2. Kitchen counter keeps separating and we cannot sell house with this condition, its looks more terrible than before.
3. Bathroom shower, that has lifetime guarantee, not only has crack come back, but now it also is coming off the wall.
4. Walls under sink and also in master bathroom still have not been painted
*May I please have your supervisor contact information please, thanks. As you know already it has been over 9+ months now and once again the bathroom shower is cracking again.
These things are very urgent and we hope we can get them fixed asap please. We see workers working everywhere, everyday around here.

Desired outcome: Fix all problems of a brand new home
Cracks throughout my home
I purchased my new construction home and moved in May 2021, by October my garage was covered in cracks. Cracks that run through the entire home and out on to the patio. The only thing Adams Homes wanted to do was cover them with epoxy. I called out a foundation company that said there are numerous empty spaces throughout the home. I pulled the inspection report from the city of North Port. It failed 3 times for the foundation. Adams homes called in a 3rd party that sided with me saying it needs addressed and fixed. Yet Adams Homes refuses to fix anything. Their staff out of the Venice Florida office now refuses to even answer a warranty request of any kind now.
Desired outcome: I want it fixed. Not covered up. Almost $300,000 for home that shouldn’t be having these types of issues so soon after being built.
Home damaged and not being repaired after months of waiting and being lied to
My fiancé purchased our first home, a brand new 2330sqft home from Adams Homes for $300,000 on September 30th, 2021. Sometime during the process of the home being built their contractors crushed the drain line of our septic system which we were unaware of and eventually led to flooding in our home.
The first flood happened on April 26th, 2022 in the middle of the night and Adams Warranty Dept was contacted asap. They sent out a plumber who told us it was a septic issue and they would report back to Adams. We heard nothing further. Our home flooded again in May 2022 and again they sent a plumber who also said the issue was the septic but again we heard nothing further from Adams. The last time our home flooded was May 25th, 2022. By this point over half of our house and most of our furniture and belongings were damaged. FINALLY Adams sent out the septic company and we watched as they dug up our yard to inspect the septic. That is when we were told the drain line was crushed and needed to be replaced. It was several more weeks before the drain line was repaired and we only found out it had been done by repeatedly calling the septic company. The Superintendent of Adams Homes came out to our home and told us (my fiance and I) that the damage should be fixed and after weeks and weeks of phone calls made by us we still had no answers. Finally, after making more phonecalls, Jason in the warranty dept reached out and came out to our home on Friday, July 1st. He then told us they *might* fix *some* of the damage. He told us he would call on Tuesday, July 5th with answers, but he didn't. Every time we call we reach Lisa or Michelle and are told Jason is out of the office or in a meeting and he will call us back with answers but he never does.
We are FED UP!
We just want our home fixed so our family of 6 including 4 young children (ages 11 to 1 year old) do not have to live in a house torn apart, missing flooring and baseboards, with water damaged cabinets, doors, trim, furniture, etc
WE WANT ANSWERS AND WE WANT OUR HOME FIXED!
Desired outcome: Restore our home to it's original condition
We're in a Adam's home in Palm Bay as well. We have warped doors, paint over spray all over our bathroom floor, garage floor starting to crack. They used cheap spackle that is starting to shrink and crack. The silicone around the bathroom sinks never bonded and the sinks move. I feel horrible for the people in the larger Adam's developments out west of town.
Repeat city noise violations
Adams Home repeatedly violates the city of Montevallo's noise ordinance- even after police visits and city officer visit to work site. Adams Homes does NOT manage the work site. This is disruptive to current residents. And due to the slow and sporadic build out of new homes the problems persist for long periods- months, a year. Direct contact to Adams Homes resulted in more disrespect to current residents- blatant disregard for noise violations.
Desired outcome: Adams Homes to manage their construction sites and respect residents by working within the noice oirsinance times
Stay away at all costs
MR ADAMS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF! From horrible plumbing that you do not take accountability for, to shoddy workmanship throughout the house that you could care less about. Your customer service stinks since it is just a bunch of bullying coming from you side. Your best defense is making the consumer look like they are idiots, but in the end, come judgement day, you will have a LOT to explain.
BUYER BEWARE...MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A GOOD LOOK AND SECOND LOOK AT EVERYTHING ADAMS HOMES BUILDS, I PERSONALLY WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ADAMS HOMES OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA.
look at these reviews before you even think of buying from adams and then run away
I completely agree with you !
I just purchased an Adams Hines and we have worked Carlinhos, cracks in the entire slab, grading equals zero, since that haven’t done any grading at all and water accumulates around the house instead of being diverted from the house.
They installed an AC unit smaller that the one we need for the square footage of the house, I don’t even know how the calculation were made or even how it passed inspection.
You can see the workmanship of the house is just garage and when you approach them for repair that make it look like everything is within normal standard of construction.
Well if that’s the case I have to call DBPR and let them know just what kind of job they are doing, and I will seek legal remedy too, this is not fair for the homeowners.
In conclusion:: DONT EVER BUY FROM ADAMS HOMES…
sold defective home to me
My Adams Homes Story My Defective Adams Home Story. Three years ago September of 2006 my family purchased a 3000 square foot home from Adams Homes of North East Florida. This was supposed to be a wonderful thing for me and my Family of Seven. We moved in and started having plumbing backups in toilets. Builder sent out their Plumbers, Gunderson Plumbing...
