I signed up for 2 new permanent Crowns to fix 2 damaged teeth in my mouth. I received 2 temporary crowns on 09/20/2023. The temporary crowns were defective and fell out of my mouth the same day they were installed. The following I called the office, however no one answered the phone. I tried several more calls with no results, I decided to visit the office, however to my surprise the office was closed. September 21,2023 was the middle of the week and no holiday. It turns out days later I was able to leave a voice mail asking for someone to call me back. finally 1 month later somebody called and confirmed that the office was closed, and now under new management asked if I would like to set up a new appointment to which I agreed. To my surprise there was only a secretary available, but no Dentist or Nurse. At that point asked for a full refund of the full amount charged against my credit. I did receive a partial refund, however there remains an open balance for $662.00 which now accumulates interests for nonpayment.
I ask the Complaints Board to intervene on my behalf. I should add that I did file a previous complaint with you on 12/23/2023 to which I received no answer.
Sincerely - Benjamin Bruk
