Advertised Z915E zero turn mower on Facebook for $1234. When called to get 2 at that price, was told the price was just to get attention. Called Ag Pro about their advertised price on a Z915E zero turn lawn mower sale price $1234. Told the salesman that answered to phone I'd like to purchase 2 of the advertised mowers for the advertised price of $1234. He laughed and said the price was just to get attention and that the mower shown in the ad was over $7,000.

13 month old mower sent for service for not starting on a 36 month warranty
13 month old mower sent for service for not starting on a 36 month warranty. i have a scag patriot zero turn mower, model spz52-22fx. it is a year old with 33 hours on it. it was having difficulty starting for the second time that i have owned it. i called ag pro and talked to service Department who looked up my mower and said it was well within the 36 month warranty. now all of a sudden they are claiming it is not. sales rep says it should be covered, the paperwork i received when i purchased it says it is covered, however service manager ryan says he does not think so. says he reached out to his rep and has not received an answer. i tried to call scag and Kawasaki to ask questions and was referred to a dealer. leaving me to dispute with ag-pro. i am out $156.78 so i could get my mower back from dealership. i have received little contact from them, and would like this covered under warranty or warranty fee reimbursement on said mower if warranty is no good. i asked to see in writing where this was not covered and they could not produce said documents .

I originally sent my 48?
I originally sent my 48? Husqvarna tractor mower in for their annual Maintenance package in normal working order. When I received the tractor back from AgPro it was not throttling up to full speed like it normally would. I immediately notified the company about the problem. They picked up the tractor and notified me the next day that the idler needed replaced but they would not cover the cost ($11 part + $165 labor) even though this was not an issue before they picked up the tractor and worked on it. They then took it for a test drive and 'broke the belt'. They would not cover the cost of that repair either. After trying for them to cover the repair and failed attempts I just had them send the tractor back to me for me to repair myself. When I received the mower back from AgPro the belt was in fine working order but the throttle was still not acting like it was before. I had to remove the deck and inspect around the drive belt To find that there was an excessive amount of dirt, grass, and debris that was inhibiting the throttle from fully engaging. It became apparent that I was being misinformed by AgPro about what the actual problem was with the mower and had to explore the issue myself to find out the actual cause of the problem.

Ag Pro of Dalton has had my lawn mower in/out of their repair shop 3 since April for the same problem
Ag Pro of Dalton has had my lawn mower in/out of their repair shop 3 since April for the same problem. They charged me for repairs that were not made On April 9 my lawn mower belt broke and I purchased a new belt from Ag Pro totaling $55.96. I replaced the belt and the new belt came off 5 minutes later. Realizing there was a bigger issue, I called Ag Pro of Dalton to pick up the mower for repair. Ag Pro had my mower for 3 weeks and I had to continually check on the status. I had to pay a lawn service to mow my yard while awaiting repairs. Finally on May 5 I received a call that my mower was ready and I went by to pay for the repairs. The invoice total was for $723.68. (Invoice # ***). I paid for the repairs and the mower was delivered back to my house. Upon mowing for the first time, the mower did not run normally, but I was able to mow my yard after "babying" the mower. A couple of weeks later I pulled my mower out to mow for only the second time since repairs and the belt immediately came off after engaging the blade. I called Ag Pro and they picked up the mower a second time and had it for 2 days. When they returned the mower, I was able to "baby" the mower again and get the yard mowed. A few weeks later, I pulled the mower out again and the belt immediatley came off when I engaged the blade. I called Ag Pro a third time and they schdeuled a day to pick up the mower. They did not show up or call on the date promised. I called back the next day and they finally sent someone out to pick the mower up late that afternoon. They picked the mower up on June 17 @ 5:23 PM. They still have the mower as of today (July 10,2020). I have called numerous times and haven't gotten any information so today I drove out to the location and they had another repair invoice ready totaling between $400-$500. I asked "What about the "$723.68 they previously charged me that did not fix the problem?" I have had to pay the lawn service 2 more times in the past 2 weeks to more my yard while awaiting repairs.I have spent a total of $959.64 since April 9 on this mower and now they want to charge another $400-$500 and I have only mowed twice since that date. The customer service has been horrible and I have been charged and paid for repairs that were never made.

Work was not completed as promised for an equipment service tune-up
Work was not completed as promised for an equipment service tune-up. Sharpen blades was one of the promised items but the work was not done. [protected] model s2554 invoice *** Account *** Sales X03 payment $359.54 pay with card I recently had my lawn tractor in the AgPro shop in Maryville, TN for maintenance. I was a returning customer to this location and have been a customer for some time. When this location was owned and managed as Ritchie Tractor, I was well taken care of. This was my first experience at this John Deere location as AgPro. I'm very disappointed in the way the work was done and will not be returning for any further work or purchases. I have many local friends who frequent the location on occasion for purchases and have work done to their equipment. I will, from henceforth, highly discourage them from giving business to this location. I have several complaints and they are:I was told when I brought in the lawn tractor that I "had just missed the special pricing" for maintenance to my machine and that the price was $40.00 more.I told the intake representative that I needed a new battery and asked how much that would cost? He told me that it may be around $80.00 but failed to tell me there would be an almost $100.00 labor charge to install it...RIDICULOUS!I was also told at the time I dropped off the mower that it would be ready by Friday, but at the latest Saturday [protected]. That deadline was missed and I didn't get the call that the work was done until this morning [protected].The blades were not sharpened, as per the "maintenance" that would be done. It doesn't appear that the oil filter was changed. I am attaching a picture of the blades. Also, I was called after a couple of days after dropping it off that "additional" work needed to be done and they were advising me of what needed to be done, such as, cracked head gasket, oil leak, and a few other items. I can assure you the engine leaked no oil it is in my garage and there is no oil leaking. I check the oil every time i use the machine and have never seen any indication in the fluid appearing to show a leaking head gasket. I was told the repairs would come to $694.00 before labor and tax + the maintenance fee and labor there which would have put the ttl over $1000.00 which is more than half of the cost of a brand new riding mower. I'm also attaching a copy of the receipt for the "work that was done". Needless to say, I will not be back because I've been taken advantage of.
