Hello my steam username currently is Liawassheered I am requesting a ban appeal if possible for my account ban which lead to a Vac ban on my account which permanently makes me look bad to the gaming community. I was wondering if there is a way this can reversed I already have had to remove this game Call of Duty Cold War From my library because of the ban. I in fact try to not lie. I did activate software onto my computer. But I did not have the intention of it actually changing the game files or getting my account looked at. I simply believed it was a joke download when I downloaded this software because it had rainbow colors and seemed like it was just malware. I figured since I was bored to look at it and when I did while playing cold war everything was fine. I played the game Normally on zombies and solo as always and constantly died and respawned over and over. I have put over 80 hours into the game and put lot’s of my money into it. I didn’t expect I would be banned from something that seemed easily harmless. Because of this situation though it has lead to me getting a bad reputation among other games and seen as a cheater nobody wants to associate with. I would like if it would be possible to at least talk to steam and remove the Vac ban from my account. If it comes down to it that is all I would ask for. If possible I would want a chance at being able to play cold war again with the same account I had purchased the game on because me and my partner loved playing with each other. But as I stated if that is not possible could your staff look at my account and talk to steam about removing this ban? It would mean a lot and I would be appreciative of it. If more information is needed my steam account is aluaakbar1. I can not ask steam directly because they require that the developers themselves are spoken to first and then give consent and they need the developer to speak with them. I would do it myself if possible but I can not which is why I am asking here. I understand there is no reason to trust me or believe what I say which is why I can only give my word that I am trying to tell the truth the best I can. All I can say Is I give my word. It may not mean much but it is all I have. Thank you for reading. I am looking forward to hearing back soon.

Claimed loss: I have loss money time and effort. I lost hours of gameplay. I have lost a few much as at least $120 dollars on this game. My partner has lost over $100 dollars as well.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and the ability to have my Steam Vac ban lifted at the very least and or Have my cold war ban lifted I have waited a long time and believe the time has been done since the incident occurring earlier this year.
