big boss 2 not telecasted
We were eagerly waiting to watch big boss 2 telugu which is supposed to be telecasted at 9pm indian time on star Maa..though the program heading showed big boss 2, son of satyaMurthy was telecasted.. no proper response from yupp chat..
Wats the point of having yupp when we cannot see the program we wanted to see..my indian friends could see the program on Maa..we could not...all the suspense about contestants gone..if its not resolved we all 150 members of our group using yupp are going to disconnect yupp..

Dear Team,
An amount of US $5.83 was cut without my consent. I am not interested and have not used any of their services till date. I immediately wrote back to refund the amount. The company wrote back with a Resolution Ticket No. 616536. As promised they did not respond in 24 Hrs.
Once again I sent another request mail. I have received no reply so far.
They are not responding to my mails also.
Thus, I request for your action for Yupp TV to immediately make reverse payment of US $ 5.83 and oblige.

unauthorized credit card transaction
Customer support person called and automatically converted to monthly subscription and charged for the rest of the month without my consent / authorization for credit card transaction.
This is fraud under US law and will file a Lawsuit against YUPPTV. Even after telling them this is fraud they were reluctant to refund the unauthorized charged completely.

yupptv not working properly always loading in 10 mbps speed
I am using LG (43lj550v) tv. Yupptv subscribed Nov 2017. From last 2 months too much loading on live tv's. I can't watch any programs. it's waste of money. kindly charge yupptv only working hours. it will be helpful for customers. very worst experience with yupptv now a days.

Oke, I do get why YouTube do it, they need they money feom somewhere to maintain servers.
But Yupp TV run adds on your app, every time you change channel.
No word for how angry I am about it. I pay so much more for all the channels and they do this. They just Lost me and a friend. Both gonna change to Lyca.

I've been with Yupptv for 4 years now, in which time i've setup countless friends and families. When their new console appeared with the frustrating 30 second adverts; every time I switched channels I was ready to leave. Initially, I distributed my 5 referral codes for the standard 30 day extra subscription to my friends and family. I was then upgraded to a retailer account and whilst you still only get 30 days extra as a retailer referral you can enable adverts to be turned off, all you have to do when buying online is enter my retailer code 0JBIV4 then contact Yupptv and ask to have the adverts disabled, its that simple! I've referred around 17 households so far and everyone is enjoying Yupptv without the adverts.

I have been using Yupptv quiet sometime and after the New Navigation support I am regularly had to get in touch with support.
Over the past 1 week I contacted Yupptv 6 or 7 times surprisingly I got the same answer from everyone

poor provision of service / yupp tv migration from lebara
It's a joke. Yes. It's a Joke. Lebara was a better provider than Yupp TV is. If I was Yupp TV, I would have kept Lebara Play and not migrated Lebara Play clients to Yupp TV.
Firstly, there is no guarantee for a refund. Secondly, the customer service staff do not always know what they are talking about.
Programmes are stuck. Buffering is crap even when viewing at 288p. Forget about watching in HD. My youtube videos load better in HD. No problem with my internet. It's just that Yupp TV does not have an algorithm that is best suited for IPTV.
Perhaps, when Yupp TV took over Lebara's customer base, they should have bloody taken over their technology and learnt something.
I am gonna close my account with Yupp TV. I am going with LYCA. If you do not recitify this, Yupp TV, you will face the same problem as in 2010 - bancruptcy and eventually shut down.

yupp tv not letting me sign in
When I sign it doesn't let me sign in. It says invalid credentials.
Then I went to customer service care chat on yupp tv.
They did not reply for half an hour so [censor] customer service.
Can you sort out your bad customer service and your stupid company yupp tv quickly sort it out now!
Even now I tried customer service chat and call and no one is replying you fools do something. I will sue your company if you do no fix up.

migration from lebara play
When my Lebara subscription was ended last year without asking me my husband subscribed YuppTV, after subscription we realised that the reception was very poor and takes longer to load the shows so I subscribed with LebaraPlay a month ago now they migrated to crap YuppTV again. Now I have two subscription and the same [censor], none of the shows loading properly, issues on the live tv, with the ads and stops suddenly for no reason.
I rang the customer service to cancel the subscription, they refused to cancel, that's ridiculous go have two subscription. I asked them put the call through to the manager or supervisor, they refused to do it. I refused to put my phone down too, after holding for more then 30 mins, someone spoke to me, saying floor supervisor, I'm sure definitely she's not because I heard the same voice.
Very poor customer service. They don't even want to listen to the customers. I'm very very disappointed. I loved Lebara Play, user friendly device, easy to navigate, never had any issue with loading the shows.
I received a call from customer care support manager today, he addressed and resolved the issue. They didn’t refund the subscription as they don’t have authority to refund Lebara Play Subscription but they waived the activation fees of $60 to activate the device. Thanks for calling back and resolved this issue.

