Store seated us within a 20min wait time as they estimated. However, once seated at corner table inside the bar area that smelled funky due to being cleaned probably with a dirty rag, waited 20-25 mins to get our order for drinks only because we talked to the manager. Ordered steak salad, kitchen forgot my dressing. 2 tables away from us also complained for poor service. Food order came out also 20 mins after which all would've been good if steak wasn't over cooked on the salad to top off the wait time.
Highly recommend to change the manager. Do not think there is an issue with the people. But when pick times are overwaelthming management should only attend the capacity they are staffed for. If you keep running this location like this I don't see it surviving with the several options nashville has in the area for eating.

Hello, my mother went to Logan Roadhouse on 8/17/17 and her waitress was name Beth.That was the only purchase she made with her debit card on that day.The waiter took the card to complete the transaction for the food and returned the card. She received a text message alert at 3:00 A.M. stating the debit card was used to purchase a membership on a dating website. My mother informed me the waiter was the only person besides her to have her debit card that day. She strongly feels in her heart the waiter was dishonest and wrote her information down and made the purchase on the dating website with her card. I believe it's important to be honest and hire good workers. I'm not trying to get the lady in trouble but she should be mindful and respectful of customers information.Thank you!

A party of eight entered Logan's in Gadsden Alabama, on Rainbow Dr. After approximately 10 minutes we were seated. In about 20 minutes a waitress took our drink orders. We waited another 10-15 minutes before our food orders were taken. We waited 45-50 minutes before our food was delivered. I ordered salmon on rice, with grilled veggies, and a baked potato. The food was cold the salmon was over cooked, and I had to wait for the baked potato, the waitress had forgotten it. By the way the potato was the only hot thing on the plate. Two of the other party members had to ask for their salad which was brought to them in the middle of their meal. I couldn't drink my beverage because the glass was broken around the edge. The best thing about the meal was the rolls. I am very disappointed with the service at Logan's. Their score from the Health Department Food Services was 86. That score has not changed, it has been the same with no changes for quite some time. After assessing the problems that occurred, it would be hard to return to your restaurant. Your employees need extensive training including the managers. The manager gave us 25% off our bills. I still feel cheated because the meal was not fit to consume. I hope you can save an eating establishment that might deserve to be saved.

We 4 adults dining at Logans restaurant on walkers chapel road alabama. Our food was great, service was great. Our waitress was very accomplished and extremely polite. My complaint was the music was to LOUD. I ask if she could turn it down and she said no. I did not ask for the manger. Our waitress said they had no control over the volume. We could not talk over the music. The music was good to hear but way to LOUD!

I just want you to know that in your restaurant located at Kimball Tennessee there is a rude waitress by the name Wanita Scott. While my girlfriend and I were dining(she is black and I am white) she referred to us as the "Oreo Couple" and she told me that she could not serve me as she is completely against bi racial relationships and made a nasty comments about mixed breed kids. The worst part of all of this is when she went to the washroom she did not wash her hands. She felt that she was forced to wait on the "disgusting oreo couple" as she called us and despite this she was left a tip, the minimum 20 percent. She muttered to herself how cheap we are. Now I am not one to complain but I feel that she is not a good representative of your company.

Yesterday evening Monday the 15th, 2017. Myself and four others were seating on the bar side. Our waitress did not give us her name. I had to ask what the food specials were, and drink specials. My drink was WAY under poured. It tasted like a normal glass of lemonade, yet I paid for a strawberry margarita. My husband ordered. Buffalo chicken sandwich WITHOUT the tomato, lettuce, and onion. Yet his sand which came out with all of that on it. My sister ordered a side salad with out the croutons, yet her salad was FULL of them. My mom ordered a steak Medium well. There was NO pink in it. When we said the steak was not cooked by what we asked the waitress was hesitant then asked if we "wanted her to have them make a new one" REALLY?!? Yes! My glass was empty the entire time I had my food, I have to ask her to refill it, and asked 3 times before she brought me the lemons I asked for. The steak was so over cooked it was not even cutable. And to top the whole night off, there are black Nats flying all over are food the entire meal! Seriously the worse service I have ever had!

Went In to the Monroe NC location, order our drinks ask for straw waitress was very rude about it but finally got us one, the we ordered food came started to eat and to of our meals had hair in the fries, the waitress came back said we don't charge extra for that never got to speak with a manager needless to say we had party of 5 bill was $120. Hello my name is John DeLaGareza I have a business in Dallas Texas and I took one of my customers to the slogans in Waxahachie Texas first off we got there and they sat us at a dirty table the girl complained when I ask if she could please clean table and then got smart with me when she did we ordered our food at around 12;25 and then we asked about our food at 1:05 and she said they were packed and there were only a few people around us so we said ok and then we asked again at 1:20 and she went back and came to our table saying the had burnt the broccoli how do you burn broccoli so we said never mind and she got mad. that is very wrong and I hope you can do something about that.
gift card scam
They send email just before Christmas stating that if you order a $50 gift card you get a $20 bonus. We bought into it and went to the restaurant after receiving them only to find out that they had closed our restaurant and the nearest one was 30 miles away. (Like we are going to travel 30 miles and pass by at least 300 restaurants getting to yours)
We did a simple charge-back on the credit card and got our money back. But, out of pure courtesy, they should have informed their customers (especially in a email with their scam offer) that they had just filed bankruptcy and that they closed several stores and to please check your store before ordering.
WE WILL NOT EVER EVER BE GOING BACK TO THEIR RESTAURANT, as they have way to much competition to be doing folks the way they are. But hey, just wait and you will see them closing for goo, as the same Incompetent management is still in place that got them into BK to start with.
When you DO NOT care about your customers, soon you will have NO customers to care about.
I bought an email on line went to use it and it had zero balance. The card had never been used. Checked the balance and it showed it had been used two different times (the last time was a few days before I checked and I knew I hadn't been to a Logans on that day). I had given it to a waitress with another gift card to pay for a previous meal and she'd brought it back and told me she didn't have to use that card that there was enough on the other card to cover the ticket. Did this waitress take down the number and cash it out later, I don't know, I just know I'm out $50 and Logans doesn't seem to care. I have sent emails, I have called and I have yet to be able to correspond with anyone in any way.

