My rental agreements
My name is Nikita Veal and I have been a customer of Aaron’s for many years never had an issue with paying or payoff any thing I rent from there. I am having an issue with the manager there name Darell it is the location on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis Indiana 46254. Back in the summer I had to take myself off ez pay because when I went into the store to make a payment a few hours later someone in the store would charge my card the same amount I just paid, then he is always getting smart with people and catching attitudes so I purposely don’t answer his calls because he has a smart mouth, I am behind on my payments because I feel on hard times, but I get notifications all the time of someone changing my agreements that I didn’t authorize and have not been informed of, all the times I have made payments and I tell him which items I’m paying on he just does what he wants with my money and put it on whatever it is he wants me to pay, when I sighed up for the agreement he told me what days I have to pay not asking when I get paid and what’s the best dates for me so now I’m behind on my payments which I have never been behind on any of my payments until he took over. I need better assistance and less attitude. What he does not realize is that about 10 of his customers he has right now I have sent to him for business and they all say he has a bad attitude and smart mouth which I didn’t realize until he stayed with my daughter and me as well as my mother and cousin
Desired outcome: I want an apology and better assistance on my product, he need to realize that people fall on hard times but we are still trying to make payments, and please don’t change my agreements without talking to me first

I was told if the couch is ripped on the seem it would fall under ther Warrenty and be fixed or replace after they sent someone out they said it looks like kids have been climbing all over it and that's not covered under the Warrenty. it's ripped at the seem and should be covered like they originally said it's the aarons in helena mt it happened on 11-17-22

rented a pc started having problems took it back 3 times same problem.It goes to blue screen,system stop !The problem came up again so I CALLED arrons said bring it back!I took it back they look up our account and told me that i just paid it off so they are no longer will fix it!are you kidding me it should have replaced it after the second time.we have been long time coustmers I need a pc so i put it in shop so i would like a new pc or the money i have to pay to repair my pc iits just not right to treat folks like this

Dryer washer
I have been calling aarons n on east street Indianapolis indiana about my dryer. Sue answered said she would tell the service manager give samsung 24 hours someone should get back with me. Waited called again milinda answered said she was the only one In the store and would let me know again no call back. Then Lance calls me today bc they ran my card and it didn't go threw funny how that works he said he didn't even know about my dryer issue. So I called Samsung myself nothing was filed so I had to do it. They don't talk to eachother they don't know how to make call backs unless it has to do with money. They won't do their jobs. This is a mess

Ashley at the store 3250 W pleasant run road Lancaster TX is very rude and needs to be FIRED! We complained about the couch that had broken the first week we had it. She got an attitude to and said do you want us to come get it. That is not how you talk to a paying customer. Every time I go in there, she is being rude to customers, on her cellphone all the time! She is always sitting on the Funiture as well as laying down. Get rid of her BC she doesn't bring anything to your company.

in august i had called the store manager ( trever ) from peterborough as i have been a customer for 10 years, and other then the first order being mixed up 10 years ago i let it go but i had asked trever if i could put my august 30th payment on the end of the contract he did not call me back so i called him back 3 hours later he said well i didnt call you back so you should know it was a yes very rudely i must add. so in sept 30th payment for $122.02 was takin out as usual but oct 5th it was takin out again without me even knowing about it he never called me to tell me i was paying twice i called him only to find out he is out of the country til tuesday,, this is unacceptable not to mention unfair another bill was going N.S.F. General manager
New to the Portland area and got furniture from Arrans, I was treat awful and talked to with disrespect. I had money taken out of my account without my authorization from the Store manager wo is awful and rude, now I have to get a lawyer to fight this store on Division in Portland, i will never go there again.Had to call my bank get my funds back, they are doing investigation on this matter, he had no authorization to take money out my account, refused to pick merchandise when I asked and wanted to charge me for it, threaten me with calling police and told okay do it you stole from me
I made a complaint and they had him called not the Regional manager . I am in the process now getting a lawery.

