Today I went to Indane Gas Agency for gas booking. But I was shocked to see that they were forcing consumers to buy a gas pipe which costs 170/-. I was not agreed to buy this pipe because I renewed my gas pipe only few weeks back. I have been very aware of these things such as gas cylinder and its accessories.

Now agency officials are not ready to book my gas even in this festive season, when a person needs it most. When I tried to contact to the Sales Officer Mr. Swarn Singh, he doesn’t pick my phone. Even on land line number.

gas cylander ki black marketing ho rahi hai
gas cylander 550/- 600/- black mai mil rahai hai, hamne custemar care " B.K. ENTERPRISASE, PALI " ko complain ki phir bhi hamari sunyai nahi hue. sabhi custumer is difficulty sai paresaan hai . . .

Hi my self Ashish putting up in Nangloi delhi . I am INDANE customer . This is been happening for long time . Earlier they used to give maximum cylinders in black to shops and their village customers . When we used to reach there we had to stand in 80 to 100 people queue . And some times after spending 2 to 3 hours we could not get the cylinders . And we had to buy in black of almost double of cost . Now they have changed the system . Now they only give gas after 10 days of booking . And when you call them to book your gas the receptionist never pick up the phone . This is mentally harassment for poor people like us do something .

My consumer NO 23136- Agency Maha Ganapathy Gas Ganapathy Coimbatore 641 006. I Am having 2 cylinders, but only one cylinder under use, other cylinder always empty. so many occasions i requested to refile the second one but they never.

Family having 5 Members we find very difficullt. After one month only the started booking and after 10 days they are delivering the cylinder. that means all most 40 to 45 days for one cylinder.

This Month My wife booked the over phone for refilling the cylinder 15 the and refused to book subsequently they booked on 19.08.2008.

When I contacted over phone the agenies
one lady inormed me it will be delivered on 27.08.2008 other lady telling after one week.

The existing cylinder become empty and we are facing problem for cooking.

I request you please instruct the agency to deliver the cylinder immediatly.

Sub: Compliant against Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sarai Khwaja, Faridabad-121003(Haryana) the authorized dealer of Indane Gas.

Sir/ Madam,

I have Gas Connection no. MA 2607 at Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sarai Khwaja Market, Faridabad-121003(Harayana). They have two telephone lines i) [protected] ii) [protected],

I have great difficulty in booking or making inquiry on phone. They never pickup the phone. I always find engage tone on both the lines. Due to this reason one day I, personally visited the booking place (Shop) Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency and found that receiver of the both phone were kept a side. I asked to the person seating on counter, he could not give the satisfactory answer. I always take off from office to book the gas.

But I found my query‘s answer “why these phone numbers are continuously engaged”. If you also wish to experience, you can try by ringing the phone Numbers.

They also keep the gap of 25 days between two bookings which is insufficient to us. If it could be 15 to 20 days would be more convenient to the maximum consumers.

As you aware that most of the influenced persons can get gas as and when they required / needed and other side other consumers are the real sufferer.

Inview of above, I would like to bring your attention on my both the issues, if they shorted out will be great relief to the consumers of our area near by Sarai Khwaja Market, Sector35, Faridabad

Here in mysore which in Karnataka state we are
faceing problems to get gas connection and the gas for every month. Though we book the gas before 10 days earlier no response they delay for 10-15 days and send the gas next booking will done after 1 month sir we are in joint family not yet applied for new ration cards. Please suggest me who will solve this problem. So, that i can contact them whereas once i contact to Sales office Mr Tajib sait who has done his job very good but after he transffered again the gas agencies are doing the same. please any one can give the right solution for this.

With regard to the Indane Gas Connection public are not aware of the documents and the policies and procedures. The agents are forcing the public to buy the Gas Stove even though they posses a Good Gas Stove. P.P.INDANE GAS BIHAR SHARIF (NALANDA), while getting a new gas connection.

My suggestion in order to control the agencies a flying squad has to be appointed by the Indane and their number should be compulsorily displayed in the front office of the gas agencies. Each and every customer should be respected properly.

When I tried to get a new Gas connection they asked me in total of Rs.4000( including their commission). Since I am not aware of about the compliance team I writing here for a good solution not only for me but also for my people.

