I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service and technical support I've received concerning an issue with my XiaoMi 2K camera. The core issue stems from the discrepancy between the timestamps of the video footage and the file names on my Windows Explorer. This mismatch has hindered my ability to find and recover the required footage, defeating the purpose of the purchase.

Initially, I encountered issues transferring CCTV footage via the mobile app. Although I managed to transfer the SD card's content directly to my computer, the time stamp inconsistencies hampered my ability to find critical footage.

Upon my visit to your service centre on 14 Feb, the kind of support I received was almost non-existent. They simply directed me to call their hotline, where, after a lengthy conversation lasting nearly an hour explaining the challenges I faced with their product, I was again redirected back to the service centre on . This endless loop of referrals has been nothing short of exasperating, with xiami service and hotline unable to address the issue or even arrange a proper appointment for assistance at their service centre.

Upon calling their service centre before my second visit, one of their representatives gave me generic advice via WhatsApp by one of their representatives, instructing me to follow the time stamps within the video files themselves, which does not address the timestamp discrepancy. Additionally, the suggestion to transfer video footage from the app to the computer was provided without guidance on performing this task — a feature that's not even available on the app. That's why I downloaded it to the computer via an SD card.

After a week of waiting without any meaningful communication, I highlighted the severity of the situation, requesting the retrieval of the desired footage and a replacement for the faulty product. Again, my text was read with no reply.

Today, on 28 Mar, I am seeking an immediate resolution to the date and time discrepancy issue, and I expect a thorough explanation of this technical fault. Furthermore, I am owed a sincere apology for the unacceptable levels of customer service I experienced throughout this ordeal.

The loss of time and patience in resolving a seemingly simple issue is unacceptable, compromising my rights as a consumer. Prompt Resolution is vital for my home appliance use and to build trust in XiaoMi's customer support, especially if they plan to produce cars for the mass market.

Looking forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