Lack of Professionalism
I have NEVER seen a more UNPROFESSIONAL group of people in my life. Both managers are rude and obnoxious to both customers and staff. He has a extreme laziness about himself, and that may be due to the fact that he is always leaning back in his chair. There is a young Hispanic male that works there that failed to pick up furniture that was left in my home for over a WEEK after I told them to pick it up, and THEY kept my money. I paid for a month, and the furniture was to be picked up the day after they delivered it, because I found other furniture and paid cash for it. I called corporate to complain, and nothing was done. I have asked this young man several times not to contact or speak to me, due to condescending, attitude and continued cynicism. He should be dismissed from his position. I am sure that the Texas City store makes considerably less than the other stores. I never got the arcade game I requested as Christmas gift for my grandchildren. Will I shop with Aaron's again? I do not think so. But if I did, I would drive 200 miles to ANOTHER store, and not the one filled with [censored], in Texas City.
P.S. the female employees are great...

Laptop computer
I got a laptop to help with my nonprofit. It's been nothing but a nightmare!
First, they sent the wrong one. The serial numbers do not match the contract. I've repeatedly asked for a correction and a copy of the corrected contract, but have received nothing.
Then they closed the local store without notice, expecting everyone local to go more than an hour's drive away or allow them access to bank accounts.
I recently missed a payment due to being very ill. I called and was told it was ok to make a double payment next month, to just expect a late fee.
Today, more than a week before that payment is due, someone claiming to be the "regional manager" called and started yelling at me, demanding my credit card info over the phone and threatening to "have the police collect the computer". When I tried to tell her an arrangement has already been made, she told me it's not valid and I "better make that payment right now"
I have since spoken to a lawyer and learned that in my state, the contract is not valid because of the incorrect serial number. I also learned that, at most, they can attempt to take me to collections but nothing more (again, there's that serial number thing). Legally, because the contract is not valid, I owe them nothing - yet I am willing to pay, because I believe in being honest.
Desired outcome: I would like a corrected contract with the serial number of the item I actually received, an apology, and for them to stop harassing people.
Payment not received
So I been a customer for a while I have bought washer and dryer on the payment plan with no problems. I also am on the payment plan for a tv. I am purchasing no problems with that payment plan! But I also got 2 computers in January and I have had nothing but problems! I ask for my computer payment to be on a Thursday that I get pared I don't care what Thursday it is just on onr that I get paid on! But for some reason. It keeps getting changed so of coarse it gets declined so they think I am not paying and calling me and harassing me! Why dont they try to get the payment in the correct Thursday and leave me alone. Why I'm I having so much trouble this time and never before had trouble! U van see on ur computer my history with yall! I made a payment on ezpay for aarons on August 26, I specifically checked the box for my payment not to be taken off the card that I used, it was my daughters, not 30 minutes later it took out another payment, I called the store and spoke with a women that said she would refund it back and it showed that she did but it still was not in my account I have been talking back and forth about this problem, with store reps and DM or Gm whatever he calls himself Dave, he finally called me on Sept. 13 and said he checked and it was supposed to be issued but it show the payment was not, and that he would make it his #1 priority to have this issue resolved by the next day which is today the 14th of September. Well no call and I call the store and he is not in today and the same woman that supposedly refunded my money from beginning was there alone AGAIN! and is not authorized to check in the system to see what the problem is. I call corporate and speak to a Manager or whomever and they said they would send the complaint to the Regional Manager and they don't have a number to give me, I will be contacted in 2 to 3 business days, I will never rent from them again and if I wasnt going to school and needed laptop, I would take it back. This is very unexceptable.
Desired outcome: money to be refunded put back on my daughters card immediately not 7 business days, not 3 to 4 business days IMMEDIATELY

