Cabin crew did not respond to call for Snacks to be paid by us and as a result one of the Passenger Miss Shenaya Muzarin fell sick and vomitted several times onboard and after landing due to this very bad service by the Air India Express crew as she did not have breakfast in the morning.

I am Neerja Singh and have travelled from Mumbai to Sharjah on the 4th June and baggage allowance was 20kg so I booked an add on of 10 kgs 2 days prior from the website and it said can do the payment at the counter and I turn up at the counter it says it is not showing anything in their system from their end and the front desk were not at all cooperative and were very rude saying if you have booked why it is not showing here, how would I know why it is not showing? I had to pay a huge amount of Rs 18900 and the staff were smiling as if it is a small amount. I requested them so many times to please check and help me out but no help what do ever. If I knew something of this sort will happen I would have taken a screenshot of my add on and kept. If your system doesn’t work properly online for the add on, does that mean I need to pay this huge amount from my pocket. How would I know why it was not reflecting in your system. I had to struggle to get my international card working and run to atm for withdrawing the money as they would not take my card for payment. Absolutely rude and non cooperative staff at the Mumbai airport. I request to please check what went wrong and please refund my money. Rs 18900 is not a small amount for me.Thanks

This is in reference to the refund of PNR no Y6HEA3. I had made a request for the same on 18-May-23, as per your refund policy, it should have been processed within 14 days of my request. However, it has now been 29 days and I have not received the amount. I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but did not receive any proper response or update.

And I have already requested you to issue a refund invoice so that I can track my payment status.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a refund payment along with a refund charge which you’re deducted from my initial payment.

On 2nd of June 2023 I tried to make a booking from Tiruchirapalli to Dubai on Air India express website and flight no - IX 611 on travel date 09-06.2023 ,

The transaction & Booking was successfully completed , but no ticket issued and amount of Dirhams was deducted from my ENBD credit card AED 865.88.

After waiting I contacted abu dhabi air india express office that they confirm there is any booking done in the passenger name

( details below) ,.

Plz advice and refund my deducted amount asap.

All details mentioned in the attached email communication.

1. Booking confirmed for AirIndia Express ticket for my son Mr. Bilal Abdussamed through Flightnetwork, travelling from CNN to Doha, Qatar (PNR FBS90O), on 05/06/2023.

2. I have entered AirIndia Express site using above PNR and tried to find out availability of flight and Fare of 27.05.2023 without paying difference amount or confirming date (not completed process).

3. On the day of travel, checked from Flightnetwork and confirmed the date of travel is 05.06.2023, after chat with online assistance. Meanwhile, in Air India Express system shows no data and the ticket was confirm to travel on 27.05.2023, without any payment of extra charge.

4. My son compelled to take a new ticket to travel to Doha by AirIndia Express.

We need assistance with the refund status / refund processing back to the original payment method for the following reservation:

Hi I travel abu dhabi to mangalore, terminal 1a,27 may 2023,0.20 time, counter no16, in ticket counter there is some issue with counter person, he did some percerlity with some most of the bachelor's, I talking about extra baggage charges. I have only 2 kg more means 30+2 he just tell me pay about the change I payed, but my next person have more then 8kg he allows.. So what is perpose he doing like this.. This is very bag thing with customers... I always travel in air india express... Please correct it sir.. This is my request with u.. Thank you

25th Apr 2023 we are booked singapore to trichy PNR No XVI3JY. Flight no IX685. And we are seleceted seat no 1D, 1E, 1F and already paid each seat 1200INR. And 11 may 2023 we are added 10kg extra luggage and paided 2036INR. Singapore check in time 07.58pm. how come the counter officer changed seat no 18C, 19C and 19D. How come they changed paid seat for himself. They refund is 2700INR. We will already paid each seat 1200INR. We need to claim 3600INR.

Last mins they changed seat how? I am not statified for this kind of issue.

I have each ever page screenshot until departure flight.

I booked a ticket from Singapore to trichy 2 way for 2 pax

They mentioned 24 hour before customer has to do add on services or any changes before 24 hour their website problem, next day morning I call customer support they said why not you email me before 24 hour but the reason is exact email details cannot mentioned on their website. Only they given whatsapp chat, that whatsapp chat also not a human its a AI service. for this AI cannot do anything. so I explain all to that customer support whom talk to me they simply said I cannot do anything. what is the service you provided to customer better my suggestion is don't do service stop your service.

IT's a very very very worst service

Flight departure time is on 4th April 12.05 pm from Dubai to Trivandrum.We reached the airport on 9.30 then its showing delay on 10hours and 40 minutes. We didn't receive any message or mail. This is very bad experience from Air India Express. Atleast just send a notification through message or mail. U people are making difficulties to the customers.

The airlines and its customer support sucks big time! Nobody helps! We were looking to reschedule our flight but there was no proper system in place. We could not see what the change in fare is or anything! We would have selected a cheaper option if we could see the different fares for rescheduling for every date available! Air india express charged us 400+ SGD extra for the tickets! Will never go with air india again!

The customer care was a loser named Dhanush.

He was rude and closed the case without even helping.

I have booked a ticket with air India express with the Confirmation number: DIZG8U. I received an official message that the flight was cancelled by Air India Express. But there is no confirmation about the refund, even after sending mail to customer support. I never received any respond from them. So please take my case on priority and arrange to refund my money back.

