This site is clean and helpful, very easy to use
This site is clean and helpful, very easy to use. I also think they have a lot of up and coming animators working on these cards. I have used them many times and will continue to do so in the future! Their cards are sooooo cute!

Poor business ethics
I foolishly signed up for a free 7 day trial, & foolishly gave them my CC number to do so, (this should be against the law btw, insisting on a cc number before a free trial). Anyway was a few hours late cancelling my subscription & they refuse to credit my card back. If the site was any good, i would keep it but the cards can't be posted to Facebook & can't be personalized by adding pictures to the cards. It's just an inferior website... I even offered to pay for 1 month since technically I was a few hours late cancelling. This happened to me once before & the company graciously cancelled the membership for me, which is the right thing to do. It's not like I was into it for a couple of weeks & I didn't send any cards after the 7 day trial. I guess they need the $28.88 or whatever it was more then me,, there should be a days grace or they should have to get your approval before they process the transaction. Legally i guess they are in the right but ethically they are wrong. I tried to stop payment on my cc but the CC company won't do that if i did not meet the terms of the agreement. It's a racket, I guess the CC company's want their business more then mine. Anyway, BEWARE. If you don't want the service, make sure you cancel it a day early or you will be charged for a year, even though they show it be $2.49/month. They charge for a full year in advance. Very sketchy..
Your e cards
I sent a Fathers Day card to my husband. He never received it. What is YOUR Problem? It was my email address so I know it would have gone thru if you would have sent it. I seem to think that you didn't send it because I didn't accept your newsletter or emails that come 10 times a day. This has happened before and it's ridiculous. How would you like it if you sent someone a card and they never got it? I am all done with your company. I surely WOULD NOT recommend you to ANYONE! YOU SUCK
123greetings.com website
I have been using 123greetings.com for many years with complete satisfaction until today, when I tried to get on the site and I got a few warnings (I tried a number of times) that it wasn't safe, private and it was malicious.
It saddens me if I will not be able to send cards from this site in the future. I'm hoping something can be done on your end to make sure it is safe for your users. Enjoy your weekend! Thanks
Sophia

Free ecard
I signed up for the 7-day free trial. I cancelled the account within the 7 days. I have now observed that there is a GBP 23.99 charged to my account. I am requesting a refund.
waste of time
I used 123greetings to send a birthday card to my sister. I received a confirmation that the card was successfully sent.
Unfortunately my sister never received it and when I contacted customer service and told them about that they said that was not possible. Later they told me that they did not have any record about me sending anything.
I decided to try again and the same thing happened.
Terrible service which doesn't work at all. Just a waste of time!

make sure you untick the boxes at the bottom under the card you wish to send or they will spam you
Just received a spam from them which I immediately reported to spamcop and hotmail
Make sure you untick the boxes at the bottom under the card you wish to send or they will spam you too. Be careful as they re-tick themselves if you make any adjustments (edits) which traps users
After just finding out they keep information on me and the person I sent a card too I refuse to use this site any longer. Have sent an e-mail to [protected]@123greetings.com to remove my e-mail address... from their spam list, which I never knowingly signed up for.
Be careful as you could get the same.
I too have been using their services for long. I too have received certain important offers in their promotional emails but, yes some I didn't like too. But, hey, all offers might not excite everybody. But, yes once while I was travelling I unsubscribed those offers and their system is so good that they stopped sending me those offers in 24 hrs. Again, after around 2 months I subscribed back to those promotional emails and they started sending me good offers. You can switch on/ off from those offers if you don't like if u wanna stop it.
Hey, people have a bad habit of getting everything free and then start complaining. I really wonder Hergale, do u have any complaint about their ecard quality and vast range of ecards? I am using this site for the last 4 years and have never ever faced any issue. Yes they send weekly newsletters and promotional emails to their users who opt for the same while sending ecards but, those are not spam or scam. These offers are sent by them on behalf of their sponsors/ advertisers because to make such good ecards for all occasions you need something and these ecards are absolutely free. And I do received some lovely offers on their promotional emails. Hey, the newsletters are awesome too.
Please stop complaining about these. Enjoy the beauty of their ecards for free. They rock!
They don't send spam, they send newsletter and promotional emails. I like their ecards.
The user is trying to ruin the brand name of the world's best free ecard site.