Maybe YOU can get some answers. I was blatantly ignored while in the Elmira store, only to leave without the tv I was trying to get. So I came home waited for a cpl hours and attempted to call and initiate a new lease (already have 2existing leases) but was basically talked to like I was ignorant. In frustration I hung up because the idea of paying as much as I do, as faithfully as I do every month, and being talked to aggressively like I stupid, isn’t ok. So I wait, and try to call to establish lease 3moretimes and conveniently, they just stopped answering my calls at all. The315# belongs to whoever I spoke to about my complaint. I don’t recall his name however, he was going to reach out to local manger and get this worked out. Now I’ve sat here for over a week waiting for “resolution”. I’m sorry but Instead of getting my money for another lease, I’m ending all leases with Aaron’s. Apparently it’s ok to crap all over the people giving you money without regard. I’m devistated by the treatment and lack of recourse.
Desired outcome: I’m just going to sever my ties with Aaron’s. I’m certainly not going to spend the next two years having to deal with this. Ideally I would have been able to complete lease, not at the expense of my integrity.
Laptop
The Aaron's on division is a beautiful brand new store that has a lot more than the rest of them do. I got a laptop from them. The lady her name started with an I and she was the assistant manager was very helpful. In and out in under an hour. Explain everything very well for the leasing plan. But the customer service after was horrible. My laptop was suppose to be delivered between 11-3 and wasn't here till almost 5. I got no courtesy call, nothing. I had to call them. The guy just dropped it off pretty much and said there was a code on it to unlock the laptop. First off why is the laptop even locked if it's now mine? No pin on laptop. It has now taken me three days to even get someone to find the information to get the laptop open. No one knows what they're doing. It's complete [censored] honestly. No one has time management skills there. The laptop still isn't unlocked and no one is calling me back. The urge to take this laptop back is ungodly. Will never get something through them again because they can't get their [censored] together.
The owners and their regional manager and their now gm prize in maysville
So i worked for an aarons franchise in maysville Ky . Sorry aarons I know you dont treat your customers this way but the owners that franchise from you are absolute horrible and wierd people and in those two locations are ruining your good family name for sales. The regional Manager now and at the time of my employment is friends with Crystal Blackburn the two out of their minds woman that actually run or try to run those two stores...Regional Manager Bethany Banks in the morehead store is a liar straight up and a thief. So when you fill out your leasing power and your approved does that not mean that your approved...well these two think that their above your leasing power to decide who gets what and who dont even if their approved. they dont run the store according to your guidelines . So I have all the customers that i leased to while employed by them calling me even after i was wrongfully terminated and telling me whats going on.. they are absolutely furious for one that they did me the way they did and also the general manager that was there at the time that was also wronfully terminated because they wanted another unhonest puppet in the chair.and now he wants to bring in his wife to work...wow is all i can say...but anyway they are calling and threatening all of our customers to pay or they are picking their stuff up for a 60.00 payment on a customer that is a good customer and her last payment is 60.00 shes paid out and i guarentee she wont go back I mean wow again...another customer called my Gm personal phone and said that they threatened her as well with a payment and or return and she pays twice a month. she is 65 or 70 years old and thats ridiculous. they have called all the people we sold to and helped out as family and threatening them...I got word the other day that now all lease agreements have to be approved through crystal Blackburn The Owner Bill connors Girlfriend no less before they can do an agreement at all ...Sure thats gonna work. I had ordered two go cart beds for a great customer and i heard that bethany banks said im not giving those people anything new that i will switch out what i have in inventory used here in my store and i will set the new ones up in my store...So these people are expecting brand new go cart beds and a new twin mattress and without their knowledge Bethany Banks and Crystal Blackburn are above their customers and screw them out of what we ordered for them. I am so disgusted and hate that i cant help my customers i had because of their trickery and distain, I also heard that MY GM at the time and I are being bashed by these two woman who are absolutely confused by who and what they are and where they came from to be treating people the way that they do. I mean its disgusting. Crystal Blackburn said she had ptsd from us when we worked there ...So narcissistic people like to turn things around and think they are better than everyone but Crystal Blackburn and Bethany Banks are truly the ones that will give you PTSD from their lies and deception. But then when you tell them that theres black mold and a water leak or unsafe conditions they never were their to fix it or make the workplace we worked in a better place. Maybe not by me but Karma is a good thing and it always happens to bad people...Gods got this when its time they will meet Karma.

