I joined the website www.classpass.com and their classes several weeks ago. But due to time conflict, I couldn’t visit all classes. I started to waste time and money, therefore I wasn’t so happy about it. I contacted the rep and told that I would like to change the time. I was upset that the staff refused to help me and the rep spoke in rude manner with me. I wasn’t satisfied with such attitude and help.
Why would there be a 15GBP fee for a missed class, if it is missed already and therefore cost me a class from my monthly subscription?

I complained this company. I started to use trial for 14 days and now they get 40+40+60aed money for different times because of late cancellation. I did not see any of rules. I just want to try it but they get my money without asking me.
I got charged 49.99 for a membership but I cancelled it out a month ago I no longer have the app either.
I used the class pass once when I went cycling at Soho cycling in Tampa but I haven't used it or went since due to my work schedule

The free trial is a scam. I cancelled my free trial but they did not even process my cancellation and they ended up charging me S$ 99. Even after continuously emailing to the customer service for 15 days, they are refusing to give a refund.
