Blender received from Vacuum Cleaner Market (CA) late December, 2020.
Shortly before Christmas, 2020, I received a blender from the above company. I never ordered this product. After much phone contact between myself and the company, since your company did nothing to resolve the issue, they issued a return label through FedEx, which I promptly used to return the unordered product.
Now, two months later I am STILL waiting for this purchase to be credited. I've spoken with several reps who have effectively done nothing.
I am entitled to this credit, not to mention much better customer service. I expect a reply upon receipt.

Fraudulent charges, lack of customer service, lack of action and interest

Unethical behavior
On november 12th and 13th my husband and I both showed up late for work. We were both told that we wouldn't be getting any points but we couldn't be late again. November 19th I was written up they gave me a half of a point for both days however they got their days wrong and wrote me up for the 11th and 12th. I did not sign the write up because I didn't agree with it. My very first write up I got 3 points taken and I had a dr note they did not take it. They do not treat everyone equal. They favor some employees and are rude to the rest. I can't ever talk to the hr / owner because it never helps. She so rude not only to me. I am a shipper I have been slaving for them helping pack their parts to move to new location cleaning packing counting etc while the other shippers ship. I asked today am I not a shipper anymore the assistant manager rudely said did I tell u otherwise I said no but how come i'm the only one out here breaking my back while the rest get to ship he said I dont need u questioning what I do. I said why can't we take turns he said deshun needs to train I said no he doesnt he has been shipping he shipped more than me. I said what about jonathan he said what about him how come he gets to ship why can't we take turns he said I already told u. I said see im gonna have to report u I can't get anywhere with yall. Hes said do what I have to while the owner just stood there and let him disrespect me. They are very unprofessional i've already had sexual harassment issue also it is not safe the pickers have brake issues and ran into another employee they have broken racks from a picker they dont wear their harnesses they have people driving them that are on drugs. My husband loved his job he's a picker and lead. But lately he's been fed up as well. I would like for them to treat everyone equal and stop favoring some, maybe give us a way to work off our points for sindy to stop being so rude and running off other employees. I work for tom auto parts warehouse. I have texts I could send if needed stating I wouldn't be written up

Garnishment
I was over garnished recently by ADP. I had completed payments and had no more money taken from my check. Two months later I was garnished again for the same bill that had been paid off. ADP can confirm that it was paid off and that I have now paid over what was asked for. That's where they stop knowing anything. I've called the creditor and they are willing to investigate where the money is, if ADP would send them the correct faxes. ADP plays dumb every time I call and I've called several times. Last time that I called I asked to be transferred to their HR dept. the women on the phone said that they don't have an HR to transfer me to. I asked if she worked for ADP and she said yes. She works for a payroll processing and Human Resources company and she DOESN'T have an HR dept. I think that an Attorney General should investigate ADP. Oh and if you're going to have a very thick Middle East accent please don't start the whole encounter off with a lie by telling me your name is Stacy, or Kevin, or Jason...
Garnishment
Adp took over $200 from my paycheck without a court order. My company sent them paperwork of a judgment against me and the possibility of garnishment, but it has not gone for a hearing yet so there is no recorded court document stating a garnishment is to be taken. No one from my company nor the payroll company bothered to tell me they were going to take the money ahead of time which I thought they were legally responsible to do, also seeing there was no court order that was ever served via registered mail. I cannot afford an attorney but I feel like my rights have been violated. Do I have legal recourse for them stealing my money I earned?
Payroll and 401k
I have 2 issues with ADP currently.
First should really have been easy to take care of, but they have been so unprofessional in thier lack of follow up and actions.
One of my employees has tried to access thier online account for 4 days.
He has wasted his time following the directions of a customer service rep to log in and reset his password. Turns out their website has been down for 3 days.
2nd and more pressing, my firm transitioned to ADP in July. During this process, I expressed concern about the funds taken out of the employee's checks and where do they go?...
I emailed multiple times to C. Robinson with no response. I emailed several of my other contacts...no response.
ADP has the name but clearly does not have knowledgeable people working for them.
I am exploring a class action suit for their miss-handling of our firm's retirement fund.
Payroll services
Within the last five years, ADP's customer service representatives have turned
extremely rude, and incompetent. I have requested that they send my payroll by UPS 3 times, but they always seem to forget, even when this information is in the records. I requested to speak to a supervisor on this matter and others, but the representatives refuse to give me one. They lie and say that they have to find out what it is about first. Well, my complaint is about them and being so ignorant and unprofessional. It's no wonder that I haven't received a callback. I am moving both my companies to Paychex.
adp tax services
ADP has repeatedly filed erroneous payroll tax returns for Federal, State and Local taxes. I have gotten notices from the IRS and New Jersey for incorrectly filed returns, and the ADP representative who was assigned as our "Client Retention Specialist" had no clue about the details regarding the erroneous tax filings. We are facing a $979.39 penalty for an ammended return that was dated 7/19/19, while ADP could only tell us that our account was in good standing as of June 9, 2019.