This is a complaint about how these people run these two stores and they treat people their employees and their customers. How they run their business, and now that I have worked for them for 6 months and then wrongfully terminated because they are losers and know everything on how they lie and cheat people out of the customer service they deserve and have no empathy or customer relations what so ever. I still have eyes and ears their and I wanted to add to the complaint I made yesterday. So I recieved a message yesterday that all they wanted to do was talk crap about me and the other two girls that they fired for no reason at all... to employees that are still there. I am not understanding why they would do this when there is no reason to do this we did nothing wrong but boost customer service and clear alot of their accounts that were behind and lift the store up as far as customer relations as well. They had lost alot of business all ready before we came because of the kind of people they want to run the store, liars and thieves and people that dont actually care about there customers. They just want you to collect money in the cam position or you get fired. Sales manager to make 34 agreements in a day or you get fired or bumped. I mean people have all ready been leaving that store because of how they were treated. I had customers say well if they do this to you girls we are walking and we will never give them our business again... so its kinda funny yesterday that BIll Connor was in the store fixing things when I hadnt seen him but once the whole time I worked there... Fixing things.. what? hahaha My general manager at the time had been telling him about unsafe conditions in that store the whole six months I was there and I only seen him once or twice maybe, and he didnt fix a thing lol.. so I was an employee of an aarons franchise in Maysville KY. until as of yesterday
I will be posting a complaint everyday until my issue is resolved and they answer for their discrimination and the way they treat their employees and also the way they treated their corporate advisor and trainer behind his back. So they sent him to help train us and we (the gm, and the cam, that also no longer are employed as of yesterday because of their kindness to me) because they couldnt and didnt train us at all. But when he left they called him a dumbfuck and told us we had to do it their way ...Everyone is so confused and the disgrace to this man who runs and is over 40 stores was called that when he was offering them his services to treat him that way was absolutely uncalled for wow! is all i have to say. Theses people also own the morehead franchise store and treat those employees the same except for two employees who behave and act like the owners..want them too...their are to many people like them in this world . I would like to say that we were constantly watched and harassed by the owners bill connor and crystal blackburn and constantly threatened of our jobs everyday. We were called lazy and they are not very proffessional at all. I witnessed crysal Blackburn make fun of an employee for the way he talked when she visited the store one day...Ive seen them do illegal facebook searches on their customers by their regional manager to find them and ive also witnessed illegal returns done by Bethany Banks their regional manager in her own personal ford f150 pick up truck .. another employee has pictures of it. And she has lied about my whole situation ...The day before they wrongfully terminated me they sent the other loyal wrong acting employee Brython Beach to the maysville store from morehead store to tell another employee that i worked with that day that he was their to keep me under control...I was very threatened and felt very disturbed by this information and how the 4 of them operate and treat people and if you look at the cameras i really didnt need controlling all i did was work im not sure what he meant by that and i do have the person in my corner and will say the truth about what he said. Meanwhile I have been at the store plenty without a babysitter alone until that day why? I know why but because of my issue im not allowed to discuss I dont know if its right to mention names on here or not and i am not just a disgruntled employee making acusations..Just the truth. but i have also seen them do alot of their customers dirty as well. im not disgruntled at all in fact even though they wrongfully terminated me and i needed my job its absolutely a relief that i am not threatened daily by them for absolutely nothing or be littled or discriminated against every day or embarrassed in front of customers by them. but doing my job and putting up them . There is alot more as well so stay tuned like i said they are awful and do not know how to treat people so i wouldnt give em your business either its entirely up to you as consumers but this is just my advice. If I was AArons i would pull their franchise card because they are doing nothing but ruining the aarons name .

Rent to own
8/11 I purchased a desktop bundle for my husband, it was scheduled for delivery 8/16 the woman I spoke to told me all he needed was to sign the paperwork to receive it, so I had a doctors appointment 8/16 while he was home I provided him the information to check up on the status of his gift. They started treating him as if he was a scammer, they stated that his phone number didn’t belong to him which I don’t know why they were peering into his personal life, though the number is his and he pays OUR bill. So after going back and forth with the manager it’s gets delivered, 2 minutes later a banging at the door and it’s taken back. When I contact the store . They tell me very rudely and talking over me that they will not do business with me because “to many people called” and that they were closing my account and refusing to give me my product . When I called customer service they said that’s not what was supposed to be done at all. If anything I could’ve transferred to a different store. I just want my product . The lease is still showing in the app and All. I just want my to gift my husband for his birthday and they are making this very hard
Update 8/22/2022- the regional manager of 187 sw military dr San Antonio Texas refuses to talk to me because his employees have lied and stated that I tried to pay the delivery driver.

I am a customer who is renting from the little york store. when I originally began my agreement I asked the store manager to set my payments up for biweekly payments. I did fall behind, however, I am trying to get my account current but for some reason when I called they were always asking for a monthly payment. I recently made my payments through the app and the store manager Shalonda exclaims to me that she doesn't see the payments. I do have an account in Rosenberg however my husband was making those payments and fell behind a little we are striving to bring these accounts current. She needs to worry about my little york account, not my Rosenberg account he has already spoken with Carlos.
