This is the worst experience I have Experienced with Domino's I had placed an order wide telephone for delivery and received the order vide Order number:46 dated 7/23/2006 at 15:05 hours. We paid for it and your delivery guy left, On looking inside the order we found that Jalapeno dip was not there as We have a habit of eating chicken wings and Garlic Bread with the dip, since it was not there we called up your store and people were telling me after being online for 15 mins that they will be sending me the Jalapeno dip to which I requested them as the pizza had been lying there for over to 30 mins on the table it had gone cold and I requested them to take the whole stuff back and send me the full order again, and by this time it had been 1 hour waiting for the food which was agonizing to which the store manager finally agreed after much persistence. 5 mins later I get a call from Mr. Asif who identified himself as the store manager and asked me not to return the stuff back and also keep the reorder as I was very hungry We ate the breads and The chicken wings after heating them in the Microwave.20 mins later we recieved the reorder and the delivery guy insisted that I return the whole stuff back this made me go in a very embarrasing situation as I had no Bread and the wings to return. I would like to inform you that I have returned the whole stuff back both the first order and the reorder and also the money as I donot want deal with Domino's any more and will also take case to customer court as I have taken in writing from the delivery guy that I have not taken the money back from domino’s and also returned the stuff back. I was a regular customer of their competitor Pizza Hut but sorry to say it has been a very bad experience with this company and above all these people are not courteous enough. I would like to know your Mumbai details where we can take this case forward. They have kept the money and the food also with them that is the whole bill amount of Rs.375.75/-

This is the 2nd time this month I have had to wait over an hour for a delivery order. Please if they can not deliver, why cant they CAL L me and tell me instead of bringing COLD pizza to the door over an hour after ordering ? Someone needs to take the delivery option off the website. Plus the delivery person is rude
I ordered a pizza every day and was very unsatisfied with my pizza and when I called a woman got an attitude with me I would never ever order from you guys ever again. I have been a very loyal customer and I don't appreciate the disrespect. Her name is annetara is what she gave me. I am not happy. All I want is a apology
Today I just ordered a thin crust pizza . I order this pizza from the dominos in Madison, Al on Martin rd. The pizza was burnt and dry . We called to get the pizza replaced and they accused my mom of lying about the pizza . Their customer service was horrible, and they were very rude .
It took us almost 2 hours till we recieved our food. The dominos tracker is not accurate. & we were on hold for 30 mins before someone answered the phone. You will not be getting our business again.
I wish they would push other kind of Pizza besides meat pizza.
Have not eaten a pepperoni pizza since I was 25 or so.
Many people now like vegetarian pizzas or at least ones with
better ingredients.
The ads just make me sick, nauseated, and I would never order from them -
even if they are cheap. Lots of other pizza ads make the same mistake.
This is by far the worst Domino's restaurant that I have ever been to, placing order 3 days ago and my food was not cooked properly tried to get a refund for 2 days now but geting the run around. Employees at the restaurant was not helpful in making sure I was getting great customer service, in fact they blew me off and told me to return again.
I got my pizza free through the rewards. I love dominos. I got a pepperoni and pineapple, yes it belongs on pizza. And a few pieces are really squished and small and sad. I don't want to hate on my favorite pizza. But what can we do to fix this experience!

I ordered the pizza and paid through card on 8 Sept 2018. But the Domino's called and said that we don't deliver in this area so we ll send your payment back within 7 working days. But I haven't received the payment till now. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
My my order was placed at 11:48 a.m. I did not receive a call or anything until 1:33 I called them back at 12:48 just to be on hold for 30 minutes and they tell me that someone else had an order in front of me Miss Sarah had poor customer service Domino's in Lake Jackson Texas is by far the worst pizza place thank you

I spent 5.99 on a chicken Caesar salad and it had hair in it I call Domino's Pizza why ordered it from they told me to call corporate I got no answer I'm really upset about it because I spent 5.99 on the chicken Caesar salad and I can't even eat it cuz it has hair in it.
i ordered pick up and asked to change it to delivery. they said okay sounds good so i contacted them and gave them the address and new phone number to contact. they said it would be 20 mins. after 1 hour i called back and they told me that i messed up and didn't answer the phone when they called the wrong phone number. poor customer service.
I'm ordering dominos pizza almost every week.but their service is very bad.i ordered this week and they say need 45/1 hour for delivery but I got those delivery after 2 hours.that time pizza is totally cold.last week I got same.so I'm not ordering any more pizza from those dominos...
I open my pizza and and looked it over and it wasn't cut right and i go to pick one up and it wouldn't come off I had to recut it and then I saw a hair as I was picking it up. I was hoping I could get the credit to be placed onto my account please and thank you!

