delay of shipment, gave wrong information of shipment, short of cartons and wrongly delivered of cartons
I'm writing to inform you that recently the goods that you brought from my company have not been supplier correctly to my customer.We always received called from my customer mentioned that there a goods are missing and even worse wrongly delivered to others customer.
Here I have highlighted few cases,
On 23 December 2016 we sent six cartons through your company service but the next day on 24 December 2016 the goods that arrived short of one cartons.However, your company said would settle it and the goods received on 27 December 2016.Another incident happened on 23 December 2016 where we sent 5 cartons and unfortunately my customer only received 4 goods out of five.However this case settled on 5/1/17 according to the person in charge.I also informed my agent.And today 9/1/17 the worse part is my agent called me to follow up regarding the short of cartons..Ahhh! The facts is that abx subang person gave wrong information saying that my customer had received the parcel and the case is closed but actually is NOT..Seriously its really a terrible and irresponsible people.I still have three pending cases.The perfect words that they will be saying is "We are Following Up". It is really disappointment to my company regarding the service.Actually there are most incidents happened I'm not able to explain it one by one so do refers to the attachments.
rm6.40 to buy post slip??? wat!!!?
Today i went to post my parcel 2kg prepaid box at abx Pontian branch . And i fill in wrong address and i request a new posting slip. wat i really feel shocking tat they cant give me free posting slip they ask me to buy a new post slip and it costs RM6.40. wat!? r u serious?This is ridiculous. Of couse i w not buy, so ur staff using liquid to cover the wrong address, Other courier companies are not acceptable, they will give customer a new free slip! post slip always is free, who will paid RM6.40 to buy tat slip! never hear before, i'm doing online business for 3 years, tis is my 1st time try to support abx express, really dissapointed with abx express.

I recently applied for a student visa, and had my passport delivered to my mailing address using abx. I was notified when the visa was processed, so I roughly had an idea when it would arrive.
A few days after the shipment was supposed to arrive, I checked the online tracking service and noticed it was sent back due to "bad address", though the mailing address was one that we usually use. However there were no calls or notification whatsoever from abx about that.
Are you saying that you couldn't find my address but you didn't even try to call me?! This is my worst courier experience so far.

I haven't receive my parcel since 13/5/2016 until now :( I was really regretful for choosing abx!
I called them again today, around 12.35pm and the customer service said she'll call me back within 10mins but I've waited for 2 hours more and I call them again, they said they can do nothing, wth
I've told the cs last week that I'll pick up my parcel at subang warehouse on my own(cs told me that my parcel was there), I purposely went there last Tuesday(travelled for 2 hours smtg)to get my parcel but they treated me rudely! and at last the workers there told me that my parcel have been send to my hometown area== I be like, alright that's okay, then I back to my hometown, I ask at their branch, they told me that my parcel haven't send to there, and it's still at subang warehouse. lol
then the next day I call them again, a Malay woman(customer service) answered my call and she even scolded me for keep calling them! then she said my parcel still at custom, they haven't get it and it's at PJ, kl..lol I really don't understand why can they give me so many version of excuses and how can they treat their customer in rude way. my parcel has been process for 2 weeks, I can track it at their website, but they said they haven't get my parcel from custom, what a joke!

Screw abx! I was so regretful that I have chosen abx to deliver my tao bao items all the way from China! I don't really understand why abx can't deliver my parcel on time, I paid for the fees and the parcel has reach Malaysia and passed the custom before 13/5/2016, but until today(21/5/2016), I didn't even receive my parcel and when I check with customer...

Parcel have reach abs subang jaya warehouse since 12/04/2016, until today arrangement for this parcel, i had call customer service but unable to get the answer, i just want to know when can receive my parcel but abs customer service can't answer me and they advice me to collect myself. late delivery
Document send from KL Office on 21/12/2015 but until 3pm on 22/12/2015 haven't received our document. Called ABX Johor Bahru, clerk incharge said the doc at ABX Tebrau. Called ABX Tebrau clerk incharge said the document with the rider. I asked for the Manager number but the clerk incharge said that they don't have Manager the only have Supervisor Incharge Encik Mazuni H/P No : [protected]. Called Encik Mazuni and asked "if a document was send yesterday what time should reach customer office? he answer the next day in the morning." I complaint that I haven't received my document and asked him to check. Im not satisfied the way your supervisor incharge answered me. Very rude.

