A Pro is knowledgeable and professional. Their home inspection reports are thorough and have ample photos to demonstrate. I have used A Pro at least 20 times and each time they have done a fantastic job! I highly recommend A Pro for home inspection services.

Excellent Service! There was a delay in completion of construction that we were not notified about and the inspector worked with the builder to get the inspection completed on the scheduled date. I have referred A Pro to many clients and they have always done an outstanding job.

Don't use them. They missed numerous deficiencies in the home that should have been reported. I would have offered less on the home if I had received an accurate inspection report. I contacted them to give them an opportunity to make it right. They only offered excuses and denials. Save yourself the trouble, use someone else.

And since I chose to be present during the inspection, he displayed the fact that he was very knowledgeable and explained any and everything I asked while sticking to his inspection and completing all tasks. Very Professional in Appearance, Service and Integrity! The gentleman went over everything positive and negative. They were thorough including facts and pictures to make sure everything was perfectly clear. He knew his business from plumbing to electrical to construction and house settling/aging. The report included everything, was well put together and easily readable.

I thought that the inspector was very professional. He was very thorough in completing the home inspection and organized his report in way that was easy to read and understand. He highlighted the areas of primary concern (structural & safety related) and placed those in the beginning of the report. He also supported all his statements with pictures of the concerning areas.

Outstanding from the beginning. A-Pro made certain all safety considerations were aknowledged in the current Wuhan viruse environment. Acted quickly to reschedule in the ever changing builder scheduling delays as well. In the end provided a top notch and thorough report to ensure standards during my build. Stellar service! This company has an easy request of service process and confirmation. I was able to securely pay online easily. The seller's agent did not have the water on to be able to inspect the plumbing of the home. Thankfully, the agent was able to get this situated later that day. The wonderful inspector was nice enough to circle back around the same day to complete the inspection. Again, stellar and professional service! Highly recommend!

This inspector was extremely professional in every way. From our initial phone call thru the payment process and most of all the actual inspection this company gets the highest score we can give. The report itself was exactly what I needed...very detailed, w/ pics to back up his observations and clear and concise recommendations for what needs to be dealt with immediately and what can be dealt with in the near future. A-Pro Home Inspection Mississippi Gulf Coast offered prompt, professional, highly knowledgeable and thoroughly invesigative home inspection services. The report received was highly detailed by category. Findings were additionally labelled by urgency to which the finding needed to be addressed or monitored for further degradation in the future. All findings were accompanied by explanatory photos. A-Pro also agreed to inspect the outbuildings for the hobby farm for an additional fee which has important to my wife and I to determine the state of the property across all buildings, not just the home. Their inspection summary offered an excellent assessment of the overall state of the structures and their supporting mechanical and electrical systems which was great context in understanding each individual finding. I couldn't imagine getting a more detailed and thorough inspection of the property giving my wife and I a high level of confidence for the current state of the property within the context of what is typical for the age of those buildings.