I am also a lebaraplay subscriber and recently migrated to YuppTV and very very disappointed with the app and also the catchup tv functionality. With lebaraplay we used to get the catchup tv immediately and we are waiting for quite a while on YuppTV. And app crashes frequently - videos go blank. Kindly fix this soon for us to get the same quality of service we got with lebara else will be forced to cancel the subscription - Geetha

migration to yupptv
I am a lebara play customer and was recently migrated to yupp tv. It has been a week and the service is poor. I am writing as I have heard similar feedback from quite a few people and we are all inclined to cancel our subscription once our lebara contract term is over.
We are waiting to see if any effort is made to improve the app
The format is not user friendly

Me and others in my extended family are in a similar predicament. The migration is unexpected and has come by surprise. While the migration isn't the issue the simplicity of Lebara play is lost. The interface for Yupp tv on the Lebara play box is much harder to maneuver and you cannot not simply press home button to go to main screen. The darker background with this added complexity makes it harder for the family especially my parents. Further catch-up tv is not working properly stopping halfway or the video becoming blank. While I assume there will be updates to the service I hope an easier interface, something similar to previous lebara play will be implemented with choices for layout if possible.

annoying ads that crashes the app
Firstly Star is no longer part of your package and there was no refund provided to customers or even an apology letter allowing customers some advance notice to cancel the subscription.
Secondly you play annoying ads on a paid subscription which often crashes your app. Reload the app and you load the same ad and then crash gain, we are often stuck in this loop. How can you play ads on a paid service?

You guys made me paid 240$ for one full year.Later removed all star channels like star plus, star maa, movies, comedy etc without informing the customer.
Now I am not getting nidahas trophy package.When I enquired you guys say that you cannot give it for free.
I have been with yupp tv for 3+ years and your services are really bad and I would go for another services like sling tv where they are providing complete Telugu package plus willow cricket tv at a cheaper price.

You guys said that maa tv took out its channels from YuppTV. Will it come back, and if it does when? For Big Boss 2 I would need maa tv.I request for you to somehow sort things out with MaaTV. It is not just me, I am sure I'm speaking for a lot of people. Please tell me everything with details. I really hope this is sorted out very quickly. MaaTV is one of the main reasons people bought a subscription of YuppTV, and having it gone will only make your company worse, it will surely not prosper. I am posting this again and this time the yupptv app crashes when a particular ad (crackle) plays before any program selected.
Please remove those annoying ads. You guys are not transmitting the channels for free to encourage ads . we are paying for the damn thing. anyways the channels which u telecast are giving ads and modifying some content even while its being uploaded. Meanwhile Star network is disabled. All the promised services were gone. Channels which used to transmit were gone.
These tv channels are not important to us and we have too many choices as you are aware.
So please stop ads or we don't have an option to switch the provider.

yearly package automatically converted to monthly after expiration date
I had Yupp TV yearly package which ended last November and I didn't ask for any renewal. When I called the customer service also I told the same but they renewed as monthly which I have not requested. I didn't notice they did that. I used the credit card for annual package purchase. So they started charging on that for the last three monts ($16.97 per month) and I got late fee $7 because of this. I tried to reach customer service for the refund. They say only last month will be refunded. It is a worst experience I have ever had with any TV service.

I have been using the Yupp Tv from past 5 years and the issue started with maatv. Yupp tv did not inform any customer before removing that subscription fro the yearly / monthly packages. I called when it was removed. There was no response for 3 days due to heavy call volume.
Finally after 3 or 4 days i could able to get the call connected and the customer care rep said, they will add free content for the inconvenience caused. Since, i was end of the contract, he said he suggested to renew the same for one more year. I have asked what if someone else provides Maa TV ? He said if any one in the USA provides the Star Maa channel they will definitely add it to YUPPTV also and will be included in the package.
I was happy to know that and immediately signed up for one more year package. ON the New year eve we went to visit a friends home and surprised to see the Maa TV playing from . I asked him and he said it is Hotstar . Then even more to surprise other friend said some digital.com is also providing the maa tv .
i called Yupptv immediately and was told that, Yes maa is provided by Hotstar in USA and they cannot offer. I asked why not cancel my service and refund my money back. They said Yrly packages cannot be cancelled. After explaining my thing they talked to supervisor and said they can cancel the service but will cost me 29$ +1.99 $ for service charge for 2 months and then cancellation charge of 20$ with that it was costing me 84$.
I paid 160$ for the yeraly package and got 20$ amazon card. so my final cost is 140$. out of 140$ if i cancel after 2 months i am getting only 55$ as per Yupp TV . 85$ for 2 month for Believing the customer care words.
Please dont get into these false promises from YUpp TV and get fooled. I would request not to encourage these sought of things and fool customers.

yupp tv_many times subscribed package do not load or load wrong packages
Recent times we get Yupp tv app issues when loading the packages. Sometime instead of subscribed package it loads other packages not right subscribed languages.
Last 1 year lot of issues with app. When you load the app you get security issue not added to entity issues. Not like Netflix or other service provider. We do not see these issue when we load other apps. This is really a big disappointing issue.
Initially you are really the best now losing the credit. If your customer support team do not know to fix the issue they say contact your Television customer support team and when we go back spending time to talk to TV technical support they say it app issues. As a tech I am sure this issues are app issues.
Yupp TV Team- Fix your issue and respond to customer with right solution and keep your customers happy else you are lose your credit you earned all these years.
MAKE SURE YOUR APP IS WORKING IN ALL SMART TV DEVICES WITHOUT ISSUES ALWAYS YOU PROVIDED IN WEBSITE. THE APP IS NOT EVEN GIVING THE 5 DIGIT CODE. I NOTICED THIS ISSUE IN MY SHARP TV DEVICE.

It is wait of yupp subscription if no bigboss.
It is really frustrating. i have taken the membership only because of Bigg Boss show and the show is not telecasted. I'm really not sure if they gonna telecast atleast the remaining episodes of the show.
yes, we also faced same problem, really disappointed.
Wats the point of having yupp tv..it's not free subscription or something..when we paid for some service which we did not receive on time is useless...they shld look into it..if we get one day delay program, all the suspense is gone.
