Banned hacked account

On the 29th June I received an email alert to say my email had been changed, I tried to access my account to verify this but was unable to do so as my account had been compromised. I contacted the Blizzard team to recover my account but in the time that it took for them to block and restore my account a person called (snakeykiller#4404968) had hacked my account and was using it to which my account was banned. I did raise a ticket to Activision in regards to this and during the next few days I received no contact in regards to this other than today to say my account now was permanently banned.
To say the least I am not happy about this as my account was clearly compromised as I have ticket to Blizzard and all the email which I was sent during the recovery process, I understand you have measures in place to stop hackers and cheats, but having a look at my stats and account since 2019 I have not once been involved in any such thing, I have worked hard to get the weapons and addons I now have and feel that the ruling has been harsh. I am willing to provide photographic proof of ID as well. Any help or contact in regards to this matter would be very grateful. Hacked email [protected]@gmail.com battletag IstSgtKarlA. My account was hacked under reevek49@gmail.com I contacted Blizzard team who set me up with a new email address under revellkarl50@gmail.com but whilst this was getting resolved the person who hacked my account got Warzone and MW banned I have tried to contact Activision on several occasions to get this resolved I only want my account unbanned as I am quite sure the IP address will show up different on the accounts the normal one an the hacked account and my stats before the account was hacked on the 28th will show no cheating or hack since 2019. Any feedback would be great

In June of 2021, I received an email from Activision stating that I had changed my login account ID (email address: [protected]@frontiernet.net). It provided a link stating that if I did not change my account ID, to click to link to correct the issue of my account being stolen by a hacker. The hacker changed my login ID from [protected]@frontiernet.net to [protected]@MTLEGEND.COM. In the game Call of Duty Warzone, my player name is SGT_SLADE#7239469. However, the instructions on the Activision site did not work to correct this issue. I tried sending emails to Activision and leaving messages on their sites, but got no response. After several months I tried again, but this time used a different reason on their site as to what kind of issue I was having. This time, I received emails from Activision instructing me to try certain procedures, none of which helped me to recover my account from the hacker that stole my Activision account. There were several email exchanges asking me to try again and to send them screenshots and videos of what I did, which I did, but the procedures still did not work. I begged them to call me and furnished them with my telephone number, but they said that they were not allowed to call. I believe that a phone call would have helped to solve the issue. Finally, I asked them to please just change my account ID back to [protected]@frontiernet.net and reset my password, but I got no response. The emails ceased and they refused to communicate with me after that. My Activision Case # was [protected].

The desk that you forwarded me to was trying to send me to the self help page for account recovery, which, as I said before, I cannot do because I cannot log into my hacked account to unlink my PSN account from Warzone.
For clarification, I think that the new account that I created is actually for [protected]@3388848. The email ID is the same as for my hacked account which is [protected]@frontiernet.net.
I find that not being able to verbally discuss this issue is leading to misunderstanding on my part, perhaps. So, if you can, please call me at [protected]. Maybe then we can get this issue resolved in real time.

When submitting an account recovery request, since you still have access to your PSN account, you can use that to log in and submit the recovery request. If it asks you to unlink your platform accounts, you can actually skip that portion. The account recovery team will be able to validate your request if you're contacting them using the affected account.

I DO NOT have access to my hacked account, therefore, I CANNOT log into it. My hacked account is linked to my PSN account. In following the Account Recovery process on your site, I created a NEW account, but could not go any farther in the Recovery process because I could not unlink my old account.

OK, I am logged in and I am at the Account Recovery page. This is the page that tells me to create a new account, link my PSN account to it, and then go to Step 2. However, I cannot start Step 2 because I cannot link my PSN account, which is still linked to my hacked account. Is there any other way to get this done?

There is no need for you to do step 1, you should go directly to step 2. You'll be wondering: Why?. Because the form must be filled from your hacked account. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when I asked you to sign in with your PSN credentials, you were able to log in right?

1. Do you understand that the HACKER changed the email address and password to my HACKED account, so I CANNOT ACCESS MY HACKED ACCOUNT? How do you expect me to access my HACKED ACCOUNT? If I had access to my Hacked account, I would just simply change the password, but I DON'T HAVE ACCESS.
2. Because I CANNOT ACCESS MY HACKED ACCOUNT, I CANNOT unlink my PSN account to my HACKED ACCOUNT.
3. Following the Step 1 directions, I am supposed to create a NEW Activision account and link my PSN account to it. But, because I cannot link my new account to my PSN account, I CANNOT DO STEP 2.
4. On my new account, if I attempt to skip Step 1 and do Step 2 as you suggest, I get the following message: "We did not detect any platform accounts linked to your Activision account." Therefore, I cannot access any FORM.
If you are trying to get me to quit playing Call of Duty, just say so. I am getting very frustrated and am on the verge of quitting everything Activision. That would be a shame, since I have played every COD game since COD 1.

