People, don’t trust to the people from www.cccambox.com. I subscribed for them, but they changed the channels, prices and conditions. Also they were interested in money only. And when you contact them, they simply hung up on you or tell that they would return money. But all their promises and speeches were fakes and lies. Don’t subscribe for them and don’t trust. They deceive people.
I agree, the same happened to me with a lifetime subscription which worked for about 6 months and then nothing! No reply, no support, no fixes. A scam!
Big Scam! A paid lifetime and I lost my money! It stopped after 6 months. You open ticket, they never answer. A big scam !
Ok, after 2 times they replied and fixed the service. I don't know what to tell
Had lots of issues with cccambox, picture freeze, scrambled channels, I opened several tickets but they just close them with fixing anything.

stay away they get youre money and run just a bunch of scammers
You are thieves do not respond to emails do not repay. They are delinquents to be far away. Dismissed to the digital police

I've also a bad experience with this site. First month good service, but after 30 days no more service. No reaction on support tickets whatsoever, after 2 days the tickets are automatically closed by the ticket system.
I have contacted there billingservice for a full refund on cservice@bmtmicro.com
After sending screenshot from the (unanswered) support tickets they agreed to refund me.
So you know what to do.
Also bought lifetime subscription with a "no questions asked 60 days money back guarantee". Agree with review below: Sometimes no pictures at all. Bad quality, they close your requests without answering, then ask for reasons why you want money back and offer another service. Could never get a refund. What a scam avoid !
Scammers it's what they are been with them for nearly 1 years bought iptv and cccam with work for the first months then cccam stop send tickets after tickets and nothing 4months without service no response to tickets and closed them with no reply got iptv it's a bit better but still freezes and stops a lot if you buy cheap it's what's happen pay a bit more and get1st class service
Be very careful. I've also experienced the same blatant misinformation provided by this company. The refund policy is a disgrace, basically refusing to refund for anything you may have an issue with - mine was buffering (not my end, because I ended up using another provider with no problems).
I raised 2 cases to report this, only to be told the technical teams have reported no issues, with nothing from the technical teams to back this up. I still suffered from a service that at times was unusable.
Looks like I now have a battle on my hands to get my money back. I'm sure you don't need all this hassle, so steer clear.
I never review anything but feel I needed to warn the innocent consumer about this disgraceful supplier
They are rubbish, I waited 1 week for the clines, then they turned up and did not work and so 1 and half weeks later they are still not fixed.

Not recommended at all! It is a fraud. The image freezes every 30 seconds.
After two weeks reporting the issue and requesting the refund I have always received the same answers: "We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience please be patience it will be resolved soon in following days", "We are working on it. We will update you through mails".
If the invoice was issued by other company like BMT Micro, contact them to get the refund, it is the only way to get the money back...
I hope I can help someone not to make the same mistake.