Delievery driver was very rude. After I gave him a $5 tip (which I shouldnt have) on a $18 order then he wanted to be nice. Everytime i order from dominos the customer service from the delivery drivers is bad. Everytime! I used to order every weekend.. I stopped ordering for months and thought things would be different now but nothing has changed.
Last night we ordered from the Redland bay store very disappointed with my husband pizza hardly any topping and cheese was suppose to be meat lover and when arrived it was warm and the delivery boy noooo personally at all very disappointed 😂😂😂

I ordered a salad and pasta bowl and it took you guys 2 hours to get it made and delivered when I live 5 min away from your store that is crazy and then the pasta is dried out by the time it gets to me are you serious !

I ordered extra cheese on my pizza because every time I order there is barely any toppings on it. I guess because they are on the 5.99 menu they short you on toppings. Terrible way to do business
I ordered a 2 pizza bread bites and a 2 liter of sprite and they called 30 mins later saying they don't deliver and they don't refund me
3 times I ordered chicken wings with sauce but the sauce always missing!
Two times i was waiting 30 minutes after the delivery to eat cold wings with sauce.
This time I still waiting the sauce...Never again
The owner has been using the air compressor after 10pm many times, employees lighting up cherry bombs at nite. The store is so hot for the employees I don't know how they can work, not healthy at all. The owner needs to turn the air conditioner On!

I ordered a medium pizza & lava cakes foe dessert. Once I had a few slices, I went to have a lava cake & one of them was smushed. They didn't come in the muffin tin its supposed to. This has happened a few times and when I call they say it wont happen again..but it does. The store # is: 3694. Location is: 205 Allen street NYC, NY 10002.

From royapuram chennai dominos branch to kaldipet around 5kms, why delivery not possible here? When i called the branch they suggested to collect from tollgate, so what is the delivery point here? Very disappointed.. is there any boundary limit of delivery?
Horrible experience bubbles of air on the pizza very dissatisfied with the product.! There is a 50% off promo and does that give the company an excuse for a cheap quality pizza? Seriously ..it doesn't look like your pizza in your TV ads or website!
I ordered a pizza in Niagara Falls Ontario and to the address 4136 Dorchester road and the pizza made me really sick and it was cold and really thin and no one wanted to eat it but when we did we felt really sick and I haven't aten anything all day cause I'm on a cleanse
How is it during an online coupon with half off pizzas a store that is never down is not functioning.

I ordered food for my friend with my visa and i paid online. Pizza gets there and they wouldnt give it to her. I want my refund. I spent 35 dollars off my card and if im not refunded theres gonna be a problem
on 7/4/2017 my pizza order was delivered cold and incorrectly. I wanted to pepporoni pizza toppings and one had sausauge both were cold . I called to complain to store location and I was put on hold seerveral times n store was very rude and unhelpful
They gave me the wrong pizza time before last. Yesterday I ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni and mushroom pizza and received a hand tossed pepperoni pizza. I would like to get my money back for both and please retrain them on how to make the Brooklyn style pizza that I love. Maybe they can't read...thanks...Jean

Over time I have noticed that at Dominos pizza in Adrian Michigan, the employees tend to handle money, pick their ears and noses, touch their phones and hair then go back to making pizza which is very unsanitary and disgusting. I am paying for food that I am trusting other people with. It would be nice to know that they are beig sanitary and safe.
We order alot from dominos but unfortunately unless things change we will go elsewhere. Subway has bigger longer and more meat and veggies their cookies are so much softer. I've even noticed the bread on the sandwiches are getting toaster harder so please fix these problems before you lose alot more customers thank you. Karen S
Delivered my pizza in almost 1:15 hours.not at all satisfied, refund my money as u promise to deliver in 30 minutes.refund my money .It's not good if u promise to deliver it in 40 min.i hope you can understand what I meant to say.

This is the worst experience with dominos
Every time I order from this Domino their wings are never cook the proper way. So this time I try to call the store to ask for well done wings but unfortunately no one pick up. I'm upset because I already know how the wings will taste. Last time ordering from this Domino!
This is the third times i ordered via phone call, at Dominos Telok Panglima Garang. They always late send the pizza, almost 1 hour i need to wait for them. My workplace not far from their outlet! I am not satisfied with the service. Please take action!
