Agape's Conflict-Free Engagement Ring Exceeded My Expectations!
I was super scared to buy an engagement ring online, but after I learned about natural diamonds, pricing, and had a terrible experience at a diamond store, I decided to go for a conflict-free stone that would look like a real diamond. I even had nightmares about the ring I would get from Agape being fake and too big. But boy, was I wrong! This ring is amazing! It's so beautiful and perfect! I don't regret my decision at all and I wish I had just gone straight to Agape instead of wasting so much time. I hope I don't sound like I work for them or anything...lol. The only thing I wish is that they would tell us what their special fake diamond is made of. But other than that, I am beyond happy!
Agape Diamonds Review: Beautiful Diamond, Responsive Customer Service, but Check Sale Item Disclaimers
I recently bought a diamond necklace from Agape Diamonds, and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the stone. It was sparkling and had a nice, bright white color to it. However, I did notice a small groove on the face of the emerald cut diamond. I was a bit disappointed, as I didn't see any disclaimers stating that sale items could be damaged.
Thankfully, their customer service was quick to respond and offered to send me a label for return. I was able to get a new or repaired face for the diamond, which was great. However, I did order and pay for an extra 2 inches of chain length, and their solution was to add two one-length chains to the original. I thought that was a bit cheap, to be honest.
Overall, I was happy with how quickly they were able to solve the problem. However, I did have to pay an extra $35 to upgrade the necklace length, which I thought was a bit unfair. Since the amount was so low and I had to send the item back for repairs, it would have been a nice gesture for Agape Diamonds to cover the cost of the upgrade. Unfortunately, I missed giving the item as a surprise due to the return, which was a bit of a bummer.
Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone looking for high-quality diamond jewelry. Their customer service was responsive and helpful, and the diamond itself was beautiful. Just be sure to double-check any sale item disclaimers before making a purchase!
Stunning Lab-Grown Diamond Ring from Agape Diamonds: A Sustainable and Ethical Choice with Great Customer Service
My fianc? and I were blown away by the quality of the lab-grown diamond ring we received from Agape Diamonds. At first, I was a bit confused about what a simulated diamond was, but the customer service team quickly cleared things up for me and even offered to replace the ring with a lab-grown diamond.
Throughout the process, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. However, there was a bit of confusion when it came to shipping. I received a notification that the ring would arrive on a Thursday, but when I checked with FedEx, they hadn't received the package yet. After reaching out to customer service, I was told that the ring had indeed shipped and that I would be receiving it. A few minutes later, I received another shipping confirmation email with a new tracking number. I tried to clarify the situation with customer service, but unfortunately, I never received a response.
Despite this small hiccup, we were extremely happy with our experience with Agape Diamonds. The ring itself is absolutely stunning and looks just like a natural diamond. We've received so many compliments on it already! Plus, we feel good knowing that we made an environmentally-friendly choice by choosing a lab-grown diamond.
Overall, we would highly recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone in the market for a beautiful, high-quality diamond ring. The customer service team is helpful and responsive, and the lab-grown diamonds are a great choice for anyone looking to make a sustainable and ethical purchase.
Agape's Simulated Diamond Ring: A Stunning and Affordable Alternative to Real Diamonds
I lost my old engagement ring and I was really sad about it. I wanted to buy a new one but I didn't have enough money to buy a real diamond ring. Then I found the Agape website and I read about their simulated diamonds. At first, I was scared to buy it because I didn't know if it would look good or not. But the customer service person told me that I could return it within 15 days if I didn't like it. So, after looking at many rings for months, I decided to buy this one from Agape.
I got the ring over the weekend and I have to say that I am really happy with it! I have been showing it off to everyone and they all think it's a real diamond! The ring is so pretty and the stones are really shiny! I can't stop looking at it! I am going to upgrade the ring to platinum and buy the matching bands soon!
I am so happy with my purchase from Agape! I will always be a customer of theirs! I am so excited!
Amazing Experience with Agape Diamonds - Beautiful Rings and Stress-Free Process!
I had a really bad experience with Nexus Diamonds, so I decided to switch to Agape Diamonds. And let me tell you, they were absolutely amazing! I needed a replacement for my wedding ring, which I had lost, and I wasn't sure how things would look in person. So, I ordered four rings, which was the maximum per order, as they have posted on their site. I was a little nervous to do this, but I'm so glad I did!
When the rings arrived, I was blown away by how stunning they all were. But, I ended up choosing the Round Set Trio with Baguette Accents, and it exceeded my expectations. It's absolutely beautiful! The ordering process was really easy, and so was the return process. Just make sure you don't remove the tags and keep all the original packaging, and you won't have any problems.
I really love this company and will definitely use them again in the future. I'll also be recommending them to others. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I understand the importance of good service, and Agape Diamonds really knocked it out of the park. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I'm really happy with my purchase and can't wait to wear my new ring!
Agape's Man-Made Stone Ring Set: A Stunning Surprise!
