I purchased from this company and was charged for the product. When I did not receive the product I called them to confirm shipping information. I still have not received my order so I tried the website and it is now suddenly missing! Imagine that!
This company is not reliable. Do not order from them. They do not respond when you order and tell you they're still looking for the product. They have nothing in stock and are only resellers who mark up products.

wheels and caps is just one of many websites owned by a company called LKQ, Inc based out of Nashville, TN. Their susidiaries, which include Keystone automotive, TransWheel Corp. and Coast International, just to name a few, help run these different websites. As a rule, most of the product is being shipped by warehouses owned by LKQ. Their biggest warehouses are in California, Illinois, Florida and North Carolina. Different management, different styles, different prices, but owned by one. That's the way they roll. They have plenty of merchandise in stock, with the exception of hard to find chrome or exotic parts. But speaking as a buyer and a supplier, they are your best bet to find what you are looking for.

Hi, This is Cheryl from LKQ, I am part of the team that manages the Wheels and Caps website. I believe there was a problem with the website being down for a short period of time in 2011. The problem has been corrected and the website has been up ever since. If you have a problem with receipt of your order, call our toll free number at [protected]. Our customer support will be happy to assist you. For out of stock items, we will look for the item for you. If we can't find it after five days, we notify you. It is a service we provide to our customers. We have had some customer support problems in the past but we have worked very hard to fix these problems. We now have a great customer support department who are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They will work with you to resolve any problem with an order that you may have.

Wheels and Caps is TERRIBLE. They sold us a bent rim and refused to allow us to return it. Paid for 2-day shipping and got it almost a week later. Called them within 2 days of receiving it and told them it was bent. Sent them a letter. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They still refused to refund our money. Car was unsafe to drive with the rim. Had to buy a new rim somewhere else. Stay clear of this company.
