purchased a tech support contract for two servers. 24/7 Techies will not responded to me called 7/7 for service on my ms exchange server was told some would get back to me. called again at 5pm was told some would get back to me in 4 hours. 7/8 the phone number appears to be disconnected or my number has been blocked.

They setup a recurring charge for what I thought was a one time charge. On 11/28 I went to the *** site to help with *** At the bottom of the page was a link to 24/7 Techies and I clicked it. I agreed to pay a ONE TIME CHARGE. Around the second hour of "trouble shooting" I got suspicious and went back to *** and this time spoke to a *** Technician who advised me to cut connection with 24/7 Techies because there was no such thing as a "Gold Partnership" Now I find out that I have been roped into a recurring charge. I called to cancel the recurring charge and no one answered the phone. I am far from satisfied.

I have had issues with the *** part of the software
I have had issues with the *** part of the software. Specifically with sending email. Your techies have had 13 chances to fix it and it ain't fixed yet. I am beyond my patience with you. I want my issue escalated to the highest level of techies you have. Emails are getting stuck in my outbox that I cannot access because they are in the sending task area. My service partner is *** whom I have been using for the past 35 years. My previous experience with *** was good until I loaded *** and that is when it went bad and still is an issue. Can you please respond to me by telephone instead of these "Chat sessions". Sincerely, FRUSTRATED AT THE LEAST!

I was billed for what was advertised as a free service
I was billed for what was advertised as a free service. Per them, the language was buried in the agreement and it is my fault for not reading that. On 9/18 I responded to an advertisement for a free consultation on an *** problem. Apparently this consultation was not free as I was charged $169.95 on my *** account. When I contacted them requesting a refund as I had never intended to sign up for these services I was told that I did not read the language of my agreement for their services and thus was not eligible for a refund. The advertisement of free services with hidden language of automatically authorizing a subscription to their services ($169.95 plus 19.95 per month which I was able to stop) is deceptive and takes advantage of people who do not understand hidden terms and conditions.

Paid $140 for online tech support to fix mic on laptop. They spend over 15hrs but fixed nothing. I am still waiting for my refund. Total run around Hello, the mic on my brand new *** laptop stopped working after *** update. Contacted them on a Friday and paid $140 for one time service Incident ticket#*** 9April20. They remoted into my laptop and worked on it for over 9 hrs but could not fix it. I contacted them again and they worked on my computer for 5 hrs. I worked with Steve, mostly Ran*** L-2 supervisor. I finally had to stop the service. I couldn't sit at my computer for any longer as it seemed they were doing the same checks over and over. The service people were very nice, polite, and I believe they were honestly trying to fix my problem just couldn't. I can't afford to sit with them anymore and need to use my computer for work. Their website says there is a 30 day money back guarantee so I'm hoping they honor that and provide a refund of my $140. I will update this post and let you know if I get the refund. If I don't I will also provide other reviews of the service and contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. I am hoping I come back on here and give a positive update.

Over charged
Over charged. Couldn't solve the problem. The company offers a 30 day money back guarantee. I expect $169.95 to be refunded immediately. Stay Away From This Company!. After spending 2 hours on the phone with Kevin trying to figure out the issue-he then transferred me to a Tech guy in India. He had no idea how to solve the problem or what the problem even was. I wasn't about to spend another 2 hours on the phone re-explaining the issue. He attempted to make changes on the computer without our approval in advance. Which is what we agreed on. No changes would be made without our approval first. So now I'm talking to some guy in India, dog barking in the background and they guy has a cold and is constantly sniffling on the phone. Disgusting. To make matter worse, he starts yelling at me for no apparent reason because i wouldn't allow him to make any changes or give up control of the Mouse-because he wouldn't tell us what he was going to do. I end the connection, uninstalled their App. I went to my *** account to stop all payments and request a refund when i noticed an extra $19.95 monthly recurring on the Bill that was never mentioned or discussed. So I immediately tried their Live Chat on their Site and it wasn't working even though they offer 24/7 service. I then called their 800 # which-again is supposed to be running 24/7 and got voicemail. This company is a scam. They offer a free 30 day money back guarantee-so I expect my refund immediately. Stay away from this Company
