upon placing the order friday 8/18/23 I noticed my delivery time was guaranteed between 9am and 8pm I immediately called customer service to ensure the delivery would be in time for the 9am service, I was assured by the representative that the service time was noted and that I had nothing to worry about. today, well after the start time of service I still had not received a confirmation of delivery so I reached out to the virtual chat, the bot was able to connect me to a person who was able to get me a number to speak with someone. The representative was very friendly and eager to help, but was unable to get a hold of the florist to check on the delivery, she did note that often times deliveries are made and the florists just do not confirm right away. Since she was unable to get a hold of the florist, we were unable to confirm the order was delivered. I received confirmation of delivery several hours after the service ended. I am disappointed because I followed the "funeral service" option to input times to ensure delivery for service and was not confidently delivered that. I would, however, like to note that the customer service staff I did speak with was very friendly and helped to the best of their ability
