Suddenly we received a What'sApp message saying our above mentioned flight has been moved to 6 JAN 2024 without any explanation, refund, compensation, notice or courtesy. What a shock, as we have health urgency and family matters to attend to.
But be sure we are very shocked and disappointed with this kind of service, and if our flights are changed to Jan. 6, we may resort to social media to resolve our case.
We already paid for the tickets and we have no plans to have the dates changed. The ticketting agent charged for the service and we have no way of getting a refund. We do not want to change dates as we have urgent needs to attend to . medical health needs and family matters.
The three documents are attached for your references showing the booking, flight dates and schedule, ticketing agent and payment.

We have been flying AA for about 20 years since its inception in the early days of 2000s, and we have kept regular flights with AA in this region. At least AA please have the professional courtesy to discuss this with your customers before you make a unilateral decision because it in unfair, unprofessional and unbusinesslike.
We hope this is not true, that this is a hoax. But what a shock. We pray and hope that is can be settled immediately so that we do not have to worry about this as we have and shall have urgent medical needs and family matters to attend to.
Desired outcome: At least if you have to we might agree to an earlier date say Jan.2 2024 if you let us know ahead of time and let us decide because we pay for your service and as paying customers we deserve to be treated with courtesy and fairness.