Dear Activision,
The new Warzone map is being released tomorrow, and I still to not have control of my hacked Activision account that is still linked to my Playstation account. The last instructions that you sent me was to log into my Activision account using the Playstation icon on the login page. However, as I described, when I try to use the Playstation login procedure, after entering the Google Authentication code, I get sent back to the Activision login screen, which does not have the Playstation icon for login option.
WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING? Since then, you have NOT responded to my queries and have seemingly given up on recovering my hacked account. Therefore, you have given me no option than to issue a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have dealt with this issue since JUNE and am sick of this!
Either you respond to this email IMMEDIATELY or my actions will be, at the very least, what is described above.

When I try to log in using my Playstation account, as you described, after clicking on the Playstation icon, it asks for the Google Authentication code, which I enter using the Google Authenticate app, but after hitting Enter, it takes me back to the login screen again.
I can only log into the New Activision account, or log into my Playstation account separately, it seems.

Call of duty warzone
I am writing because I want to complain about the brutal measures taken against me in Call of Duty Warzone.
I am on the Autism spectrum, I'm also limited by health issues to few activities at the moment, one of which was Call of Duty Warzone which was up til recently a way I spent time at home online with friends. Not anymore I was permanently banned from it recently. To me this is unfair given the situation and circumstances. I really would like it to change.
Warzone has been rampant with cheaters and hackers for a very long time and while Acitivison says its improving, they player base doesn't see it. Hardcore hackers just keep coming back again and again in new accounts using new hacks and cheats to by pass the anti-cheat, while those of us who are legit players feel helpless.
Some of us like myself, kept feeling that the hackers were getting in our way of obtaining things you have to work for in the game such as all the cosmetic benefits from Operator Skins to Gun Camos, and other things that allowed you to express yourself in appearance in the game.
So we wound up taking a route we were told was safe using a simple unlock tool that gave us access to those things without giving us any help towards playing the game. I myself don't need any help. Before the hackers got out of control, playing legit I was a top 1% player, still was.
However, I wound up being caught by the anti-cheat and permanently banned from the game.
I tried to appeal being that I was using relatively harmless software to get what hackers were denying me. Was promptly and permanently turned down by Activision.
This to me is unfair, its because of the hackers I went with using this software in the first place, I should be given a warning and allowed to play without it. Far worse individuals get banned and use their means to get back into the game over and over again, yet I am the one getting shut out with no way back in, at least no official and legal way back in.
Moreover Activision until it gets a better grip on the hacking and cheating, should offer a way to buy access these things.
If Activision had offered a way to purchase the unlock of all the cosmetics from them I would have gone to that first instead of turning to 3rd party software.
Plenty of innocent players who do not play unfairly are getting caught in the crosshairs of being permanently banned from the game with no means of appeal or a chance for their story to be heard to determine if they are a pure cheater or if they were merely reacting to the situation created by others that Activision has allowed to continue.
I should be given a second chance before being permanently banned, I did nothing compared to some who use hacks to go int o the game and ruin it for everyone else. In short all I did was get access to things I felt I could no longer earn due to the hackers getting in my way, and I wanted access to the cosmetics I was being prevented from earning.
Those who feel they are unfairly banned should have a means of appealing their case and not being summarily ignored.
To me that just says greedy corporation, they got their money out of me and now they are going to deny me what I paid for.
I put a hell of a lot of money into it, whenever there was something I could buy from them I bought it, store bundles with gun blueprints and some of the cosmetics I bought them if I liked them. I didn't have to, the unlock tool gave me access to all of them, but I bought them anyway, because I am a legit decent player who was only using a 3rd party software option until Activision corrected the larger problem at hand.
I should be given a second chance, and if I am stuck with not being able to acquire things because of the real hackers, they should be working harder to do something about it, or giving us players who like getting access to things like cosmetics a means to get them other than what would take us forever to earn with hackers around.
I have seen many hackers in more than dozens of games get away with ruining the round for the rest and I have sat and spammed reports on those players to see them get away with no punishment. Yet I am to accept my fate when I have not been as bad as them. This is like execution for all doesn't matter if you are a thief or a murderer. To me it is flat out unfair and unjust.
Activision is showing a blatant disrespect for its player base by not being more discerning. Just because they make billions off of a game, doesn't mean they can mistreat a few hundred or thousand of their customers who are just trying to get around a problem that Activision is refusing to deal with in effective manners.
This needs to change.
Desired outcome: I want the permanent ban lifted off of my account, and a new appeal system created to hear individual cases, with a better chance to be let off with a warning, than to just be blocked forever form a game that is my go to for entertainment.
I agree with most said. Do you use any controller enhancments. Other than thumbrisers? That is all i use. No cheats no paddles for extra buttons. The whole aimbot and low to no recoil hack and wall hacks, just ruins the whole thing for all. It would for me because there is no challenge. I enjoy the challenge of taking down the blatantly obvious cheaters. Those are my most kills, the "higher" ranking cheaters. More points for me, quite interesting to me how easily fooled they are. 🤭🤫😏