I am the consumer of Indane Gas. Our consumer no. AI 7871 supply of refill of cylinder through Abhil Indane Code No. 104468, Rohtak (Haryana). I have booked om 25.10.2008, booking no. 18426. But till date i have not got . I want to enquiry on telephone but not any person received the phone and always got busy.
My wife went to booking office for enqiry the refill cylinder but she has got not any response from booking person. So I hope to get the delivery refill of cylinder immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Worst service from Guruprasad Indane Gas distributor, Pune.
I called so many times for gas. But they will not lift the phone.
Some times it will say busy. If it is free, nobody will lift the phone.
I sent so many mails to kusum_ioc@yahoo.co.in and arunank@hotmail.com(which i got from Indane gas website). There is no reply from them.

It's very bad service.

I am a Indane Gas customer from Vadodara, Gujarat My ID No : 4833, Divya Gas Agency, The agency is not delivering the LPG Cylinder to my residence. Most of the times, I have to collect the cylinder from the go down of the agency. The Excuse of the agency is that my residence is out side octroi limit and advising to change the agency. When I asked the area of his concern then the party is not answering. The other agency is farther than this agency from my residence. I contacted to Local executive of IOCL he said there is nothing like inside or out side octroi limit. At Present my residence is in side octroi limit still delivery of cylinder is not done to my residence. I am facing this problem from four to five years.

IOCL Officials should take serious note on customers trust in the system of distribution.

I am leaving in IMPHAL from last one year(2007)., Due to atomshperic problems in Imphal & my family promblems at present, I am not working in further days. So, I am applied for (voluentry reteriment)in Kendriya Vidyalaya. I have taken a LPG connection at my Working place (IMPHAL) . The Imphal gas agency given the (Transfer voucher & Subscrer voucher ) to 1) HOSPET (Koppal Karnataka) at there I have not takent gas connection due to My family promblems at Hospet. Now, I shifted to my native place of Dharwad Karnantaka. Therefore TV& SV the validity date is over Please ingore the validity date give the Gas connection to Dharwad. I have all documents (Transfer Voucher, Subscriber Voucher, Customer card and address proof) that needed urgently for transfer the connection.
I am a trasferable job all over the India; But the agency owner is asking for RATION CARD from Dharwad.
RATION CARD is only required for new connection not the Old connection. Ther are so manny proofs are available why the Ration Card is required.

I Kindly request to ignore the validity date & Give the gas connection also It is necessary for the day to day activities.

we are in the very trouble, So Please advise me urgently.

DELAY IN DELIVERY

Myself is Mr. Anirudh Biswas last month 17 Dec 2008 i booked my gas whose consumer number is 25663 from Vishnu Jyothi Gas Service, A-6, HIG Duplex, brij Vihar - Ghaziabad, i talk to manager so many times but the manager is always tell that ok today i am delivering but today is 8 jan 2009 and still i am waiting ... today is 22 days and still i am waiting, now tell me sir what can i do ? sometimes when i goes to book then they dont book my gas & says ur cyliender has been delieverd but i dont know where they deliver so i dont know what they are doing most time when i called up everytime i got the phone engage & when phone pick the nobody cares of that so it is a request to u plz do the needful action regarding thateven when i call months i m unable to get gas cyliender at time if i book a cyliender today then it takes minimum time of 1 week .

The TAS gas agency located in Chrompet is forcing the new customers to buy Stove, Tube, Lighter & Regulator and charging the total amount of Rs. 3700.00 (Three thousand seven hundred). Also they are not giving any original bill except the deposit amount.

Most of the customers are disappointed regarding this. The Indane corp should take immediate action against their activity. And should enquire about the total connections/stoves they have given/sold. To verify this, the Indane corp should speak to all the new customer through telephone and confirm the same.

Note: If the Indane is not taking any action then the public will think that Indane is also the part of the activity.

We are living in Gaziabad and We have applied for new Gas connection of Indain 3 months before (20-3-09) and we have gone to the agency to get the cylender we dont get any updat from there side and the behaviour is too bad to deal with costomer that we can not describe. could you please take some action to the below mentioned Gas Agency name

I have complaint against sausar Indane Gas agency (Dist-Chhindwara)for irregular delivery.He always gives delivery of gas afer 20 to 22 days that too afer a lot of follow ups.But he sends on time delivery to people who are their favourate. This time also I have made booking on 5/7/2009 and haven, t received delivery till date now.My connection No.is 4630.

I feel much disheartened.

My problem is that I am a customer of Indane Gas Service (Cust. No. BSFC/13708) HINOO, RANCHI, the Distributor is BIHAR STATE FOOD & CIVIL SUPPLIES CORP. LTD, INDANE DISTRIBUTERS, ANAND MARKET, HINOO CHOWK, RANCHI. Every time when i book the delivery is nearly after one month. Now the issue is already it takes nearly 30 days time the gas finishes off in 25 days generaly in an average size middle class family. You please think for our remaining 10 days, how we manage.
Every months it is repeated same, every mont we have to go there and shout on them and then after a week they deliver. i give u my details of delivery and bokkindg dates from jan 09.

