I placed an order referenced above on 11/27 for some sympathy flowers for a family friend who lost her father. Additionally, I knew her father. I received a confirmation they would be delivered on 11/29. I received a confirmation they were delivered on 11/29. I reached out to my friend today to see if she received them and she had not. I called your customer service number and was on with them for 37 minutes (completely unacceptable) and talked to Kennerth. Kenneth asked me 4 times if I had reached out to the recipient and I told him I had and that she had not recieved them. He told me that am M. Dunlap had signed for them. While on hold for probably the 5th time I ensured with the recipient that there was no one staying there by that name, she assured me there wasn't. We live in a small neighborhood of 14 homes and there is no one here with that last name. Kenneth put me on hold for at least 15 minutes while he contacted the local florist. He could not tell me anything about that conversation. He again asked me if I had reached out to the recipient and I said YES. He then said maybe they left them on the front porch and I said you told me M. Dunlap had signed for them. You couldn't deliver the flowers today so you asked about tomorrow - she is at the funeral of her father starting at 10:15 for wake, service and funeral and now they wont be dleivered until Saturday. This is really poor and I am not sure why it wouldn't be expedited and/or why this happened in the first place - the informaiton was poor, Kenneth was terrible and now my friend gets the flowers after the burial of her father. Extremely dissatisfied with your delivery, solution and lack of information. Stacey Ring-Sanders [protected], [protected]@aol.com
Claimed loss: Time
Desired outcome: You are re-delivering at a time that is really after the fact in my mind.