I went to some local jewelry stores and was really disappointed with the selection of man-made stones. They were really cheesy and fake-looking. Needless to say, I was super nervous to order this set because I was scared it would be disappointing. But boy, was I wrong! The ring set is very beautiful! I was like a kid on Christmas when I opened my package that was beautifully presented, I might add. The bands are not as thick as they look in the pictures, but it is stunning nonetheless. I've had to send mine in for resizing, and I cannot wait till I can wear them again. This is money well spent, especially considering this same ring with natural diamonds would be big bucks. I am very pleased with Agape and the service that I have received. If you are on the fence like I was, go ahead and order them, you won't be disappointed.
Mixed Feelings: Review of Agape Diamonds Earrings and Customer Service
These earrings from Agape Diamonds are absolutely stunning, but unfortunately they were just too big for my liking. I had a bit of trouble with customer service, but I'm sure they were just having a busy day. One thing to note is that the posts on these earrings are larger than normal, which I wasn't aware of before purchasing. I've never had an earring not go through my holes before, and it actually hurt a bit when I was pushing them through. The customer service representative told me that they have smaller posts available, but that I would need to choose a different type of backing if I wanted them. I really like the screw-back type because I'm a busy mom who is always on the go, but I decided to try the friction back instead.
When I requested a refund, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't get one because I had taken off the tag in order to try them on. My only option was to exchange them for a smaller set (1.25 rather than 2.0 k). Even though I was going down in size, they still called it an even exchange and didn't offer me any credit or money back. It was a bit disappointing, but I'm still happy to have a set of earrings that I can wear comfortably.
One thing that was a bit confusing was the return process. When I sent the earrings back via mail, I had to pay for the shipping and insurance, and they required a signature upon delivery. However, when they received the package, they didn't require a signature at all. It was a bit frustrating, but I'm just glad that the exchange process is over and I have a set of earrings that I can wear without any discomfort.
Overall, I'm not as happy as I would have liked to be with my Christmas gift, but I'm still grateful to have a beautiful set of earrings from Agape Diamonds.
Disappointing Quality: My Experience with Agape Diamonds
I really like diamonds, but sometimes they can be too expensive for me. That's why I started looking for lab-made diamonds online, and I found Agape Diamonds. Their reviews were better than most, so I decided to take a chance and buy from them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the product I received. The diamonds looked fake and it was embarrassing to wear them. I returned the items because I had already made up my mind about them.
When I received my ring, I was excited to see it. I took it out of the box and had the FedEx guy cut off the tag so I could really admire it. That's when I noticed a large line through the center stone. I realized that I hadn't looked at the return policy, so it was my fault. I decided to exchange it for a tennis bracelet instead. The real one I had was only half the carats that Agape offered, so I was excited to have two different size bracelets on my wrist.
When I received the bracelet, I was disappointed again. It was light and the stones looked like glass. They looked fake and I could have bought something similar on eBay for a fraction of the cost. I was angry at myself for not doing more research and at the sellers for selling such low-quality products. I find it hard to believe that the reviews about their products are real. I would not buy from them again.
Overall, I would not recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone looking for lab-made diamonds. The products are not worth the money and the quality is poor. It's better to save up for a real diamond or find a different seller with better quality products.
Agape Diamonds Review: Excellent Customer Service and Beautiful Stones!
I am so happy with my purchase from Agape Diamonds! My fiancé and I were on the hunt for a high-quality lab-created diamond, and we stumbled upon Agape's website. We were immediately drawn to a ring with a unique setting and design, and we knew it was the one for us. However, I had a few concerns about the order and the ring itself.
Firstly, we were on a tight timeline, and I needed to be sure that any modifications to the ring could be done quickly. Secondly, I was worried that the 1.5ct radiant stone would be too large for my small fingers, so I needed to know that we could swap it out for a smaller stone. Lastly, I was concerned about the security of the stones within the split shank band.
I called Agape's customer service and spoke with Dorian, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She assured me that any modifications could be done quickly and that I could replace the stone at no extra charge if I was unhappy with the size. She also gave me helpful information about the return policy, warranty, and soldering.
In the end, I decided to swap out the center stone for a 1.0ct radiant, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The stones are clear and beautiful, with plenty of fire and color. They definitely don't look like CZs! Plus, the ring arrived three business days before the deadline we had set, which was a huge relief.
I also appreciated the pretty box that the ring came in and the certificates for the stones. While I primarily spoke to Dorian on the phone, I did speak with another woman a few times, but I never had to wait on hold for more than two minutes.
Overall, I highly recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone in the market for a lab-created diamond. Just be sure to do your homework and read everything on the website (even the typos in the FAQ!). But if you have any specific questions, the customer service team is more than happy to help. I'm so happy with my ring, and I know you will be too!

We couldn't be any more pleased with my rings, they are beautiful!
I purchase a beautiful diamond ring from their website. It came with stunning earrings. Unfortunately once it arrived I had a change of heart on the style and requested a return. They sent me a return label and instructions on the return. The instructions were clear for the most part. I was to return the ring and its original packaging with the security tag still attached and they would refund. They was able to ship back at no charge and they refunded my money promptly! That you should my return authorization very quickly, and from them receiving the ring to them processing the full refund only took a day or two. This was a very easy company to do business with, especially with such a high dollar item. I would gladly purchase from them again!