26-8-09 yet to deliver already 12 days passed

First few days we are informed that it “It will be delivered by tomorrow”. But TOMORROW did not come yet.

When I asked for confirmation (as I they have given false promises earlier) I was informed that the delivery is subject to availability of Gas Cylinders.

Could you please help me in this regard? Can you assure me of no revenge activity from the suppliers after this complain?

i am mano devi from garhwa (jharkhand) .i am castumer of indane lpg gas . my consumer no is.00873 and the garhwa gas agencies distributers code is.-[protected] . he does not distribute gas at proper time in 21 days he distribute lpg reffil cylender in 40 to 45 days. every day i faces many problem to take reffil cylender . plz take suitable action for this matter.i shall be highly obelised for this act

I am harassed by the service provider of Indane GAS, since last 4 months . We have to spend 10-15 days without gas in spite of having two cylinders . Facing the following problems regularly :

I am living in Kanpur - Uttar Pradesh and your agent's agency name is - Chakeri Gas Service, 222, SADANAND MARG, AHIRVAAN, G.T.Road, Kanpur.

I am putting this complaint according to my booking of cyl. on 10/10/2009. My customer number is 4974 and booking number was 78 on that day.
Please look in matter and do needful for following:

1. Very much delay on GAS service . Took almost 20 - 25 days for Gas supply from the date of booking. After delivering one cylinder they normally take 30 days for booking of next cylinder.
2. The telephone line is always engaged & normally have to go physically for Gas booking / any other query.
3. The behavior & attitude of service provider is very very rude and they are challenging customers telling the customers to do whatever they want to do.
4. Making Cylinders non available to customers for 20-25 days duration after booking date and asking/forcing customers to buy cylinder in black @ 500.
5. Now a days marriage season is running so your valuable agent is supplying cylinder in black and its proven by many customer on them but they said you can do whatever you can. By this you and your agent making money but what about us, who is your permanent customer.

Is this the " Indane Gas " treats its customers? I have never faced such harassment from any supplier like this before. Additionally, would request for a stern action against this defaulter - Gas distribution agency.

my consumer id is 36325 i live in bangalore, always delivery boy frm anusha indane gas co. chargs 350/ for gas cylinder it is actually 326 only if not giving he is not going and keep on knocking my door for half hour and abusing then going we don't want this so we complain to agency but they don't take any action so i am mailing you hope you will fullfill your responsibility and take strick action against them the delivery boy name is raju, they don't have any id card or any authentification also.

We booked the indane gas cylinder on 22nd October at 8:50 am, which should have been dispatched on 23rd but it was recieved only on o6th Nov 09 that too, after visiting to the office.
Above all the gentleman came in to deliver it was not carrying any measuring instrument and did not have the original reciept of delivery...however as we were in need of the cylinedr we had to accept it with the reciept made by piece of paper and he argued this is what we are getting from gas agency..
what i figure out is there is high corruption going on in our agency i.e. Shri Radha Govind Gas Service situated in Kailash Nagar 9/171 Shyam Block Delhi-31(TIN No. [protected]),
i am wandering if something can be done against it ...

Dear Sir
M/s Jind Gas Service is authorised franchisee to Indane Gas to Customers in Distt. Jind (Haryana).
However the franchisee is not committed to supply gas to consumers in suburbs like Julana and other nearby villages. Earlier the vendor had made arrangements for consumers in these areas by opening a local Customer Service Centre or by supplying cylinders on weekly basis.

But now in connivance to local black marketeers they have blocked the supply via valid channels leading to a lot of inconvinience to public. There is no shortage in market for gas cylinders but they are avaialable in Julana (Jind) ata whoping price of Rs 550 to 650 (depending on fact how close you are to black marketter) per cylinder inspite of the fact that lot of consumers are having valid gas conections. Cosumers can't take there cylinders to Jind as Civil administration laws prohibits them like they can't take cylinders in roadways or railways, can't carry cylinders behind motorbike etc.

I on behalf on Indane Consumers demand a local supply centre in Julana (Jind) for Indane by M/s Jind Gas Service) or the licence of the suppliers must be revoked for encouraging black marketing in the region.

Hoping for a prompt action by the concerned authorities.

