While I was setting up my Mp4 player. This company said I needed a 3 year plan in payment of 49.90 for apple/ipod support. It has been confirmed that I was scammed out of my money.
I would like a full refund as i was missled as to what i was getting. I was under the impression when i download google earth that thats what i was doing. At no time did google earth say anything about advance telecom inc.

I ordered Nero 2009 DVD Burner and payed for it via PayPal. I didn't receive that link. I did receive the download link for Nero 8 Trial, but they refused to send me the serial number because the DEMO had expired. When I tried to email them the emails were returned. The sales department send me the DVD bruner XP, which I could have downloaded over the internet for free legally.

I work for a company called Advanced Telecom Services and we are getting calls from consumers who have us confused with this scammer. I should point out that the offending company is Advance Telecom Inc. It is easy to see hoe someone could confuse companies but it doesn't make it any easier when someone is screaming obscenities at you over the phone.

This advance telecom inc company is either a bunch of crooks are manifestly associated with crooks. Yesterday i paid it some $78. 00 via paypal for what was supposed to be a 3 year subscription to a music online downloads service. I was supposed to receive certain software and unlimited downloads. I have not received even a reply. Let alone any any software or downloads. The email offering me this music downloads service purported to come from "musiconline@onlinexsource.com" and had the following contact address at its foot: -
Plaza neptuno, local #7
Via ricardo j alfaro, tumba muerto
Panama ciudad
Republica de panama
Beware !
It is now patently obvious both advance telecom inc and the panamanian ### are nothing but crooked, scamming, con - artists and thieves.
Don't go near either either of them.

I'm right there with the rest of you. I had previously downloaded Google Earth for free but thought I'd sign up for their 3 year membership as they do a great job. Was a little surprised when it listed Advance Telecom as the payee but I was naive enough to accept this.
After a month had come and gone with no item, I went to the PayPal site and entered a dispute. Also mentioned to them that this group should be banned. I had the money returned to my PayPal account the next day. Maybe if we all go through PayPal, they'll be more aware of this problem.?
Hope you all get your money back.

Well, you can add me to the list of people that were scammed by "Advance Telecom". I ordered ITunes through them and as soon as I paid them $29.88 for the 1 year plan (thru Paypal), I knew I had just made a huge mistake. All I wanted to do was install my existing ITunes account on this computer. Now, there is no way to get into their site without joining again. I Emailed them, but it seems like the EMail never went out. Imagine that! I called their Customer Service number, but they just put me on hold so I hung up right away out of fear that it would end up being one of those $200.00 phone charges that you always hear about. Their web address indicates that they're based in CHINA? Can someone confirm this? I'm still waiting to hear back from them, but a little voice in my head keeps telling me that's not going to happen anytime soon, if ever.

Advance Telcom Inc. Scammed yesterday. Purchased on an iPhone, which needs an account with an ITunes store. The iPhone comes with no documentation. So I google login and password for iTunes and come to a page for a setup - and three options: 1 year, 2 year and VIP 3 years - this takes you the payment page where I selected PayPal. I have initiated a dispute and will no doubt escalate it to the highest level possible at PayPal. I am not happy all the way around. Found out of course you can establish your login and password at the iTunes store once the iTunes software is downloaded. Have not received anything from Advanced Telcom Inc.

Today I purchased an add-on to Google Earth that would mark my contacts for me and added the 3 year service, it sounded good to me. Went through PayPal and when I got my confirmation email from PayPal surprise, surprise, surprise the amount was twice as much as the service I had ordered and from this Advance Telecom Inc. a company that I have never heard from. I to posted a complaint with PayPal as soon as I realized what was going on. I will post one with Google as soon as I send this. Watch out for Advance Telecom Inc. Hope I can get my money back like some of you.

I would like to cancel this order and have my $49.95 returned. Please let me know if this is the proper format for canceling our agreement. If not I ask for instructions to properly make the cancelation.