I love my ring from Agape. The stones are high quality and have lots of sparkle. Thanks Agape...
NOT GOOD. Days after purchase prongs were loose. Jeweler tested the diamond to be a CZ instead of lab diamond. I would like a refund.

They are scamming people of thousands and selling items only worth hundreds. My husband bought a ring and I had it cleaned at a local jewelry store and they told me my diamond wasn't a diamond not even lab created like they advertised! My rings are stamped 14k white gold they are only 10k white gold very upset with this fake company and ripping thousands of people off..

Agape Diamonds is by far the best company I have worked with in a long time. Their customer service was great:) I received my order and was not 100% sure I like it. I emailed customer service, they emailed me a pre-paid shipping label and exchange form packing slip. Made the whole process smooth and stress free. The exchange is breathtaking. Agape Diamonds Customer for life!

THEY ARE A SCAM!
THEY ARE A SCAM! STAY FAR AWAY FROM AGAPE DIAMONDS AKA https://www.diamondslabcreated.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIgajNwcW56gIVCr3ACh1dWQi0EAAYASAAEgLE_vD_BwE I had to cancel my debit card, and get a new one because they refused to remove my payment information. Charged my debit card for something I did not authorize. Sent me a fake link that does not work in regards to my support ticket. I am unsure where these fake 5 star reviews are coming from. OH BTW their partial.ly affiliation is an even bigger scam and should not be trusted. This is where the mysterious charges are happening, and is the same site that is refusing to remove my payment information. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR REAL DIAMONDS! not lab created ones. This entire ordeal was really such a big headache, and thankfully my bank has my back on this one!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring for me because I wanted it from Agape
My fiance purchased my engagement ring for me because I wanted it from Agape. However, I feel so embarrassed and ashamed to show my ring because I feel like it's fake . It's like I can't enjoy my engagement the constant reminder every time I look at my hand and when someone ask to see my ring. I contacted Agape they said they sale real diamonds told them the ring I have but they insist on me giving them my order number when I do not have it because my fiance purchased bthe ring. It does not give you an option to buy a earth grown diamond only a stimulated diamond. My fiance insist this diamond is real when seeing and reading about the stimulated diamond after I received the ring I know it's fake. So tired of seeing this advertisement everywhere.I wish I could return this ring and get our money back so I can have a real diamond. I never could imagine that the last time I get married that I'll have a fake diamond on my hand.

NO INTEGRITY with this company!
NO INTEGRITY with this company! They have "cameras" that video returns! Lol...seriously? Anyone can open a package, replace it and video it being reopened! Fools! My husband purchased a ring as a surprise for me at nearly $3,000. Not realizing it was just a CZ, they were contacted within 30 minutes after opening the package and sent it immediately back!, (only after several emails to get a RA#) Sent it back overnight signature required. Then they claim a tag was missing, in sending a video of them opening a package is proof. Don't make me laughing! I personally know the postmaster of where the ring was mailed back. I seen exactly how it was wrapped. And it was not wrapped like in the video that was sent to us. And I have proof from postmaster and employee who wrapped package. This company is a scam, my husband should have read the reviews and complaints with the ComplaintsBoard.com. You can look online and search out many many complaints against this company. They claim to have a 30-day money-back no-questions-asked hassle-free return. So now they claim a tag was missing, so this "jewelry" company is such a sham, they are stooping to any means to renege on refunds based on their false claims. This ring was never worn! And after reading many complaints about purchases made by consumers, thinking about their 30-day no-hassle return, what sense does that make? What customer would buy an expensive piece of jewelry and not wear it to see if they liked it? If you bought a pair of earrings wouldn't you see how they fit? Wouldn't you see if they look good? If so how could you return them if you didn't like them if tags are taken off? This is a ridiculous policy. I feel sorry for those who bought earrings and can't return them. Call the consumer protection in your state, and filed complaints against this company for fraudulent practices!

Misleading Marketing and Fake Diamonds: My Disappointing Experience with Agape Diamonds
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Agape Diamonds. I mean, I thought I was getting a real deal on a lab-grown diamond, but it turns out that their marketing is pretty misleading. I'm not exactly an expert on diamonds or anything, but even I could tell that something was off when the stone fell out of my engagement ring after just a few months.
So, I took it to a jeweler to get it fixed up, and that's when I found out that the stone was actually made of some kind of weird, unidentifiable material. The jeweler said it was probably CZ, which is basically just a fancy way of saying "fake diamond." Needless to say, I was pretty upset. I mean, I thought I was getting a good deal on a lab-grown diamond, but it turns out that I was just getting ripped off.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone looking for a quality diamond. Their marketing is super misleading, and their products are clearly not up to par. If you're looking for a real diamond, I would suggest going somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be much better off in the long run.
Terrible Experience with Agape Diamonds: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service
I can't believe how terrible my experience was with Agape Diamonds. Their 30 day return policy is a complete joke. I mean, cutting a string is not the same as cutting a tag, right? How am I supposed to try on a ring without actually trying it on? It's just ridiculous. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It was absolutely horrible.
