I placed an order on 8/23/17 for 4 items, there are the (Winged eyeliner stamp waterproof makeup cosmetic black liquid eye liner pencil, 40 colors matte luminous eye shadow, Pro matte makeup face smooth primer base of base & makeup product primer concealer. today 9/01/17 I receive in the mail a package for a one small round single eye shadow that I didn't see on my order or placed and when I check my order its shows that my 4 items are still in shipping status and should arrive by 9/27/17, I am not sure why I received the item and need to know how to return it back without having to pay for it and would like to receive the correct items I did order and pay for,
jiemike shirts
I just received delivery of my order from Jiang kan jiemike..I ordered 2 shirts both size XL ... Tag on shirt reads Jamickiki...
First shirt is black with white trim and fits great.
Second shirt is all gray.. Different material and might qualify as a size small.
If I can exchange the solid gray shirt for another like the black (feels like a poly/cotton blend.) I'd be happy BUT the gray shirt is useless to me

On August 9 th, I ordered and paid for mens white shoes sz 9 1/2 $18.dollars for the shoes +$7dollars for the shipping fee for a total of $25. dollars. I still have not received them.I have several times tryed to request a refund with a response of ' once item is delivered no refund' along with 'maybe someone else received ur item for u' .I did not receive the shoes and no one else got them for me.Can somebody please help me I feel this is unfair to me that I already paid for something but never got it..Thank u for ur time
a usb pen I ordered
I had ordered A USB pen and three pairs of trousers from wish.com. I had followed the steps that they instructed me to do and I have not received a refund for both items. Also I could not find a UK phone number to contact them on. 1st with the trousers they asked me to provide a picture I did this. I was also told to go to the local post office as they may have received the USB memory pen. I did this and they have told me that they do not have it. I live in south wales Great Britain I should have received the item at the beginning of August. I have not received a refund for both these items and it is nearing the end of the 30 day return policy.

diabolical customer support
Customer service is appalling - cut and paste, don't care attitude. Don't read emails, just fends off frustrated inquiries with standard template responses. I'm going round and round in circles and get the same responses I got over two weeks ago each time I email. No phone number with people at the end, just a recorded message telling you to contact customer support by email. Aaaargh...
I urge people not to fall in the same problems as I am now I spent so much money on the Wish site all I got in turn was stress. Please people do not buy from WISH
not getting my order
It's been over almost 3 months and I have not received my order. I ordered a couple shirt so there would be two, I ordered a pair of rings, and two hats. And I still have not received them. I really needed them soon. It said two to three weeks but it's been way over. We haven't got any feed back on where and when it would be here. So I need to know ASAP. Thanks

unauthorized credit card charges
3 charges were just submitted to my bank, but my bank says the transactions took place in May. It says "D/C settlement Geek Order WI LOC [protected] CA" and that is all the information I have. The charges are for $25.10, $26, 10, and $47.00 for a total of $98.20. I have never purchased anything from this company and need information to get these charges removed from my account. My bank told me to contact the company first, but that seems to be impossible. I don't know what was ordered or the exact date. Just that they were charged to my credit card. My bank is American National Bank and I live in Royse City, Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas. I can give you my credit card number if it will help, but don't want to post it here. I need this resolved quickly.

I ordered 2 sets of yughio cards for my partner from lau forest I ordered 288 cards, and from gloria8 I ordered 320 cards. Every single one of these cards from both sellers is fake. My partner has been collecting these for years and We're both very upset with the amount of money that has been wasted. I would like a full refund due to being sold these under false circumstances.

clothing inaccurately sized and no support!
Their clothing is inaccurately sized, and their contact support option via the app never works. The option to add or take a photo will loop you back to your order details. So, I'm unable to request support for the issues I'm having. My advice for anyone is to not order clothing for yourself using this medium unless you intend on having to give it away and waste your money!

I bought some items on wish over a month plus now and am yet to recieved it even when I was sent a email it was delivered. I tried contacting the customer support with pictures and info of the transaction but all they keep doing is a back and forth email. I will really be grateful if my items be sent to me or a refund is made cos am running out of patience.

I have been waiting on my extensions for awhile. I got my car holder that I ordered. But not my extensions. My oder tracker said it was to be here Aug. 22nd, 2017. But my tracker through wish said it didn't show up until the 28th. I did not get a notice on my door that I missed a package. I sat home all day waiting for it. Nothing. I waited all the next day. Nothing. I finally contacted Wish Support they said it was delivered to my house i told them it wasnt and i didnt get a notice. Then they told me it was at my post office i went to post office they said they dont have it and they cant track it that its a UPS tracking #. I called UPS they said they can't track it because it's not their tracking number. Im pretty upset that it didn't get delivered and everyone is sending back and forth to find my box i ordered.
