Ordered fridge on 12/7 under order #526243 and was told 7-10 delivery. Fridge finally showed up on 12/27, attached receipt. Upon opening the box, it was found that the top of the door at the hinge was broken, our email attached contained the pictures. Attempted to contact Wine Enthusiast via phone their various 800 numbers but those are useless as there is an answering service that takes down your name, contact information and promises a response within 24 hours, which never happens. Their customer service 800 number actually directs you to send an email [protected]@wineenthusiast.net and allow 4 days to respond, which we did, attached, but you receive a standard response email, attached, directing you to the various delivery companies to follow up on your shipment status which doesn't do you any good when the product has already been delivered. Would not recommend anyone to do business with this company that I would want to remain friends with.
Desired outcome: Door replacement or refund and they can pick up fridge.