I thought I was buying a lab manufactured diamond for my girlfriend, but when she took it to a jeweler, he said it was just glass. Can you believe that? My girlfriend was so angry, and I don't blame her one bit. It's just not right.
Honestly, I think all of the employees at Agape should be sent to jail for theft. It's just disgusting how they can take advantage of people like this. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away from them if you value your money and your sanity.
Disappointing Experience with Agape Diamonds: Beware of Their Return Policy
I recently bought a ring from Agape Diamonds and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the experience. I took off the security tag because it was a gift, but I still kept it just in case. When I received the ring, it was nothing like what they advertised. So, I called them up to return it and get my money back. But guess what? They wouldn't take it back because I took off the security tag. What kind of policy is that?
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from these people. If I had the option, I wouldn't even give them one star. You're better off going to a vending machine and buying a ring. At least you'll be happier with it.
Overall, my experience with Agape Diamonds was a huge disappointment. Their return policy is ridiculous and their products are not what they claim to be. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Disappointing Quality: My Experience with Agape Diamonds' Lab Created Diamond Ring
I recently purchased a ring from Agape Diamonds for around $2500. I wanted to treat myself to something nice and thought a lab created diamond would be a good option. At first, the ring was stunning and caught everyone's attention. However, after only three months of wear, the diamond started to look fake and cloudy. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the diamond and regretted my decision to purchase a lab created one.
Although Agape Diamonds offers free cleaning services, I am not comfortable with shipping the ring back to them every time it starts to lose its shine. It seems like the diamond loses its luster very quickly and I don't want to have to constantly send it back for cleaning. It's frustrating to spend so much money on something that doesn't last very long.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing a lab created diamond from Agape Diamonds. While the initial appearance may be impressive, the quality quickly deteriorates and it's not worth the investment. I wish I had gone with a natural diamond instead.
Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience with Agape Diamonds
I recently made a purchase from Agape Diamonds and opted for overnight delivery. I placed my order on a Saturday and was aware that it might not arrive until Monday. However, Monday came and went, and so did Tuesday, without any sign of my package. I was starting to get worried and decided to reach out to the company to inquire about my order.
To my disappointment, the customer service representative I spoke with was not very helpful. They told me that it was not their problem and that I should have paid for Fed X delivery. I was taken aback by their lack of concern for my situation. After all, I had paid for a service that was not rendered, and I felt that they should have been more understanding.
I asked for a refund, but they refused to give me one. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Agape Diamonds. Their customer service was non-caring and unhelpful, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
Overall, I would not recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone looking for a reliable and caring company to do business with. Their lack of concern for their customers is unacceptable, and I believe that there are better options out there.
Disappointing Experience with Agape Diamonds: Simulated Stones and Misleading Gold Stamps
I recently purchased a ring from Agape Diamonds and I have to say, I was disappointed with my experience. While their website is well-written and easy to navigate, I found that the product I received did not live up to my expectations.
One of the main selling points of Agape Diamonds is that their lab-created diamonds are indistinguishable from natural diamonds. While this is technically true, it's important to note that the rings they sell actually come with a simulated stone. This means that the stone is not a lab-created diamond, but rather a cubic zirconia or moissanite.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the ring I received was not actually 14k gold, despite being stamped as such. My jeweler informed me that the ring was actually more akin to costume jewelry, which was a major letdown.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Agape Diamonds to do their research and manage their expectations accordingly. While their website may make it seem like you're getting a high-quality product, the reality may be quite different.
Disappointing Experience with Agape Diamonds: Lack of Transparency and Misleading Product Description
I recently bought a pair of earrings and a necklace from Agape Diamonds, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I decided to make the purchase based on the product description and the included appraisal, but when I received my items, they didn't match up with what was advertised. I felt like I had been misled, and when I asked for a specific appraisal for the pieces I had bought, they refused to give it to me.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, they accused me of defamation. I couldn't believe it! All I wanted was for them to represent their products accurately and honestly. It's not like I was making anything up - I was simply telling the truth about my experience.
Overall, I would not recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone looking to purchase jewelry. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide specific appraisals for their products is a major red flag. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy jeweler, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Agape Diamonds Review: Beautiful, Affordable, and Ethical Jewelry, But Website Frustrations
When I finally got my hands on the money to purchase my dream wedding set from Agape Diamonds, I was excited to see that it was still on my wish list. However, when I went to purchase it, I was disappointed to see that the price had gone up for Christmas. The website gave me a lot of trouble, and it took me forever to place my order. I wish that Agape Diamonds had separate pages for wedding sets instead of just engagement rings. It was difficult to find the search icon because it was buried in an ad and barely visible. To make matters worse, my cart amount didn't add up to what was actually in my cart, and it took a lot of time to figure out the issue. Overall, I found the website to be slow and frustrating.
I have ordered from Agape Diamonds before and didn't have these issues, so I'm guessing it was just the high volume of Christmas shoppers using the website. Despite the issues, I am still happy with my purchase. The diamonds are stunning and look just like the real thing. I love that they are lab-created, which means they are ethical and sustainable. The customer service was also great, and they were able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Agape Diamonds to anyone looking for beautiful, affordable, and ethical diamond jewelry.