So I have been playing Call of Duty pretty much since the first one came out. I have been a fan for a very long time. I have been playing on a PS 4 since it came out. I was recently picked by Sony to get a PS 5. So I was able to upgrade. Spectrum who is my internet provider in Wyoming also recently upgraded my internet from about 97 mbps to about 200 mbps. I never had an issue with the slower internet or my PS 4 except it was always slow to load into games and my ping was high. Once I got the PS 5 and the faster internet my ping was lower and my load out times were faster. My game play didnt really change though. I had only about 45 wins in Warzone and my K/D was about a .65. I average about 2-3 kills a game. Those stats stayed the same even after the changeover. About 2 weeks ago I got shadow banned. I couldnt understand why but I appealed and was eventually told after about a week that it was being removed and that I didnt do anything wrong. A week later I reveive notification that I was permanently banned. They advised that it was due to Unauthorized Software and Manipulation of Game Data. I know that there are all kinds of hacks for PC but I really dont know about a PS 5 nor would I ever do that. If I was cheating or hacking I would hope that my stats would show that but they dont. They show a bad playing who is consistent. They wont tell you specifics and are guilty until proven innocent by them. Again, if I was cheating or hacking, my stats should show something different.
I have spent $1000 of dollars on games and skins/blueprints. Why would I jeopardize that? There is no recourse according to them.

J'ai été banni définitivement suite à une intrusion sur mon compte, mon adresse mail a été piraté puis l'intrus a eu accès à mon compte Activision, une fois avoir récupérer le compte je me rend compte que mon compte a été banni définitivement.
Je vous prie de croire que je ne suis pas l'auteur de cette action, de plus j'ai bien pu récupérer mes accès à ma boite mail et sécuriser le compte.

I have been trying to contact someone from support in regards to my account being deleted.
Monday April 25, 2022 i was able to place warzone with the activision account nokapthe3rd#9885948. On Tuesday April 26, 2022 when I logged on , there was complete different account that displayed.
I don't understand why it was deleted without being notified and why it is so hard to get in contact with someone when something happens.
I need to be contacted in regards to this because I am not happy about it.
Account was hacked
My Activision account email was hacked and change to one I do not own and they will not take action when I request support. I've sent multiple emails and support tickets and still nothing. this started on 07/23/2021 when I started the first support ticket and I did not get a response instead they closed the case without resolving my issue. Their support number hangs up on you when you try to reach out for this specific issue, they will tell you to write a support ticket. they then write the response of that support ticket to the email that I am trying to get changed and do not own instead of my actual email. I cannot change anything on the account without a verification email which is sent to the email I do not have. I have looked into the email domain and it does not even exist. they have no other way for me to get in contact with their corporate office or even speak to a real person.
the email that my account should be under is [protected]@gmail.com instead it was changed to [protected]@mailfa.org. I have been in an excruciating battle with Activision on trying to get this resolved and to no avail. thank you for your time and I hope I am able to get this resolved.
Desired outcome: I would like my account email to be changed back to the one I own and to speak over the phone with their corporate office.

