by for almost 4 years now is Stating that my payment of 278.29 was received on 7 /26 / 2023 \\n" You DO NOT HAVE ANY PAST DUE AT THIS TIME.\\n PAYMENTS DUE AT THIS TIME \\n YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY FUTURE PAYMENT DUES AT THIS TIME again is what we went by for almost 4 years now which hasn't failed us yet unless this WESTLAKE FINANCIAL BILL STATEMENTS HAS BEEN A LIE IN THE BEGINNING AND I HAVE TO GET FURTHER ASST CONCERNING THIS ISSUE! And why has Westlake Finiancial been continuing to take 278.29 out of my account which has put me in a somewhat Financial bind with a few over Draft Fees and a bad Christmas for my family going by your TRUE, HONEST AND WELL TRUSTED THE WESTLATE FINIANCIAL BILLING STATEMENTS that we have followed and went by and trusted for almost 4 years now.And not only that we should now have ownership of the car as my bank and my Bank Representative who's been continuing to help me sort out some of my Finiancal Issues seems to think so to going by Westlake Financial Billing Statement.
