I have used adm and eve for my many things over the years. However I stopped buying from them because I moved and I just started back and I love it. Yes I expect some delays in items because if it's on promotion it's selling. I ordered on the 6 of September and they finally shipped it today but I'm not mad. I understand these things happen and I will never stop buying from them they are a great company and you need to learn patience. If you want it tomorrow go to a store near you, if you don't mind the wait sometimes order from Adam and Eve!

I ordered from them a couple of times to try some new things and have yet to have a problem with anything. I received my order yesterday and a candle that I ordered was missing. I checked everything to make sure that I hadn't miss placed it when I opened it. I contacted customer service, and they checked my order to ensure that I actually ordered it, and they sent me a new one which shipped today. As a heads up you can track your orders as well. On the top of the page on the right hand side there is a track my order button, click that it redirects you to a page with a history of all your orders, and click the order you are interested in tracking.

I ordered a couple items with confidence till I read all of this. I WAS SO SCARED! Then... OH MY GOODNESS... I GOT MY ORDER! Within 7 days too! I didn't even put any extra postage on it. ALSO... The Welcome Kit, ITS A VERY REAL THING! I truly wish I could post a picture for you. Its something for her, something for him, something to share and a DVD. IT DOES EXIST!

Placed a order on Thursday with a Next day deliver. It was several minutes after 8pm. Right after placing the order i noticed that i am passed the cutoff shipping time so i called in to make sure that it will or i needed to cancel the order. A customer support tech picked up and i asked hem to check it for me and if it will not arrive on Friday i need to cancel all do the sight was marked delivery on Monday. I was assured by him that the items ware picked up by UPS already and it a 100% delivery on Friday. Well guess what got home from work and no delivery. In about 2 hours i am going to a party where this items ware suppose to be a gift at and i have nothing to take. So i called them and complained about it not being delivered on time. I was told that my delivery is on a schedule for Monday and that on a web sight its clearly marked LOL. I was told my the guy that i talked the day before that my account was not updated and on hes screen it clearly marked that it was picked up and on its way to me for a Friday delivery like i wanted. The first order I placed back on May 27th was lost during shipping, I understand that this was not the fault of the company; however, they still charged my card for the products upon shipping as is their policy. I requested a replacement, and they obliged, but when I received it one of the items was missing. It was the more expensive item and I was not informed at any point during my conversations with customer service to get a replacement that this item was out of stock. Because of this, I decided to request a refund on June 27th for that item rather than wait for it to come back in stock (the company did not give me a clear timeline on when that would happen so I decided this was the best course of action.) Their policies on card refunds are not clear, in customer service emails they only discuss pending charges for items prior to shipping. I was not given a timeline for my refund and I had to reach out more than a week later to understand what was going on, only to be told that the refund would process in five days. I still have not received a refund and this whole situation has been so strange, inconvenient, and exhausting.

So, I recently bought a toy from AdamEve and when I got it, the box was already open. I thought maybe it happened during delivery, but when I took the toy out, there was some white stuff and fingerprints on it. I was pretty grossed out and immediately contacted AdamEve. They told me that the white residue was a protective layer, but I don't believe that for one second. I mean, come on, who puts a protective layer on a toy that's already been opened?

I had ordered the magic massager from my local go puff delivery service first they had delivered me a defective one then when they refused to let me return it they brought me a new one this one doesn't work right either. I bought one of Adam and Eve's bullet vibrators back in June, while the shipping process for me wasnt as terrible The first is what seems to be a common problem and it doesnt stay charged for long. Usually if it does in the middle of using it, putting it on the charger for about 15 to 20 minutes will charge it pretty quickly. However, more concerning is the fact that it gets REALLY hot after about 30 minutes of use. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this based on reviews ive seen, I just wanted to just warn people in case they decide to purchase it. Other than that it works fine for me. Pretty decent for a budget vibrator.