A friend of mine and I went to the Logans Roadhouse on Youree Dr in Shreveport Louisiana about 12:30 today Friday 13th. Clean atmosphere good food... love the rolls. We had just finished eating and were in the middle of boxing leftovers and paying the check when I looked up at the busboy cleaning the table next to me. Just as I looked up he spits a nasty snot ball on the floor. He saw that I had seen what he had done and tried to smear it into the concrete floor with his shoe
several times. Needless to say I amost lost my whole meal. I truly hated to report this, but this kind of stuff can lose your establishment a lot of customers. I know you may have lost my business.

Last night decided to visit lake worth texas local roadhouse Logans restau rant. We ordered chopped steak broccoli side salad. side mushrooms what we received was a tongue lashing from a manager Pricilla with a vendetta to continue a smear campaign against us. We told her that we never received our broccoli side when we did receive it was so salty that you could not eat it the brocoll never has salt on it either cook saturated with salt or manage did so mushrooms cold steak was supposed to be me Doumbia me wives med rare cold as to heat more they were returned burnt behind recognition the black burn can be hazardous to you're health carcinogenic not good. The manager told us these are you're options if you want another side to substitute for macaroni instead since all the others we're substandard an up charge would apply. She then informed me that she previously talked to regional mAmager about us giving the restaurant trouble for insisting on qualify and we we're close to be asked to not return. we dine out at least 700 times per year this manager makes the award for being the very worst of all time. I took pictures To show all what a terrible attitude and job she is trying to do. Our steaks speak for themselves Our opinions we're if we didn't like we could not come. Back or accept the terrible food. And listen to manager that really should be fired. if you're looking for enjoyable dinning experience don't even go there if she continues to work

Yesterday on November 5 2016 the employees got into a fight with the some guest and we couldn't even get our food so me and my family came back today to try Logan's again and no service I see and hear the two managers and the employees walking around talking about the fight from yesterday I am here ask we speak still waiting on my food I see a lot of the employees and the managers siting down in the back talking about it and my son if a friend of one of the employees on snapchat and they are talking about we took a b* weave off and flagging the young lady hair around the restaurant I think that is very inappropriate for a business I really hope you guys see this and get this restaurant some help

We visited Logans in Waynesboro Virginia last night, was the worst experience EVER the manager Sue was rude to us and she talked to her servers like they were dogs, the servers were very attentive, but after seeing how rude she was I will not go back. Surprising that being in customer service someone acts this way...
This is none of your business actually. You see only one side of an issue, which it is quite possible you misinterpreted it. I find that if I mind my own business, the entire world, and mine, are happier for it.

Dined in, gave card in black payment book to server. Signed receipt and left. Realized as I got to car never got card back. Went back to table, opened book and no card. Went to server and she denied having card. She started to walk away and reached into back pocket and produced my card. Her excuse was it was an accident. Manager told me he would have General Manager call me. Never called, after 2 days I contacted him and he was very ignorant. He proceeded to say he gets handed lost cards all the time. MY CARD WAS NOT LOST. She had it in back pocket! KIM K was going shopping after her shift no doubt. Never will eat there again. This happened on March 10, 2016.

Me an the wife stopped by our local logins to have dinner, we are originally from Cookeville tn an ate there at the logins for years an were always pleased so we assumed this would be no different but was I wrong first it took almost 35mins for the food in which I did not receive my side order, so we reminded the waitress she says I'm sorry it will be right out, needless to say I never received my side, had to ask to have it taken off my check an once agian received I am sorry, my wife had to remind the waitress also about here dipping sauce, an once agian received I am sorry, 5 mins later she finally received her sauce. but still no refills, then later another lady comes out an also we receive another I am sorry from her also. I never post complaints ever but this was ridiculous all we wanted was dinner but instead we got alot of I am sorry. I paid for food an service not I am sorry. The food was good a. The service was NOT. An that's enough for me to say my family will not return.

I went to the Sanford location of Logans. I was charged a $93.00 tip on my take out. I only tipped.93 cents. When I called the manager Bill, he gladly credited my card back. Problem is I even mentioned I had to pay interest on that amount. Not to mention two 15 minute calls to my card and the restaurant. He never offered me anything for my time or interest paid. That is the last time I'm going there. They've gone downhill anyway. My to go orders never take less than 45 to put together and portions are small. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Today was the worest service I have ever encounter. Me and my husband go atleast once a week but to get poor service from Wendy she was more into her friends then her customer, it was like it was a problem waiting on us it took to long to get our drinks, our salads which by the way we ask for no cucumbers but got them anyways, then our food comes out and my baked potato was cold had to ask for another one, then the management comes out and ask the customer nehide us if everything was ok but never ask us that's poor customer service. The restaurant we were at was Lancaster tx from know on we will be taken our business to the one in waxachie.

Received an email giving us $5 off $20. So we went to Logan's to use it and the manager would not honor it because the steak we ordered was on sale for $4 less. Fine. Then she took our $5 off coupon and only reduced the price of the steak $3, which was more than the sale price. It made no sense. So we go to Rafferty's now.
