Good evening we used our reward today at Carrabas. We did order take out. It was one of the worst experiences of an order and picking it up that we have had. We got to Carrabas after we received the text that the order was ready and but the order person could not find it. She asked about 4 times what we ordered and how we ordered, etc. She could not find our order. Then she proceeded to help other customers that were waiting and then came back and was told that someone else ordered our exact same order and took it. She said they were going to put a rush on our order and it should be out in a few minutes. I arrived at Carrabas at 5:43pm order was received at 6:18 after i went in and asked where it was. We were given a complimentary piece of cheesecake for waiting. Paid for the order and then went back to my car check it out. The order did not have the salads. I had to go back and went into the order pick up area and there was no one there. I called the order line and then called the restaurant manager as no one was answering. Finally someone did answer and said they would bring us the salads. Waiting again. The food is getting cold. This was supposed to be an easy event, we did not order a lot of things, 2 entrees and an app. Very very disappointed. The system should be reviewed.
Desired outcome: More than a piece of cheesecake and I am sorry it was busy.
A single piece of cheesecake is like $11.00. A lot of places would not have even offered that.
