Dear Madina management,
your staff is not polite to the customer as I buy green chilly worth of 1 Aed and given 5 aed to the guy who was on counter ( look like Paa wearing round eyeglasses ) he has returned me many fills I told him to not give me this but still, he forces me to take finally I have returned him the chilly walk-out from the store and this not happen first time not even with me only he talks rudely to the customers and one day he will be in trouble
I hope you can understand the situation and you guys will make him understand to be polite and humble with customer

At 1:43 I have ordered Bbq beyond burger. I have followed up and said they were making it. I looked and they were actually making it but to my dismay its not mine. At 2:06pm they handed it to me when u was saying i wanna cancel it now for i have miss my Go bus and now the uber is outside waiting.
They made it swiftly not even 20 seconds!
No bag not even a kleenex. They didnt even apologize.
The server was a lady.
Im sure you can find out who the people on that shift.

Hi I applied cash loan/credit card at your UOB branch Pasir Ris. This guy who handles credit cards/loans spoke to be and I submitted my application. The application got rejected. I sms him few times asking the reason why got rejected but no reply from him.
Then I got letter from your bank the loan got rejected and ask me to check in CBS and get the report, I did. I found out that OCBC never update my record since 2015 and its shows that I have outstanding amount.
Immediately I called them and rectify the error which they did. They have updated my record.
I still went back to your bank to inform the error but this guy phone is in engage mode. I can't recall his name but his number is [protected]. I found out my number is blocked from his phone. I knew about this because I immediately called him from my another the phone ring and he answered.
I just want to inform him why my loan rejected and if possible I would like reapply again through your bank.
This is very unprofessional and childish attitude that guy has. Now I want you to go find out why he did this and call me back asap.

Yesterday I was driving on Route 73 in Voorhees, NJ just before 3pm. In front of me was a "staffing van" from ACCU Staffing Services. There was a lot of traffic, and I realized that there were no brake lights on this van/trailer as we approached every red light. How dangerous is that?! Being the good citizen I am, I saw the 800 # on the van and wanted to alert them of their van/trailer's potential danger. In retrospect, I should have called 911.
I dialed ACCU's 800# and the phone was answered by a rude representative whose response to my concern was:
"I don't know WHAT you're talking about!" (What great customer service!) And then she put me on hold...and hung up on me!
I called back and said that we must have "gotten disconnected" (I don't think so!) and while I explained the situation to another rep, I heard laughing in the background. Could this have been the ignorant buffoon who answered the phone the first time?
Bottom line: You need to train your Customer Service Representatives in phone etiquette or you will lose all your business.
Better yet: You need to re-staff your Customer Service Department.
I also left TWO messages for Lynn, who is supposedly the supervisor...and she never called me back. You need to keep in mind that no one enjoys dealing with rude and incompetent people over the phone.

Well, when that van causes an accident that results in a huge liability, Accu-Staffing will wish they had hired better representatives.
This ratchet staffing agency called accu staffing.
I signed up with this Staffing Agency called Accu Staffing... The worst Staffing Agency I've ever worked for, first of all they still owe me for a paycheck that I have not even gotten yet going on two weeks... Everytime I call them to inquire about it they keep telling me my check is in the mail, or they will go as far as to avoid my calls constantly telling me the person I need to talk to is not there or she is in a meeting...I have been treated with no respect and the Staffing Agency is very unprofessional...First of all I'm a business woman and I'm not even use to waiting for a check in the mail...I have always had Direct Deposit... When I've started working for them has been for a month now... Every other pay I received on time until recently this pay I haven't received going on two weeks now ...My other check came in the mail but this so called Staffing Agency called Accu Staffing have not yet sent me what they owed to me from two weeks ago... I'm starting to think they're avoiding me on purpose here... Please I beg you guys to really look into this particular AGENCY before you start working there...

I decided to enroll with AccuStaffing in hopes I would get a job so I can pay my rent and bills. What got was exactly the opposite. For one, they promise prompt employment, and I never got so much as a call from them until about 4 months later. Second, they called me on an old number that I told them to update to my new number 3 times before that. They told me they were trying to get some people to work at a packaging factory a few cities away but would provide transportation. They also told me to dress warmly as though I was going to work outside. That's all they told me about this job. So I woke up early, dressed warmly, and made it to work on time. The first thing I noticed was there wasn't a worker in there that spoke English. All of the workers spoke Spanish and no one seemed to know what to do. I was never told I had to sign a sign-in sheet until two hours after I started working. I was clipped by a Spanish-speaking employer driving a forklift who didn't slow down or say sorry, just beeped his horn for people to get out of the way. Because I was Hispanic, the supervisors automatically spoke to me in Spanish and treated me very rudely. But I stuck it out for a week to get my paycheck. But come that Friday, payday, there was no check in the mail. I called AccuStaffing to ask why this was so and they said, "We can not confirm your hours." They said they would call the factory again and call me back with the solution but never did. So I called them next Friday, the same answer. I told them I was quitting the job and I told them to contact me with a legit employment site next time. About a month later, they still called my old telephone number, completely ignoring the fact that I had given them a new number 4 times already, and asked me to come work for the same factory again. It seemed they had no record of me ever working there to begin with. I told them absolutely not and asked them to remove me from their files, that I did not want to recieve anymore calls from them. I advise anyone with precious time and dignity to do the same.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I work for accu and my experience been horrible. What they do is put you in places where you are very qualified. And the supervisor jumps in your face. They just look they don't say a word.
This company is full of workers none are english all Spanish.. They have attitudes.. My son worked 2 jobs & one job said he was in bathroom 30 mins & sleep... Then they said we can't send him back.. So I said what about other company.. They lied said he was on schedule then next day said we can't use him bc someone high up found him in bathroom.. Firstly who can see in bathroom stall ? That's violation of privacy & secondarily no one found him sleep bc he wasn't .. That Wednesday he was sent home go early so he was outside talking to girl who had got fired bc she asked for someone to sign paper for lunch.. The next day 8:15 he gets call he supposedly was sleep & in bathroom 30 mins.. How convenient bc if he was in bathroom sleep they would've immediately sent him home.. Someone is lying & story changes.. These unprofessionally @ ACCU didn't let him defend himself or listen .. They said the company called& that's it.. Yet this guy Vince from the company had complaints in the past.. For a young man to not even be given a chance to go back to other job that had no complaints was foul.. Lady on phone did not want to speak to me @ all.. Had a nasty attitude.. People have bills to pay & they were just plain rude& ignorant.. I would never recommend them to anyone.. In the past my daughter worked there but different management @ ACCU is unprofessional.. They know that company treats workers like trash .. They just don't care.. In the past they listened to worker but this group lied last night told me he was on list for other company than today said he was no longer needed.. He never even got a fair hearing .. So there advertising for jobs 18.50 is a lie .. Had them making 8 to 9 hr..