Agape Diamonds Review: Poor Quality and Untrustworthy Business Practices
I recently had an experience with Agape Diamonds and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I decided to purchase a ring from them for $1100, but when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the band. It looked cheap and poorly constructed, and I knew it wouldn't last long with regular wear and tear. I compared the ring to the photos on their website and it was clear that the actual ring did not live up to the advertised quality.
I tried the ring on and immediately knew that I had to return it. I contacted Agape Diamonds and informed them of my intention to return the ring. I made sure to include all the necessary documents in the box and sent it back to them. However, to my surprise, they refused to refund me the money because I had removed a small plastic band that was included with the ring. I found this to be a weak excuse and a clear attempt to continue their scam.
I urge anyone considering purchasing from Agape Diamonds to do their research first. Check out their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website before making any decisions. I wish I had done so before making my purchase. It's clear that they are not a trustworthy company and their products do not live up to their advertised quality. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Agape Diamonds at all costs.
Refund policy
May 29th. I purchased 1.0 career earrings. They quality was not anywhere near the reviews. $595 and they were glass. I had them in my possession for one hour . Sept $20 and shipped them back with extra insurance. Agape will not refund them because I tried them on. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality . I believe the customer should be 100 % satisfied . Now I’m stuck with $595 earrings that are worth $30. Do not purchase
Desired outcome: I want a refund for $595.
I received an item that I never ordered
I received an item that I never ordered. Never even heard of this company. I found a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement from this company for $588.00. The date on the statement was 6/20. I reported it to the credit card company. They have issued me a new card. Today, (6/29) I received a package via FedEx with a pair of earrings. The order # is XXXXXXXXX. I did not order them. I do not want them. I sent an email to Agape Diamonds explaining that I never placed an order with them and that I would be returning them. I asked them to let me know if the address on the packing slip was where I should return them. I got an email with a link to open an account. I did not and will not click on that link. So far I have not gotten an email telling me the correct address to return the item. After receiving this package, I called my credit card company explaining what happened and that I was going to return the item. I wanted them to be aware of what was happening. Could you please advise. Thank you.

Last April, I ordered a set of wedding rings from Agape Diamonds, which was financed by Affirm. I made the first payment of $191.07 to Affirn; but months have gone by and I never received the rings never came toy door. When I contacted Agape Diamonds, a representative told me that the rings got returned to them and now, it's outside the window of cancelation because I asked for the order to be canceled. I just need them to let Affirm know the order has been canceled, so I can get my money back.
I ordered earrings from the website. Before ordering I saw 30 day money back guarantee in large letters on the website. I received the earrings and tried them on. They were too large and heavy for my recently resewn and repierced earlobes. I contacted Agape via email within 12 hours of opening my package requesting a return. They responded asking if the security tags were still on the earrings which they never were. Four days later they sent me a video of a person putting a security tag on the post of some earrings. I was told they cannot resell these unworn earrings without this security tag and that the earrings have to be melted down for some reason. I never saw a security tag on these earrings. I went back and forth with emails and they said I misunderstood their policy and I could exchange the earrings. I dont want other earrings. I want to return the earrings and have my money credited back as stated on their website 30 day money back guarantee. I have read many other complaints
The company is a scam on every level. They use the website "labgrowndiamonds" which is complete false advertising and create "polices" to justify theft from consumers. I was sold a product advertised as a lab grown diamond. After going to a jeweler to get it resized we learn that the product was not lab grown diamond but made of a glass like material which can not conduct heat, therefore can not be resized. They also confirmed that the company does not trademark their rings to avoid any type of legal responsibility and that this is a common scam they see. I confirmed this with a second jewelry store. I am sure they are well prepared both legally and strategically to deal with angry customers and I expect a reply mentioning policies and signed agreements. Therefore I am almost positive I will never get a refund.
about three monts ago I purchased what I was led to believe was a lab created diamond from agape diamonds. I was billed first two payments because it took a long time to arrive. When I received it I was very disappointed because it was very cheap looking and the chain was greatly enlarged in the ad picture. I carefully read the return policy before I purchased so I knew to not remove the security tag and to return asap. I noticed the tag looked like it had already been removed but I carefully packed it and sent it back. It was immediately returned to me claiming I had removed the tag and they would not issue a refund because they claimed I "had glued tag back together" which I had not. Even claimed they had security video of them opening the box (which is easy for them to claim as they make their own security footage as they go) This company has over 58 complaints for misleading language, dishonest practices and other legitimate concerns, That many people can't be wrong. They need to be shut down, and fined. They use the security tag issue to force a sale of a item worth nearly nothing for exorbitant prices. I am sure this is the only way they can make a sale of an item worth about $50.00 to $100.00 for around $900.00 I returned the necklace in a quick manner even though they delayed sending the requested return label and did NOT remove the security tag. They claim the security tag is an issue because they cant sell an item after someone has worn it but in reality every piece of jewelry they sell that has been returned is used because it has to be tried on. They force a sale by claiming customer removed security tag. In my case they claim I glued tag back together. I want a full refund for this item and this company needs to be shut down or investigated to protect other consumers. They are very slick in their language and techniques to sell hugely over priced items for exorbitant prices and forcing a sale
The diamond ring I received was not as described
The diamond ring I received was not as described. I was unhappy with ring. I returned the product now the company is refusing to give a full refund. I purchased a ring from Agape Jewelry on 9/13 as a 22nd anniversary gift for my wife. After receiving the ring, I noticed the quality was not what I expected. I have a diamond tester and checked the ring and all of the diamonds were tested as a simulated diamond. As a result of the diamond quality, I received an authorization to return the ring on 10/8. I returned the ring. The company is now refusing to give me a full refund and only offering merchandise credit. I advised the company that a merchandise credit is not acceptable as I am unhappy with the quality of the jewelry. I have attached my return receipt along with the UPS tracking number showing the product was returned. This company does not have a live representative to discuss customer service concerns only via email which is very frustrating when trying to explain a dispute. As of today, the company has both the ring and my money which is unacceptable. I am seeking a full refund of the ring purchase price.