Dear sir,
My consumer id is DG11572. I have been trying to book my gas cylinder for a month from now but managed to do it a week ago. The Gas is not delivered yet after several reminders. Every time I get a false promise from the lady on the other side that gas is going to be delivered today. They are not ready to give the booking number. It is evident that there is a big racket of Black Marketing going on from this dealer. Every time they are deficit of cylinders. One can not speak to them as their phone is kept busy on regular basis during working hours.They bluntly refuse to book for refill giving lame excuses. I am left with 2 empty cylinders for the last 4 days still waiting for its refill but sadly getting false responses from the distributer. The name of the agency is "Dwarka Indane Service".
I would appreciate if my grievance is looked into by arranging immediate delivery of gas refill and an enquiry is made against this dealer and its service

I called CVS Pharmacy to ask about refills on 2 RX and woman who ansered phone in pharmacy was very rude, sharp and hung up on me. There is no excuse for her behavior.

Dear Sir,

I, Rambir Singh, have a Indane Gas Connection (No. 9610). I had booked for refilling a gas on 24/11/2009 to my distributor agency (Dwarka Indane Gas). They booked my gas and said your cylinder will deliver within a week. Till 09/12/2009, I have not received my gas then I call my distributor (Dwarka Indane Gas), they said that your gas was not booked earlier so we are booking your gas now i.e. on 09/12/2009.
Further I had booked for refilling a gas on 31/12/2009. They booked my gas and said your cylinder will deliver within a week. Till 04/01/2010, I again have not received my gas then I call my distributor. They said that your gas was not booked earlier so we are booking your gas now i.e. on 04/01/2010.
I am not satisfied with the services of Dwarka Indane Gas Agency . I am very frustrated.
The necessary action should be taken against the agency for consumer discomfort.

It is their rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered only after 15 days passed from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice, I booked for my new refill on 18/12/2009 but after pass by an 11 days period, I telephonically further enquired on 29/12/09 about my refill delivery then staff on duty replied that due to supply problem it will take another 2-3 days and by 01-Jan-2010, cylinder will be at your door. But on 3rd-Jan 10, sudden my cylinder in use got finished then on further query, gas supplier promised me to deliver the refill positively on 5-01-10. But when today on 05-01-10 when I enquired again then staff rudely replied that "JAB SUPPLY HOGI TO BHEJ DI JAAYEGI AUR 20 DIN SE PAHLE BAAT MAT KARNA". It is submitted that as I am an AIR FORCE employee and due to Gas Supplier not having consumer oriented attitude, I am continuously suffering and had become bound to think only about cooking gas despite of my sensitive duties towards the nation. Anyhow since three days I am already running without gas and time-being only electric heater made to survive my family. I can proudly say that it is a complete failure of Gas delivery system and Gas Dealer openly got involved in BLACK MARKETING. This matter is before your high office for natural justice and only your necessary expedite actions will help to get the my food cooked.

This is to inform you that I booked my Gas cylinder against Number 3728 (Vasu Ram Nagpal ) in November 2009 and enquired in Dec.2009, The gas agency had not given me cylinder and said that your cylinder is not booked and then I again booked my cylinder before One and a half month in December 2009. But I have not received till today after forty days. The distributer is Blackmarketing the Gas Cylinders . It is not possible for me to get it from black market.
Kindly take the necessary action against Raghu Gas Agency Khandsa Road Gurgaon (HR)and Oblige.

Dear Sir,

I had booked for gas on 12.12.2009, gas connection booking no. R-37968. The agency name is RAGHU GAS AGENCY, KHANDSA ROAD, GURGAON. Everytime I call them, they assure me that the cylinder will be delivered within a day or two. Its more than a one and half month now, but still they have not yet send me the cylinder. This is not the first time I am facing such a problem with Indiane Gas. Everytime I book the gas, its the same story.

Kindly, look into the above matter and help me resolve the problem.
So, Kidndly give the instruction to your agent treat the best and please give the order for immedaite delivery of my gas.

The gas agency named COOKING GAS AGENCY owned by famous tennis player
Mr. Ramesh KRISHNAN running their business at south madras.

THIS IS THE ONLY GAS AGENCY WHICH IS PRESSURISING ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMER
TO PAY RS.40.00 FOR EVERY FOUR MONTH CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE CHECKING THE GAS HOSES AND STOVES. NO OTHER AGENCIES IN CHENNAI ARE DOING THIS.
THE SAD PART IS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL CHECKING THE ABOVE SAID, BUT CLAIMING THE SAME
PLEASE FEED BACK WHERE TO SEND THE COPIES OF THE BILLS, AND HONESTLY YOU SHOULD PENALISE THE COOKING GAS AGENCY
