this company is bad at managing properties! they charge too much fees and even asked me to sell my place that they're supposed to be taking care of?!?! i don't trust them with my info.

acrirlty.com is a bit of a hassle to get in touch with. They do reply, but it takes a while and it feels like they don't really care. I sent them a letter back in May and I still haven't heard back. It's pretty clear that they don't really care about customer service.

This company is the worst when it comes to managing properties. They don't tell you what's going on with the work they're doing, and they don't even bother responding to complaints. Plus, they hire contractors who do a terrible job and are super rude to the people who live there. It's like they just don't give a damn.

ACRI Commercial Realty Inc is a good company. They help you with your property and make sure everything is taken care of. They are very professional and always answer your calls. They are not like those other companies that just take your money and don't do anything. They are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their property.

I been on our Board for 14 years and worked with lots of property managers. Acri is the best! Tracy H is our manager and she always on the ball. She handles our residents' requests and complaints with objectivity and professionalism. She also is a great talker and writer. Thanks Tracy & Acri for making our lives easier!

Our property manager, Tracy H and her assistant, Patricia W are super smart and they always answer our questions. They're always there when we need them, whether we're doing big work or just regular stuff. It's really cool to work with them every day. The people who do the money stuff and the website are also really helpful. It makes it easy for our HOA board and the people who own the property to see what's going on.

I had a bad experience with ACRI Commercial Realty Inc. The lady in charge doesn't seem to know the difference between insurance for condos and homeowners policies. She told us that we need a condo policy that doesn't cover anything outside, including trees. But then she expects the unit owners to cover any damage caused by storms. She needs to make sure that people are insured properly to cover what she claims is the unit owners' responsibility. It's been over 6 weeks since a bad microburst took down trees in our complex, and the trees are still lying on the ground. *** is not managing things well.

So, I was late on two payments (620 bucks) but I paid up. Then I tried to refinance with my mortgage company and they said I was in some legal trouble with ***, which I had no clue about. I called *** in Perrysville and got sent to accounts, but both times I got a voicemail from the rep. I left two messages and still haven't heard back after three days. It's bad enough they're trying to sue me for two missed payments during a pandemic, but telling my mortgage company I'm in legal trouble after I paid up is just wrong. I tried emailing them from their website, but the email bounced back every time. This lack of response and them telling my mortgage company I'm in legal trouble is causing me a lot of stress and could cost me money if I can't refinance. I'm gonna have to go to their office to sort this out, but I'm really unhappy with how they're handling this.

i asked for some info from ACRI Commercial Realty Inc as per the HOA By Laws and state law, but they never got back to me. kinda bummed about it.

ACRI Commercial Realty Inc ain't all that great. They got cars on their property with no inspection sticker or expired for years. Ain't no parking permits displayed on them cars neither. They got furniture stored in hallways which is a violation of building code and they ain't doing nothing about it. Owners can't even complain at meetings. The laundry room hours ain't being enforced and they ain't enforcing the number of people living in each unit.

This company is supposed to manage our hoa, but they ain't doing a good job. We've been trying to get in touch with them about some hoa rules and some problems with our place, but they ain't responding. We got some branches in the back that are messing up our home, and we asked them to cut them, but they ain't said nothing.

I bought a place at *** from Acri on March 4. Since then, the managers changed 4 times! There's a roach problem in the building that started in my condo too. Ehrich came in December but didn't fix it. I tried products, emails, and calls, but now another manager says they'll get back to me. People throw garbage around the building and parking area, but maintenance doesn't clean it up. I cleaned up 60 cigarette butts myself before Christmas, and I'm disabled! Acri/Twin Oaks Manor cancelled the property owners' meeting on December 9. Today, I learned Acri is meeting with the board on Zoom, but no one else is invited. I asked to join, but they said no. They raised the management fee from $330 to $370!

I changed my bank account in March and tried to update my payment info on Acri's website, but it didn't work. I called them and told them not to charge the old account. I thought everything was fine, but then in May I got a letter about fees. I called again and thought it was resolved. But now they're trying to charge me for certified mail and I'm not happy. I asked who I can talk to and they said I'm wrong and have to pay. I don't think it's fair to charge me for their mistake. I've paid all my HOA fees on time.