I had selected a ring that I liked from Agape Diamonds and had given the information to my fiance. In 2020, he purchased the ring to propose to me. We were both under the impression that the diamond was a lab-grown diamond (at least that is what they were advertised as). The very first time I wore my ring a few days back to back, the diamond on my ring got very dull. I wrote immediately to Agape and they said they will have the stone replaced for me. In my email I mentioned that I thought lab-grown diamonds had the same resilience and characteristics as a natural diamond. In their response they never corrected me and went on about the quality of their stones. I was under the impression that our stone possibly was flawed and that after the replacement all will be good. Nope! All has not been good. Back to the same issue again. It is to the point that they don't even respond to my fiance and I anymore. If I knew this was simulated diamond, we would've never gotten this ring.
I ordered a pair of simulated diamond earrings set in 14k white gold from Agape diamonds. I paid for them and they were to be sent signature required. I waited all day and they were never delivered. Fedex guy admitted he signed my name to my package. I told the company they were never delivered, they don't care and were not willing to help in any way. They should have at least gotten involved with FEDEX because delivery instructions were not followed. Complete fraud. No customer service, just hate it it is your problem. People should not spend their money with these people. Who can afford to spend $500 and never receive their merchandise? Yes I contacted the company on numerous occasions. They do not care.
This order was accidentally placed by my kids for a school mate. I called over 60 times no one ever answers, I emailed them multiple times to cancel the order. THEY EVEN CONFIRMED THE CANCELATION SEE ATTECHED PHOTO. I dont want the ring, I don't need the ring I am already married HAPPILY MARRIED. Then I get an email that's its been shipped!?!?! I've checked every inbox, spam, junk folder I have. I don't want this ring call FedEx and tell them to bring it back to you. I want whatever payment that was setup canceled and refunded. KEEP YOUR RING! HOW DO YOU TELL SOMEONE YOU'VE CANCELLED THERE ORDER THEN STILL SEND AND CHARGE THEM FOR IT? FRAUDULENT!
I purchased what I thought was a white gold ring and upon receiving it and only wearing it for one day, the ring turned yellowish in color. I immediately reached out to the company and advised of the issue. I was promised a return label which was delayed due to a supposed covid outbreaks at their company. After many requests I received the label electronically along with an apology for the delay. When I received the ring back after they claimed it was redipped, the ring turned pink. I sent an email advising them, they offered to replace it and I declined instead requested a refund and Agape refused. There were two delays and I have all of my communications with them. The price of this item is 1300.00. Please advise if you will be able to assist me. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Thank you.
Company refusing return, despite "100% Refund Guarantee" claims
Company refusing return, despite "100% Refund Guarantee" claims. I'm attempting to return this item consistent with the return policy here: ==== We want you to shop in confidence knowing that we understand that although our jewelry is manufactured with the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, sometimes you may need to return your purchase. That's why we offer a Risk Free 30-Day Money Back Guarantee! Our goal is your complete satisfaction and we take pride in exceeding your expectations. We want to make sure that your purchase is just right, so in the unlikely event that you need to return it, just let us know and we will also provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label, to ensure that your return process is seamless and easy. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in new and unworn condition and not damaged in any way and to return it in the original packaging, with all the certificates that were included with your purchase. ==== However the merchant is refsing the return because a sticker was removed from the earings, as it customary to do when giving a gift. The earrings look like plastic instead of diamonds, so we wish to return the item. The item is completely unused and in the original packaging with all of the certificates and items stated clearly on this page in the image attached.

I purchased a ring from them in 4 within a month 1st stone fell out and I paid to replace it. By January second stone fell out and no one will get back to me. I have contacted them every month since. I paid 1000.00 for a ring to lose 2 stones in less then a year which I find ridiculous! Web site says they will not refund but will exchange however they don't answer phones or return emails. The ring is worthless quality! I'm enclosing my first return slip and last email to them.
I bought a ring that I thought was a lab created diamond. The website advertises them to be a diamond sales company. Had the ring tested after it was cleaned and it was proven to not be a real diamond. Nor was it a lab grown diamond, which would test as a real diamond. They have an unfair return policy of 30 days after initial purchase. After that, no returns for refunds. And I want to return the ring and receive my money back.
FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE. They do in fact falsely lead buyers to believe the diamonds are lab made. Everybody knows what a lab made diamond is by definition but nobody knows about the legal differentiation between lab made diamonds and diamond simulant. Its not very hard to elaborate on the differences. If nobody has ever purchased a lab made diamond and see the appealing prices on the low end of their products, they would never realize the difference. Like the other complaints this almost seems intentional. I tried to return the item but they would not allow it. I naturally opened the box and removed the necklace to try it on and test it. Of course it did not pass so I repacked and sent it back to them. They did not accept because the chain was knotted and the item was removed from the box. I didn't realize it when I sent it out but was amazed when it took me 2 minutes to unknot it. Surely it wouldn't have been much of a task for a jeweler to unknot it.
I want to start off by saying that I am very disappointed to discover after six months of having my engagement ring that is listed as a "Lab Created Diamond'' is in fact the stones are CZ in the engagement ring as well as the "free" 2ct Diamond studs that came with that purchase. How we made this discovery was that we noticed my ring was missing a stone and we wanted to get it repaired at a local jeweler and they test the diamonds prior to cleaning and the stone reader had no reaction and the jeweler informed us that the stones were CZ and that if they were Lab created they would have gotten some type of reading , and told us we needed to contact the seller immediately, I am very disappointed and would like a refund of the total sale due to fraudulent advertisement along with fraudulent certificates that states authenticity of your products being "lab created diamonds" no where on your website does state CZ diamonds
I purchased a pair of 1.5 ct diamond stud (round) earrings for my significant other online from Agape Diamonds
I purchased a pair of 1.5 ct diamond stud (round) earrings for my significant other online from Agape Diamonds . I purchased a pair of 1.5 ct round diamond stud earrings for $549.15 from Agape on 12-10-2019 and received them on 12-12-2019 via FedEx and open the box and when I saw them I immediately called the company to ask if they were real and the customer service lady said NO they are fake man made and I told her that I didn't want them and I was sending them back for a full refund and she gave me a RA #XXXX-XXXX and I sent them back in the original pkg unworn with tags intact the same day 4 hrs later via UPS Next day costing me $63 dollars and it was delivered 12/13 signed by Gallagher. On Tuesday I got an email from the company stating that I wasn't due a refund becuz the return policy was violated which is a total lie. I am a senior citizen and I don't have $549.15 to let a fraudulent company take my hard earned money when I followed their return policy to the letter and I think they should refund money and shipping cost of $63.00. I would have never bought these if I had known they were fake and they would play games with customers who return product for refunds and their website doesn't clearly stated the diamonds are not real and are fake man made. I have all my receipts and bank statement and correspondence and shipping documents from UPS. I am also going to contact the FTC and file a formal complaint and have contacted my USAA bank to report them for fraud and unfair business practices and the Consumer Protection Agency about this company.

I purchased a pair of earrings from this vendor. They are not as advertised, so I immediately returned the merchandise. They are not refunding me. I purchased a pair of earrings from this vendor. They are not as advertised, so I immediately returned the merchandise. They are not refunding me my money and are instead sending the item back to me saying that a "security tag" was cut. It was not cut and I have photos, clearly this is just a scam. I do NOT want the item back. I want a full refund.
Hi I recently made a purchase from Agape Diamonds, not realizing the item was simulated open the box my fiance tried it put it back. After reviewing paperwork realizing it was synthetic. Reached out to company they said because tag was cut the return policy was void. I did no tampering what so ever. After speaking to local Jeweler's there's no reason for denying my return other than unethical business practices I'm not a rich man this is very important for my future please help just want my money back thank you for your time and God bless.
Bought a necklace for my wife. It is advertised as diamond. Realized it was fake. Wanted to return it. They refused because we simply detached the tags to try it on for less than a minute.
Per advertisement that they sell lab grown diamond engagement rings and jewelry, my spouse and visited Agape Diamonds website diamondslabcreated.com. We made a purchase after review of ring descriptions. Agape described the clarity, color, and carat weight of the ring in a manner that led us to believe they were interchanging the words for the product they offer. It listed the stone as VVS, with color and clarity rating, plus offers certificate. We continued to go back and forth under ring descriptions believing we were making a purchase to substitute price of natural diamonds as lab grown. Under the ring it advertised 30 day return satisfaction guaranteed. Purchased May 1. Received May 7th Wore May 9th, removed May 11 because I noticed it was not as described. Tag removed. Agape Diamonds indicated no refund. I explained the problem and am now being offered lab grown. I don't trust them. They misled with verbiage under the jewelry using terms to describe diamonds.

