Zucora review: Extended warranty

We had an extended service coverage on a three piece sofa set. After almost four months of opening a service request, they came to say that they couldn't repair it. Then they sent a request for exchange for the one piece that is no longer in stock... Bad Boys (Another scam of a store) now wants to exchange only the one piece creating a mismatched set. Horrible service and a rip off. I am not sure how this is allowed to continue to operate as a business...