This morning at 9.30am i called to asked but they said will send it by today. Then i called again at 5.35pm and your staff said my parcel still pending on your side. BAD SERVICE...! ABX Express delivered an package to my building, did not call me to inform me upon arrival, so left it at our reception, of course our security at the reception signed for it, later when I got back and opened it, the package is empty, from the outset it looked like it has been opened and sealed back, initially I thought it was the customs (until police told me custom don't do this). I brought the package to the branch store at Kota Kinabalu, the lady said will look into it and find out if this was how the package arrive from KL. Nearly 3 weeks later now, after few chase ups, they have replied saying I should contact the shipper. basically washing their hands. WTF? It is outright obvious it is opened by someone working either in ABX or the initial courier company. Surely it is not difficult to find who handled the package and had the means to scan the package knowing what is inside, as how it was opened surely points towards the person knowing what is inside, my real concern is if ABX Express Malaysia actually employ such staffs, this is a serious matter, and ultimately this just puts ABX's reputation down the drain. But obviously they do not care one bit, so DO NOT USE ABX EXPRESS EVER! I am less so annoyed with the item stolen but more upset the culprit is not caught and the company seems to embrace the behavior.
Agreed! ABX POOR SERVICES. Yesterday just collected my parcel at Abx kota kinabalu . My goods has been stolen, I straight away opened it and check and told them. One of the lady snap photos of my parcel inside and outside said will reported to China about this case. It's obviously opened by someone, stole it and sealed back.
sending parcel to wrong place and bad service
I send a parcel to a lady in Johor Bahru. ABX company sent it to the wrong person and that person called me and told me my parcel is with her. I called the head office and they asked me to call the branch which I send the parcel from. They told me they cannot do anything about it and wanted me to call the Tebrau Hub Center. Finally there is someone picking up the phone after so many times calling. I told them my problem and they checked the Airbill Number. They said there is no such Airbill Number in the system. They said the parcel haven't reach Johor and haven't been scanned for sending. But can you explain to me how will it get to the wrong person if it haven't reach Johor ? That person told me three parcels were packed together in a big parcel. Only one is hers and the other one is mine while another one is another lady's. She only realized that after she open up the large parcel. This is my first time using ABX Express and things like this happen. I'm pretty disappointed with your service. Besides, the workers in Tebrau Hub Center is not polite at all, they don't answer me when I talk to them or ask them questions. That is really rude of ABX company's workers. What I want for ABX to do is just to collect the parcel from the wrong place they sent it to and send it to the correct address. Thank you.

staf bolh col my mom and sruh pickup sndri her thing... alasn yang diterima sebab sibuk dan x sempat nk hantar.. kepala bapak dia buat keje macam tu... this my fist time using abx.. tpi sngat mgecewakan... i pomise ni kali pertama dan terakhir sy guna.. dokumen y sangat penting boleh dibuat main2... x terfikir ke kalau dokumen tu hilang or dokumen tu sagat2 berguna kpada org lain... tolong abx.. please hire pekerja yang bertamadun sikit..
rude customer service, slow in deliver parcels
We are an online company, we send out many parcels almost everyday to our customers. Our customers always do not receive the parcel on the next working day. we realized this happen mostly to our Penang, KL and PJ customer. ABX hold their parcel more than 2 to 3 weeks without sending it out. And when you call them to check on the status, they said it is because short of manpower. This is ridiculous. Other courier company dont have this 'short of manpower' issue, why ABX has this issue in every branch? We engaged ABX because we want customer to receive their stocks on next working day with reliable service. But looks like it is otherwise. If that's the case, we as well use normal post ! Their motto is 'Delivering Satisfaction Worldwide'. Nonsense!
And we do have an issue with their personnel as well, there is this guy named Adrian who are very rude while talking to his customer. When we asked him whether he knows he is very rude, his answer is 'it is not a big deal, and dont understand why we take this so seriously '.
Really disappointed with their service.
We did try to call Siti Hawa Abdullah, ABX Country Customer Care Manager to complaint on ABX service and rude employees. But we called for continuously 5 days from Morning to evening, she never pick up her direct line at all. We wonder does ABX management personnel ever work in the office or they are holidaying all the time?