We are facing an IRS penalty of $1, 379.77 for late filing of Form 941 because ADP failed to file the return after absolutely assuring us that ADP would be responsible for filing our tax returns as part of our contract. Then the Form 941 for the 2nd quarter of service was filed with an incomplete Schedule B and there were weeks of delay in waiting for ADP to determine what had gone wrong, during which I spent half of my workdays researching and recording all of ADP's tax errors. And this service was supposed to SAVE me time. NO THANK YOU ADP, your service is horrible and I would never recommend it to any business.
Payroll refund not returned
We were abruptly terminated by ADP due to non timely payment of their fees. We never received reminders via email or otherwise and the only email was sent to inform that we would be disconnected at the beginning of August. We immediately paid the balance and ever since it's been a struggle to get reinstated or least refunded around $3, 000 returned funds due to an incorrect routing number for one employee's payroll as well as payroll taxes which we've paid for but they've not sent to the respective agencies. It's the same story being shoved around from one rep to the other, they have no idea and I am being asked for documents to prove my case! It's simply stealing. Our company code is RZ/ZMT. It's been a month since all this started and there is no end in sight.
voluntary st disability benefits
Date: April 2019 - present
Client #: Unavailable
Description of incident: Below is a copy of the correspondence I have attempted sending to two separate customer "support" ADP emails, both of which are not active and immediately bounced back. I am being involuntarily charged for short term disability insurance benefits I did not elect to receive.
To whom it may concern,
I am writing with concerns regarding involuntary short term disability premiums being deducted from my paychecks. I work with the Courtyard at Mt Tabor in Portland, OR. I did not actively elect to continue voluntary STD payments after there was a switch to MetLife for STD with my company in April 2019. I called an ADP representative on the phone in April who told me the benefits did not exist on my account for me to discontinue. He advised I call back later. After calling back again a few days later, I spoke with someone on the phone who said those benefits will be discontinued and I will no longer be paying premiums for them. I was not provided with reference numbers or confirmation notices following these phone conversations. I spoke with someone from MetLife 1-2 weeks ago who told me correcting this issue would not be a problem and that I needed to contact ADP to stop premium payments. I spoke to someone from ADP on the phone this morning, "Abigail" (Ref# C547-108-67) who said I needed to waive my voluntary benefits online during the open enrollment period. I checked my account and the voluntary STD benefits during that time and they were not even listed on my account. As such, waiving them was not a possibility for me. My previous premiums were approx $7/paycheck. They have now increased to approx $23/paycheck.
I *did not* consent to this increase or these benefits and would like them to be terminated. I would like reimbursement for all premium payments I was charged without my consent.
I also spoke with a claims specialist "Christian" from MetLife this morning from MetLife Client Services. She referred me to "Melissa" at 908-253-2580. I have left two messages and have not received a return call.
In summary: I do not have an open claim or a claim number and I do not want to file one. I was told on the phone that the STD benefits were not available on my account to waive and that they would not continue. I was then told in a separate call with a separate representative that they were waived. I was told I should have waived them online this morning - they were not listed on my account to waive during open enrollment. As such, I assumed the benefits were discontinued because they were not listed on my account. The premiums I am paying for STD payments need to be stopped because I did not volunteer to receive those benefits under MetLife with ADP and I need to be reimbursed for all premiums I have been charged without consent.
Please provide me with a direct phone number for someone I can talk to to have this issue resolved and forward this email to the appropriate party/parties. Your automated system is not accommodating my needs - nobody I speak to appears to know what to do or who to communicate with about this. I do not need to speak to a claims specialist as I do not have, and do not wish to file, a claim. It is not appropriate for me to be charged for benefits I did not elect to receive. I look forward to your prompt response.
Resolution:
1) I would like you to discontinue the short term disability insurance premiums being deducted from my paycheck and I would like reimbursement for all STD premium charges rendered without my consent (ie all charges occurring under MetLife STD).
2) I would like a direct phone number to someone qualified to handle this situation.
3) I would like customer support phone numbers and email addresses that actually work.
Payroll
ADP sales rep (which we never heard from again after signing on the dotted line) sold us on the fact that they were familiar with prevailing wages and construction work. I am here to report that they know nothing about either. They do not understand prevailing wages and they do not understand our business. We've been with ADP for one year, and during that time, I have not been able to process one payroll correctly without having to call their illustrious "call center". For each weekly payroll, I spend approximately 3-10 hours/week on the phone trying to get the payroll fixed. I have to calculate all gross wages manually because their system cannot be trusted. I would not recommend ADP for payroll - keep shopping
adp insurance
My company, Ab Studio Inc. is a client with ADP. We got insurance support from The Hartford through ADP. We are a biotech company who perform in-house discovery and contract research service.
On Nov. 20, I sent an email to Karen Hanna, who is an ADP insurance agent, requesting to add product liability into our existing company liability insurance. Sooner after that, I was re-directed to The Hartford team to work on this case. When I asked that when we could get the insurance certificate to send to our new client, I was told "next week". When I called The Hartford on Nov. 26 and tell them that my client is waiting for the insurance certificate to deliver us the business. And this is a 0.25 to half million deal and is very important for a start-up, I was guaranteed by The Hartford agent that it would be done "late this week". When I call the agent again on Thurs. Nov. 29, I was told "tomorrow" it would be done. When I called the next day, I was told "next Mon." This time, I was even requested to send my client's email to the agent because The Hartford agent said they can directly email the certificate to my client and cc to me.
