I always thought that if you asked the right question, you'll get the correct answer. but be advised that whenever you ask a question, never ask the a question starting with the word WHY. So the question is, for what reason do so many Companies think they can just rip people off and get away with it. My online experience have been with companies like USACREDIT.COM, Myhomeprofitacademy.com, Platiumonlinegroup/savingpays, and absolutegreentea. All are trying to rip you off. and the simplr fact is this. Nobody signed up for their service. Where is our Govt. Are they not monitoring us. they got better things to do right?. Watch out for the fine print when you sighn up for something, and never give then your banking information. but if you do, be ready do deal with your Banks. They do have a fraudline, and a Credit Card line for complaints. You can also call The internet service center to file a complaint at [protected]. To process an investigation call this number [protected].

i was charged over one hundred dollars for a sample bottle of green tea pills
Well my experience was a lot different. I signed up for the trial and read all the terms and conditions which also state, thet if u do not rcv the product in 4 days, to call and let them know. I called because I didnt rcv the product until 10 days later and they extended my trial.. they also offered me 50% off. About 18 days later, I was billed for $39.96 instead of $79.93.. a month later, i called that number [protected] and I canceled.. and I never had a problem. and it was sent from Florida
I also was prematurely charged by Absolute Green Tea, 6 days before the trial was supposed to end, but I was able to cancel the membership and dispute the charge without any problems. I reached customer service easily on the first try and they were very friendly and helpful after I explained my situation and concerns over the early charges. Of course, they made one effort to keep me on as a customer by offering to extend my trial period and payment date since I happened to be working out of town when the product shipped, but that's their job as customer service reps. Once I politely declined and raised my concerns over the early charges they immediately proceeded to cancel and reverse the charges. The money was back in my account in less than 24 hours. So maybe they've made some improvements in the customer service area.
Absolute Green Tea, after saying they would remove my name from their list, charged my credit card again, but did not send anything. That was the
third time a withdrawal was made, but nothing sent, and the second time that they claimed to have withdrawn my name.
Absolute Green Tea charged my credit card but did not send anything. When a complaint was made, they said they would stop, but they did not. They
repeated withdrawing with the credit card, but not sending anything. It is a credit fraud company.
Okay, I feel I have to update this because I just got the Absolute Green Tea sent from Florida, not Utah. Is it possible there are several companies - maybe it's a franchise situation?
Well, I got it, I immediately called to cancel my membership (I got through right away - same number as above) and, well, it went very smoothly. The operator told me to keep the product and since I cancelled within the trial period, there was no charge for it. I specifically asked if they wanted me to return it and she said no. My experience is totally different from what I have read here. Of course, I cancelled my cc so they can't get more money out of me and so I won't know if they tried.
Well, I signed up for this (it was 2 in the morning) and what I really don't like is that no where was it apparent that I was signing up for an autoship. I got worried about 10 minutes after paying for the trial membership and so I cancelled that cc number and got a new one (they can't charge me anything more than the trial price). It arrived today and I called their customer service number. I got through right away (this product was shipped from 293 Goolsby Blvd, Delray Beach, FL - someone posted about a Utah company) and cancelled my membership and something else. I asked if I could return this and the woman (who was very nice) told me to keep it. I asked if there was an additional charge for this and she said since I cancelled within the 14 days, that no, it was mine to keep. So, my experience was different than what I have read. Now, maybe if they still had my cc number, I'd have a different tale to tell but to this point, they seem pretty legit. Maybe not worth whatever the autoship would cost, I don't know what that would be because I didn't ask. Now, Mineral Elements is another story entirely - those people would have charge my cc 130.00 for the so called free trial product they sent if I hadn't cancelled and sent the product back using some RMA code - definitely stay away from them.
Everyone, please get a new cc number. I signed up for the sample but had the feeling I shouldn't have so 15 minutes after I did, I called my cc company and closed that number and opened a new one. They can't get any money out of me now. I haven't gotten the stuff yet but I will return it if I can find a number for them. I suspect that, given how elusive they are, I won't find them. If I can't find them, I just won't return the stuff (if it ever arrives) and let them come after me. My cc company did authorize a few bucks for the "trial shipment" but that's it. Oh, also, don't fall for the Mineral Elements thing, it's the same story. I can't believe I fell for this - it was the get a free ipad scam. Sign up for "trial" samples of all this great stuff and you can have an ipad! Right...

I simply wanted a sample and was willing to pay for that sample. With two other mailings, I realized the company would keep charging me for the product I do not want. When I reached their site, my computer warned me that Absolute Green Tea is not their true site and that logging on to them would create an opening to other scam sites.
the name of the pills are absolute green tea
i applied for the sample and was charged over one hundred dollars for them
