This company operates almost like a scam. The products we ordered did not work as they are supposed to and when we tried to leave a product review on their webpage, it simply does not allow us to do so! We called customer service and apparently, they send an automatic email for product reviews which we never received. They were rude and told us we probably "accidentally deleted" the email. When asked how we are supposed to leave product reviews at this point, they told us rudely it cannot be done!

I got this free vibe that was advertised with 20 functions. when i got it i was a little disappointed to find out it only had 10. it worked fine but by the third use it didnt work no matter what. im trying to return it and exchange it but they wont let me pick out what i exchange it for, even tho in an email i got it said this "If you would prefer to substitute this item for another item of equal value that is in stock, please let us know."
the vibrator is $44.95 and the options they gave me were mostly dvd's and mens products. 3 vibrators although i could only find 2 on their website. dont waste your money on them!
Do not use this site its a rip off customer service is a joke they cant find your order until you lose your [censored] then all of a sudden it magically appears... I paid for faster shipping and 2 weeks later still not here and according to cistomer service wont be here for another 3 weeks do not use this site 🤬
Placed my order and paid for rush shipping. Only part of my order was delivered. After 3 weeks of still waiting for the other sort of my order I cashed and emailed customer service they were both very rude and said that I paid for it to be rushed processed. They are not responsible for the back order and did not offer me something in place of it. Said I world just have to continue to wait or order something else and pay for that. Why am I going to pay for something else when what I have already paid for I so haven’t received! What a joke! I wish in customer service and this is not how you treat your customers. Says 100% guest satisfaction that’s a lie.
Write to customer affairs. What a BS situation in hope to indulge on a very personal side and the products are less than adequate to sau the least. Can't leave a review regarding product quality either... what a waste
I’ve personally never had a problem buying from Adam&Eve. I’ve bought a few times and received my packages within a few days with all of the products in tact. On top of that, I have had a good experience with the products bought, they work as intended. My only issue is I‘be been having trouble leaving a review (I want to give a 5 star review on an amazing product). It’s so unfortunate that others have had a bad experience, but that hasn’t been a problem for me personally :) Just thought I’d leave another perspective here!
i purchased the hummer 2.0 on May 3rd it stopped working after the 4th use no power to the unit at all. great product at 399.00 plus shipping and insurance costing over 443 but with the 35% discount it worked out to 390 and some change.
now that's figured out for the cost of 4 Blowjobs it was still cheaper than a hooker but not as good as the real thing. all i can say is DONT BLOW YOUR MONEY pardon the pun.
