We can't praise them enough. Advanced Roofing and Construction repaired damaged structural portions of the roof, re-shingled the entire roof, and replaced the gutters. The performance of the work crews was impressive. All work was performed very professionally and in a timely manner. Cleanup after job completion was meticulous. It was a pleasure dealing with this company that provided us with good advice and made this much dreaded job so easy and worry free for us.

I recently had 3 roofs installed by Advanced Roofing, and they did an excellent job on all 3. The project manager oversaw the process, and helped me get insurance coverage for the largest of the 3 roofs, including pointing out hail damage to me and working with the insurance company until the claim was paid. When we had issues come up during the job, the project manager took care of them and did not "nickel and dime" me for every little detail that needed to be corrected. I talked to 3 different roofing companies before the job, and the price was about the same for all of them. However, the project manager showed a better construction understanding, and helped me out by pointing out damage for insurance coverage. On a side note, all three roofing companies indicated Alfa was a very good insurance company for roofs, because they paid legitimate claims without requiring excessive effort. I am glad we were insured with Alfa.

I would highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction to any home owner. Our hail damaged roof and some gutters were estimated for complete replacement by 3 companies and our insurance company. Based on the bids and on personal references of each company we chose Advanced Roofing & Construction at Advanced Roofing & Construction. The Advanced Roofing & Construction estimate was drone based with photographic details. Now that all the work is complete and the insurance claim paid, I can say it was a pleasure doing business with Advanced Roofing & Construction and Advanced Roofing & Construction. Advanced Roofing & Construction detailed a plan which included high quality materials and some extras (ridge venting, gutter work, chimney cap, skylight removal, etc.). Advanced Roofing & Construction made sure the work was done as they promised and they were very responsive to our calls and text. A 12 man, very competent team (Advanced Roofing & Construction team) finished in 1 day (53 squares with extras). Before leaving the crew did an extra pass on cleanup and a thorough cleanup. I observed the entire day's work and was pleased to have a courteous and polite crew at the house, even with the outside temperature at 95. A window screen was torn during the work which Advanced Roofing & Construction promptly fixed. Advanced Roofing & Construction coordinated with our insurance to make sure things would go smoothly and they did. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction to any homeowner.

Greetings, to whom it may concern, Advanced roofing and construction particularly was called to give me an estimate on replacement of my aging roof and when he came he talked about all the "what ifs" helping me to make an "informed decision" and after talking about what we needed for not only a very protective roof but one that improved the appearance of our home, Advanced Roofing & Construction fully described all options and resulting effects, looks, long life, cost and all things we might encounter after the start of the roof job, he even told me the bad things that could happen if all the potential problems that could show up were not fixed, so after his evaluation, my third estimate, I hired him to do our work. During the process his workers found a lot of previous mistakes were made on our roofing job and needed fixing, bad sealing around the fireplace roof joints, vents for the heat and lots of rotten wood, (I looked at these to my satisfaction and agreed with his estimations and had them proceed to fix everything needed to make a roofing job that would be long lasting as well as aesthetically pleasing for our neighborhood. His crew worked very fast and thorough to make the roofing job excellent to my personal estimation including painting the spots where leakage was found inside the sunroom ceiling. I am more than 100 percent satisfied with the job done, price quoted and final price, (final price was about $850.00 over quoted price because of rotten roofing panels) so in the final estimation of this job, I give them 100 percent on honesty, work quality and living up to their quoted price. In all, I recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction as an honest and very dependable man and company to have do work on someone's home.
