4over shamelessly ruined our reputation.
Some companies provide inferior services, others employ negligent and incompetent personnel, even worse yet, some companies deliberately lie and deceive those who foolishly put their trust in them. 4over is all of the above and much worse.
Donald Montz and his crew ruined our reputation beyond repair by systematically botching our business card order with their lies, carelessness and incompetence. An understanding person could recognize that printing machines are machines and that sometimes they don't work as we need them to work, but what about FIXING such problems and most importantly, communicating in a timely fashion the situation to the client?
Donald's crew repeatedly failed not only all possible communication options but most unfortunately, he failed to follow through with all the actions he stated in writing he was going to execute to fix our botched order.
I feel singled out, betrayed and ashamed. I especially feel ashamed because THREE times I had to lie to my customer about the status of his order. Donald Montz assured me he had personally taken care of our delayed order, he kept offering refunds and free coupons for future orders, I said to him, "Donald, I don't want free or refunds, please focus your time and resources to EXPEDITE this order so i can save my reputation with this client". He assured me he personally had made the arrangements to ship our order next day express. One, two, three more days went by and our business cards never came.
We finally called again to find out not only that no order had been reprocessed but that it wasn't going to be even attempted due to "the Los Angeles branch being closed for the week". Donald wasn't even available himself, all one gets is an automated response stating he'll be gone the entire week". He just took off and left us hanging.
4over simply doesn't care about customer satisfaction, fixing their lack of professionalism or even threats of negative reviews.
