On 6-1-2021 bought 4 new tires & installation from wheel works 1905 Tully Rd, San Jose, CA. 3 weeks later came back home from running errands & back passenger side tire was low on air. Left car parked in driveway for 2 days. Weekend. Brought car back to wheel works & all they did was put air in tire. Next day same. Low on air. Noticed rim on tire was bent enough to cause tire to lose air. Banged out rim & car is sitting in driveway waiting until after 4th of July weekend to bring car to another CSR repair shop for new rim. Wheel works besides being incompetent & not thorough. Has caused me to lose time & the enjoyment of being able to go watch the 4th of July fire works. In other words, wheel works has dampened my 4th of July holiday as well as caused me to have to go to a competitor to get a new rim. Causing me more inconvenience as well as losing business for wheel works. Last time, wheel works will see me as a customer. Besides, the negative press that that wheel works will get from me for the rest of my life. It is sad that wheel works has to operate this way. As well as they do not have the intelligence to realize that they are in business to provide service to their customers & that if they are not on top of their business then lives could be in jeopardy.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Terrible company. That is even sadder is that wheel works does not care about thru customers nor realize that if they make a mistake lives are at stake. If I had continued to drive the CAE with low air pressure, any one of a number of accidents could have happened, which could have been avoided if wheel works care about their customers in any way. So sad that wheel works has not realized that they are in a people business. As far as I am concerned, wheel works is just someone that I used to know. Will not put my life or the lives of others in jeopardy because of wheel works incompetence.
