Found a program to help convert IMG files online. Was quick easy and secure to download. Did exactly what we required it to do. Excellent.

Cannot login and new signups aren't processed
I use Stripe and Paypal, thought i'd give 2Checkout a try as an alternative. After submitting my information they do not respond or allow you to use the account at all. Trying to login results in constant errors.

Worked fine and secure for me
Payment was secure, a little delay with email, but got my digital download links and serial. Worked fine, no issues. Checked my bank statement after reading these, but nothing fishy from my transaction. Actually wondering if it depends on the companies behind them or if someone is posing as them (for those other reviews)?

refusing to refund or communicate
After charges to my account for a product I did not want renewed I tried to get a refund. They refused to answer. They did answer when I raised a paypal dispute and asked me to remove it to deal with refund.
I sent as requested the proof of case being closed and since then NOTHING, ZIP, NADA no response.
I am forced now to take the issue to my bank to issue a credit card chargeback as they are not answering.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Double charged for Bitdefender and don't even have the service anymore
Double charged for Bitdefender; 1st on my credit card, now a new charge on my debit card. Bitdefender has issued my original refund (can take up to 7 days to appear on bank statement) but now I have a debit card charge and by the way I do not have Bitdefender account or coverage. This is shady business practice at best. I'll take it as far as necessary to get my money back. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford these charges.
Desired outcome: Full refund of charges. $169.98. And make it easier to deal with your customer service. It's next to impossible to get a straight answer or resolution to a legitimate complaint.

Fraudulent charges
I don't know who these people are, but they have been charging me $12.99 per month for the past four months, and they are IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. They charge directly through Paypal to my bank account, but are not on the list of my authorized recurring services, so I can't cancel these charges through Paypal. I've tried cancelling from the website and emailing customer support a few months back -- no response. I don't know what I bought from them, or how to stop purchasing it every month.
Desired outcome: Please stop charging me, and refund my money for at least 3 of those mystery payments!

This theft is a store front for other companies. They offer the consumer no value add. Their prices are way more than the original vendor. I purchased software from these thieves thinking they were the oem as their wording is close (they copy the oem verbiage) for $49.95. It turns out the original vendor sells the same product for $20. A item I was charged through Paypal
I was charged for $42.79 on Sept. 7, 2021 form my bank supposely through my debit card. I have not made any purchases through paypal for sometime (a least a year or more). The charge was made to your company on Sept. 6, 2021 I would appreciate a refund for this charge that I did not make. Refund not received, disgusting customer service, product I purchased doesn't work.
On August 21, 2021 I made a purchase from Wondershare.com. I've been trying to contact this company buy email, phone (650) 963 - 5701, AI customer service and they've only responded to one. I bought and annual subscription and it is full of technical issues. I cancelled my subscription and emailed them, no response. Tried their customer service website, which seems to never have anyone to help and got no response. Then I called the phone number there is only one woman who answers the phone and she barely speaks above a whisper. She asked for my order number and assured me that I would receive a refund. She told me if I didn't to call back in five days. Five days later, no refund. I called back around noon. The same woman answered the phone. Instead of the usual customer service introduction you would hear, ("Hi/Good Morning This is_______How Can I Help You?"), this woman says "Can you hear me? Hello?", Her voice sounded like I just woke her up. After revealing to her that I was calling back like she said, "Okay." There was a long pause and then she hung up.
I realized too late that this company seems to actually be scammers who false advertise and take your money.

Scammers!!! Took over $500 of my legit transactions
I legitimately applied or registered an account for 2sell account with legit documents and everything they said to adjust on my website, I did everything for nothing. After getting sales over $500 they suddenly closed my account for no reason to take my money and use for their own good within a pandemic.
I was ridiculously scammed.
I registered and they did a manual review to my website:
1. Remove digital currency storage
2. Access to my client area
3. Only accept annual payment at a maximum... And so much more!
After a couple of sales, until I get over $500, they suddenly requested all my invoices and said they will review my account for no reason and told me to wait for up to 21 days before my money is released and when 21 days come along, they decided to closed my account for no reasonable cause and never responded to my questions further.

2co.com are scammers. They charged my credit card $103.99 cnd on august 18, 2020, claiming it was fir manwarebytes 1310. This is double the annual charge. In addition, they nailed me for the same amount on august 19, 2019, the same charge. This company shows as 2co.com* malwarebytes 1028amsterdam when billed last year.

Malware killer
15/06/2019 I purchased Malware Killer from IOLO. downloaded product to be told already installed in better version. The program existing will not operate on the activation key I have . This means two purchases of product neither of which work and NO response from IOLO can be gained.