Then, on Mon., I was told The Hartford is not a product liability insurance carrier and we were transferred to a second insurance carrier and filled another application form. Then on Wed. Dec. 5, I tried to tell the new agent that our new client will have a committee on Dec. 6, 3:00pm and ask her try to get us a certificate before that. This morning I was told: Won't be earlier than tomorrow.
The whole process is so frustrated. And I am very un-satisfied on ADP's service.
I understand some insurance may be more difficult than others to get. If I was informed on Nov. 20 or so about the difficulty for ADP to get us this insurance. We would have tried shopping around on the market.
But now we really don't have time to do that.
I hope sb. can see this message early and help us ASAP.
Tax amendment filing
I would like to file a formal complaint in which the way my tax Amendment has been handled. The Service request number is 3-[protected]. All of the paperwork was filed with ADP on 9/18/18. I was told this process would take 6 to 8 weeks. It is now been 10 weeks and I finally received an e-mail today, but still can not get a proper response as to when I can expect the W2c that I need. The amendment is for the President of our company. He is now at his end and ready to get rid of ADP for the poor customer service we have received. I have made many calls to ADP customer support over the last 10+ weeks and while everybody I spoke with was very polite they were totally clueless as to where the amendment was in the processing stages. I have used ADP for 20 years now and have never been so disappointed with the services. May I suggest making sure that we (the customer) be able to contact the tax department directly instead of wasting our time in customer service?
The e-mail I received this morning from Bianca Louis, the ADP Consultant assigned to my case, states that she is confirming the accuracy of the changes and issuing new documents... it also says "Copies of the amendments filed will be available within 30 days of completion"... Do we really need to wait another 4 weeks?
Timecard
I worked a 12+ hour shift but because I didn't get off work until 12:15 am (15 minutes into the next day) none of the hours from the shift were counted at all in ADP's timeboard system. All of these were overtime hours so it's as if I worked all these hours for free. Why is ADP's system set-up in a way that does not account for shifts that end at midnight or after?
Taking to much from irs levy
We talked to the IRS & ADP 3-4 times on this. Adp gave us different #s they will take per check (biweekly) each time we called 1000, 700, 600.
They all had names like "Michael" and "Trish" but very strong east Indian accents, they don't even use their real names. Pretty sketchy...
Adp says IRS will contact us with the right number. IRS says "no they have to contact us, if they take more than what leaves you with $1200 on your check, report them."
They TOOK $1200! Someone's getting reported in the morning. We can't live off $100 for all our bills and food.
claim refund
I purchased an item online and one month later never received it. I called the shipping company and they stated they have received called about the same item but has never seen that item and stated it's a scam. I filed my claim almost 1 month ago and still have not received my money back. Adp claims states they sent me more paperwork to fill out over 2 weeks after i filed my claim but have not received it. Now they want me to wait another two weeks to resend my paperwork because they're lazy! They state they can do it electronically but will take 5 to 7 days to be submitted. They're doing everything in their power to not release the funds back to me or anyone else who files claims through them. I still have not received my $32 back from this scam! Do not use them as a funds savings or spending. Worst company ever.
Garnishments
ADP took 22 days to process a release of garnishment creating a new legal issue for overpayment and refund. The State of Florida sent to ADP the release documentation on July 2 and ADP processed on July 24. 22 days later creating all sorts of legal issue now for me. This is unacceptable from ADP and I will be filing complaint with any agency available including the State.
Spousal/child support - consistent delayed payments from adp
my ex works for a major utility company in IL. He gets paid regularly, so why shouldn't I? Because ADP is CONSISTENTLY NOT FOLLOWING THE PROCESS of forwarding the funds to the state of IL. I get hit with late charges for my bills due to the lateness of these payments. ADP YOU SUCK!
WHEN, WHERE AND HOW IS THIS GOING TO GET FIXED?
Then when I call the 800# and someone from India answers the phone "Josuha", who tells me that it was sent to IL Disbursement on 7/6. I called the State of IL and they stated it was not received. I call back to ADP the next person say s, it was not sent due to a computer glitch.
ADP NOT ONLY DO YOU SUCK, YOU LIE.
This has been going on for months since ADP took over this process and it goes from bad to worse.
When and how do I get my money? who do I talk to?
Payroll
Adp is an extremely disorganized company. Adp has charged me for a fee of 150 dollars. I paid the amount through wire transfer on june 6th. On the same day, I sent the wire transfer confirmation through email to the accounts receivable department. The representative answered the email saying that she would post the payment to my account. As per today, june 25th, I called adp to verify if everything was ok with my account and they claim that I have not paid the amount of 150 dollars. After more than 30 min on the phone with them, they were still not able to trace the payment. How can adp have lost the payment that I have done? Now my situation with adp is on standby because of its incompetence?