Hello, I am trying to unlink my Xbox account from my Activision account, but I realized the email associated with the Activision account is not accessible to me, so I'm unable to get a code that I can input so I can unlink the account. I am very frustrated that I can't get on the phone with someone to help me with this issue, all it is now is automated voices and your support page that doesn't help me one bit. Desired outcome: I would like to a get a hold of someone or maybe have someone in Activision force my Xbox/PlayStation account to unlink from the Activision account. Or you could just delete the Activision account.
Unwarranted Shadow ban/ban
I've been playing for 40 years and never cheat never cheat nor do I know how! Tired of being Shadow band just because players report you when they died out of rage. Check & you will see ! Unauthorized charges
My child (Zack Armstrong) made these purchases without my knowledge. I just realized this once I got my January bank statements. All purchases were made in January ($780.00) for cod points through Google play with the gmail [protected]@gmail.com and I did not authorize these purchases nor did I have knowledge of this until now. I would like a refund of all purchases if anyway possible. This has never happened before and I don't see how or why someone didn't flag these purchases but I seriously need this money back. Severs not working
Ever since the game came out and even now me and my friends could never get into a zombie match. I mean it works for multiplayer and every other cod except this one and I'm assuming it hasn't been reported since it is still happening. Please do your best to try and fix it.

I am writing to complain about the self deleting of the game modern warfare. I enjoy playing with a few friends on my days off and it is becoming impossible to play.
On this passed weekend I had to delete and re-download the whole game again (for the fifth time) and this normally enables the game to run fairly well for a month or so. Tonight I turned it on and it has already deleted the whole multiplayer AND compatibility packs.
This download is fairly big for my internet and takes a LONG time to complete. Why does it happen? and why does it happen so frequently to a point that I cannot ever enjoy playing it as I play a roulette for if its deleted itself or not.
I would really appreciate a fix of the current problems that have plagued this game for a while, rather than the constant and ever growing updates that the game requires, and I am definitely not alone in this request.

Just a money grabbing company
The game is great! No doubt about it.
Problems are:
-Aim assist for console gamers (controllers)
-No anti-cheat of any kind(We live in the 21st century - stop being lazy)
-Bugs that were here from the start of the game still exist
-Multi-million company and all they do is re-mask the map
-Only bothered to do make skins that will actually make them dollars.
It is fun to play... but come on. Do something about these issues.
I just want to say to ppl to stop buying stupid skins... Only then they will snap out of this and do something about the actual game.
Be smart all! Stop wasting hundreds of euros for 1 game.
They are taking out of every one of you at least 100 euros every season.

I bought modern warfare on Xbox to play video game and have fun but instead I get killed by cheaters hiding inside walls I reported someone and I'm hoping the get ban forever because people like him should not be allowed to play and stop people like me from hAving a good time ! It's been too many times I come across cheaters like this and it really makes me mad because I bought this game to have fun and clearly that's not what is happening.

I would like to complain over a number of things that have really put me off playing your games number 1; the fact that you do nothing about all of the cheaters in modern warfare, black ops Cold War and warzone 2; that I cannot enjoy playing warzone as there is no option to turn off cross play as pc players have an extreme advantage over console 3; the fact I have complained at least 7 times and haven't received a reply 4; that you favour YouTube gamers over casual gamers for example the fact that when a couple of content creators complain you style the game the way that they want it instead of the way that the people who actually go out to buy the games would like especially when those people do not buy your games as you gift them to them as they are "advertising" your game in there online streams I believe you have lost touch with those of us who play for fun and are not being paid to play the game like the streamers that you seem to favour above everyone else
Desired outcome: Would like the option to turn cross play off for warzone, for there to be an algorithm to stop cheaters and aim botters for you to take some feedback from the casual players instead of favouring streamers opinions over everyone else’s
Computer users have an advantage over console users and the cheaters aren't being stopped. You are killing this game for console users and show no signs of caring.
If you want to slow the cheating and make it fun again? Make it where console players can actually get in games without computer players.

Sick of old outdated listening servers, please update as we are in 2020! Also, so fed up with hackers, ban all players using cronos and striker mod kits! Next we console players want console only option, playstation and xbox only as p. c still have too much advantage. Modern warfare
My activision ID was permanently banned (StrawfSTG#5827391) with no reason provided or no reason I can think of. This was a paid product to which I no longer have access to. I contacted their support team who confirmed all bans are permanent and cant be reversed and conversation terminated. This is a product I am no longer able to use and believe I have been wrongly banned and my consumer rights removed. I need to get this reversed as I have spent hundreds of pounds on this product and for being banned for no reason is disgraceful.