"kita punya runner dah keluar la.. tak boleh hantar hari nie la.." esok i call lgi (on friday) "saya tak tahu la knapa runner tak bawak keluar your parcel ary nie mgkin terlupa." sabtu abx half day ahad abx cuti, so next week la kita hantar your parcel yea.." receiver parcel i bukan dduk di pendalaman pown, dari ipoh nak ke klebang tu tak sampai 30min..sakitnya hati.. macam mana uollss punya service? your staff tak tahu buat kerja atau macam mana nie? atau uollsss punya staff pilih2 barang untuk hantar? please la take note wahai abx kurier express..!
Abx express very bad service, ABX is a rubbish courier service, Very stupid staff, every day call for pick-up, but no body come for pick-up, rubbish service, rubbish service, rubbish service especially Johor Bahru Branch, prices are expensive, but the service of "pesky"...Stupid courier service!..

I've read all complaints here since 2012, but i just received a parcel from China via ABX...complaints here says ABX keep parcel in warehouse too long but mine only stayed in warehouse for few minutes... And out for delivery... But 1 thing is funny...the postman uses a normal motorcycle to deliver it, no any ABX written on his motorcycle... Basically im satisfied with ABX...Or at least im lucky ...tq
Order SmartPhone from China using agent, was happy received the parcel, then the box was so light, it turn out, IT'S ONLY A SCREEN PROTECTOR, WHERE IS THE SMARTPHONE! i dunno who to blame, kastam? agent? ABX?

My advice is do not use this courier company, if you are sending valuable items, the items will have high chances of it being stolen by their staffs, and their attempt of delivery is awful, if they call do call you but could not get through, your item will just be sitting in their depot.

We hv ship the parcel on 27/08/12 but until today 11/9/12, this abx express company still hold the parcel not delivery to our Kuala Lumpur customer, the reason they given is due short of man power. I daily contact them to check the status & request them to shipback to me if don't want to deliver. But until today they informed still informed me that short of man power cannot return back the parcel to me. I email them to claim the loss, nobody of Abx management to take action reply my mail & contact me.
This Abx Express (M) Sdn Bhd really very poor service & unresposibility.
Every time this abx express parcel delivery guy comes to this taman sure he will scold using vulger words just because sucurity guard follow the taman rules regulation register every outsider entered taman

the abx courier contacted me during my very busy work hours.. and I explained to him that I am busy and have a very busy work schedule.. if it is true that he does not know my home address, he can just return the item at the abx place. .

Why bother opening two abx at the same region at the first place while hq give one abx 41 bag of parcel while the other one only 10? I’m runner from only 10 bag of parcel abx, I can only made rm10-20 a day. Why not fair and square 50/50. Equal amount. I want to work. I need money.
Saya ada order barang di shoppe dari China, bila sampai Malaysia , barang tu ABX yang handle.. Saya nak tahu mana saya nak dapatkan no tracking ABX tu ya, sebab parcel saya sudah 2 hari out for delivery tapi belum smpai rumah pun. Bila saya call abx, diorg nak no tracking..tapi di shoppe tiada disertakan no tracking.
Barang tidak smpai lg ke rumah. Status d shoppe kata out of delivery, tiba” btukar self-collect pula. aku call” nd pndai menjawab. barang ni spatutnya smpai 1/9 lgi.