False advertising (bait and switch) Agape's html reads, *** when on their education page they list they sell simulated
False advertising (bait and switch) Agape's html reads, *** when on their education page they list they sell simulated diamonds. Synthetic diamonds and simulated diamonds are not the same things. According to several local jewelers, the strict definition of synthetic is diamonds is they are laboratory-grown diamonds, laboratory-created diamonds, cultured diamonds, or cultivated diamonds. They have the same properties as a real diamond albeit grown by Mother Nature. Simulated diamonds, on the other hand, do not have the same properties and only simulate a diamond's appearance. These are cubic zircons and moissanites, Only when the customer clicks on their education tab or researches further does it explain the difference. So, as you can clearly see, Agape gives a false first impression of their product via their web address. Agape's html address misleads customers to believe they sell synthetic diamonds. What Agape is doing is called bait and switch. The html address is the first impression of the sale as stated before. I am uploading a screen print of the web address for the BBBs' records. My spouse and I almost purchased a ring from Agape. Fortunately, we didn't because we read their ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, how their ComplaintsBoard.com reps responded to the complaints, and we then completed further research based on customer statements. I am flabbergasted that the company responded to complaints saying they never mislead customers on how the diamonds were created when it clearly shows the company has implied laboratory created in their html address. In addition, they have further asked the ComplaintsBoard.com to remove the customer complaints. No one in their right mind would do business with a company that operates this way, especially when a potential customer reads a complaint that states the company says their creation process is patented and proprietary and their simulated diamonds are not cubic. And, when the complaining customer took them to be appraised the jeweler stated it was cz and the company refused to return the item. Disgusting business practice. I am asking that the ComplaintsBoard.com thoroughly review this complaint. I am also filing a complaint with the sttate attorney general.

It is simply not acceptable that this company is allowed to mislead people with Semantics!
It is simply not acceptable that this company is allowed to mislead people with Semantics!. Simulated is easily equated to "lab made" inAgape's pitch! Agape diamonds is incredibly deceitful in the way they present their products. I am a frequent buyer online and not easily fooled. Agape diamonds leaves no question in the buyers mind that they are getting a lab made diamond. CubicZirconium is Never mentioned anywhere in their sales pitch so there's no reason to think that you would ever receive one. Their whole ad consist of talking up the environmentall Conscientiousness of purchasing a lab made diamond as opposed to one that requires mining and environmental disruption. They completely lead you down the path of wanting to buy a lab made diamond by explaining that it is just as hard and just as beautiful and very difficult to distinguish from a real diamond. So the buyer is sold on all of this and purchases their product. Only to find out That they also sell cubic zirconium's and that is what you receive. How incredibly disappointing that is for the first time buyer of a lab and a diamond who thinks they are doing some thing responsible. Their whole ad is geared to make you feel confident that they are a good company and white to provoke the environmental cause while providing a beautiful product. If they had mentioned cubic zirconium even Once in their presentation I would not own one of their rings today. I went to have my ring size at a reputable jeweler and they instantly informed me that my Diamond was a cubic zirconium. This company is willfully and knowingly deceitful unless you are well-versed in the purchasing of lap made diamonds. It's hard for me to believe that any company in the U.S. can still operate this way and get away with it. I liked the ring so much in its design that I will be going to a much more reputable company to purchase an environmentally responsible lab made diamond to replace the essentially worthless one they sold me. Money is NOT the issue for me... so I'm not looking for a refund. I just wish changes could be made so this company is not allowed to be so deceitful. I will spread the word of how awful they are and I will purchase my lab made diamond boots on the ground! That means in person at a reputable dealer!

Their website says FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED, YOU CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ORDER WITHIN (30) DAYS . They lied. From: Agape Diamonds Sent: Monday, September 23, XXXX X:XX AM To: *** Cc: *** Subject: Re: ***, Order # *** Hi *** Please understand the return policy states "All we ask is that you return the merchandise in new and unworn condition, without any damage and that it's returned in original packaging with all the certificates" There was no earrings included in the box, therefore, all the merchandise was NOT included. Also the return policy clearly states "returned in original packaging" This item include a tag that clearly stated "If tag is removed, NON-REFUNDABLE" in the original packaging, This item was received with no tag attached, no earring included, and very worn. The return instructions were NOT met and this item will NOT be accepted as a return. We package under security footage which reflects how the package is shipped, with all items above. Are return instructions are very clear and as a high ticket jewelry item if these instructions were not met, a return will not be authorized. I have retained an attorney: From: *** Sent: Monday, September 23 10:19:03 AM To: Agape Diamonds Cc: *** Subject: RE: ***, Order # *** What do you expect the customer to do for 30 days? Not wear them? What kind of warranty is this? If it only covers damage immediately recognizable when the box is opened, why does the customer need 30 days? And if this is true " Although our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence in craftsmanship, we realize that sometimes you may have to return your purchase", then why do you only stand behind your products for 30 days? This is an illusory warranty at best- and most likely fraud in the inducement. You are lulling your customers into believing they can purchase your items without fear and that is not true. Your expectation is that your customer wear the ring for 30 days WITH THE TAG ON? This is ridiculous and serves no purpose. Put another tag on when it is returned. Get another box. You will not be able to reuse this ring anyway because the diamonds are of poor quality. She did not change her mind upon seeing it- they are defective. Ms *** realized she did not include the earrings with her return. She will do so immediately. The stones in the ring are not of " the highest standards of quality and excellence in craftsmanship" and she is demanding a full refund. Please respond or provide the name of your corporate lawyer so that I am able to discuss this in more detail.
