On 11th October this year I purchased from a Facebook ad the above item. I paid £16.33 for this item and today 23rd October I received a packet which seemed to be empty! When opened, there was a sticker which was of the musical Christmas tree and no ornament. There is no delivery note in the packet to know who to contact. There is a return address if undelivered, Y&G in Southall but many people say that this does not exist so I am very reluctant to return sticker to the address for a refund. Also, there is a customs & excise label on the back saying that the sticker is valued at $5 dollars... My PayPal shows seller as ZZRAYSCOLT. Please can you help me to locate these people so that I can get a full refund.

Complaints about this so called company. "ZZRAY. CO. LTD. and no one can get an answer from them but they must gave a purchasing agent some were

The same thing has happened to me. £15.45 for a sticker of a Christmas Tree! The original order said Christmas Tree but changed to a (very expensive) sticker on the confirmation. They had my money by then. What can I do please? These people shouldn't get away with this ripoff.

The same thing happened to me, I received the Christmas tree sticker today.There is no invoice or anything in the parcel.
I’m very disappointed .Would really like to have a refund although that seems unlikely.
Any help would be appreciate it.

Exact same has happened to me with same purchase. FB need to take responsibility.