WORST Airline ever, they have messed us about, they had not let us board the flight at 5:30am because they said that our visa wasn’t valid but they were because we had plenty of evidence to prove it and had just ignored any emails that we had to prove that our visas were valid to use after Covid yet we were just ignored and told to speak to a manager that would arrive in 6 HOURS because they couldn’t do anything, when they didn’t even try to help much and spent most of their time preparing and helping staff for the flight that we were supposed to be on! We wait all those hours making us miss out flight, for the manager to not show up at all?! We end up waiting longer as they rebook out flight and confirm that our visas are valid. We ask for a hotel and compensation for this yet they did not provide that saying that all hotels are booked and we couldn’t receive compensation we ended up having to pay £100+ for a hotel last minute as well as 30-50 AED to the hotel and back, TWICE. This was a huge waste of money and time which we could’ve used to enjoy an extra day in Dubai. Being Indian myself I thought that this would have been an amazing flight to be on and experience yet we suffer the opposite and now I will VOW to NEVER go anywhere near this airline again. Me, my husband and my 2 young children have been heavily affected and exhausted by the easily solvable problems that the airline has put us through. We had to sleep on uncomfortable seats and even the floor for 12 hours. We came to our hotel so sleep deprived that we slept for 13 hours straight, something the airline could have provided for us being such a huge and well-known airline yet they were lazy and careless to not do that.

Today I booked this flight service from Singapore to trichy.
Delayed 9.45pm to 11.45am.
Again delay 11.45pm to 3pm.
I never see before this type of worst service.
All the kids and women are very suffered. I not recommend to using this service all in future any air trips. Worst customer service also.
How Air India compensate to us for our time and money.

Myself, Anumol Binoy, had booked my flight tickets from TRV TO MCT on 27.01.2023 (flight number - IX - 549. Flight was supposed to departure fron Trivandrum airport at 10.35 am and I had travelled more than 260 kms from my hometown to TRV airport and reached by 7 am in the morning.

That time only I came to knw that the flight is delayed by 3 hours. They didnt give a prior notice about the same.

My health condition was not good, and I was sitting in airport from 7.30 am till 1.30 pm... till flight depart from there...

I had an emergency meeting here in oman and I couldnt reach for the same only because of Air india express.

I never experience this situation with any other Air ways.

I was taking physiotherapy treatment now for the lower back pain which is started as a result of prolonged sitting and strain I faced today.

Kindly go through the same and do necessary action for the same.. and I am planning to file a complaint for compensation... for the same.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I'm having difficulties with online payment for the tickets I'm trying to buy.

I've tried out VISA, Mastercard (debit card and credit card) yesterday (11.01) and today (12.01) but in the end I see that payment failed. Then I got the message "fraud detection". I can see that now it may look like a scheme, but I didn't get a chance to pay with my card for the first time.

I've written to your messanger on Facebook, nothing.

Could you help me, please?

The case is urgent, as it is only one part of my whole itinerary.

My booking in the Air India Express was from Mangalore to Dubai ticket number - TWKJII and later to London with different airline connection. During the check in of the Air India Express at Mangalore International Airport, I was denied the boarding pass in the last moment of the flight departure and reason was given that I don’t have the Dubai transit visa. Due to which I could not attend the important company meetings held at London and entire expenses of to and fro of my flight charges to London via Dubai is lost.

However, in the Air India Express it says as United Kingdom travellers or European Union with a minimum validity period of six months need not apply for the transit visa. Therefore my question here is, since I had a valid UK visa for six months, why was I denied boarding the flight at the last moment and created confusions by the Air India Express airline authorities at the Mangalore International airport. They also enquiring whether my next flight was in the night and when I said them that it just 2 hours layover to my next flight, they started creating another story telling that I should have six months duration of UK visa considering from the day of departure of the flight. How would anyone get a UK visa on the day of departure? I think they were making up a story so that I can push my booked tickets to another date for some reason.

When I called the customer support of Air India Express, I was not given any support rather the women responded very rudely. The airline has extremely unsupported staff.

The flight number IX814 departure from Dubai International airport to Mangalore Airport on 17 September 2022 at 17.30

The total expense of the flight is about 1165 £ (pounds) equivalent to 107,515.2 rupees.

Please consider this issue at the earliest and provide the total cost of my flight charges which I lost due to miscommunications by the flight authorities at the airport. Please take the required measures so that no passengers would be troubled so badly at the last moment of the flight departure.

I want to inform and complaint about the lack of ignorance and awareness of Air India Express counter/boarding staff in Kochi airport, She didn't informed seat no 14/A doesn't have enough leg space which I had paid AED 50/- for extra leg room exit space.

Inside the flight staff informed this flight seat no 14/A doesn't have leg space only available leg space in 15&16 row, unfortunately I had travelled with my knee/joint pain till end of my journey in seat no 14/A.

Air India express is a total fraud.They sold extra tickets and ultimately there was no availability of seats in the flight on 27/02/2022. I don't understand how they sold out the confirmed tickets if there was no seats available. Moreover there was no arrangements made for the passenger. Unfortunately I had to stay overnight at the airport only. Neither they confirmed next booking, nor any arrangements for food or hotel. Pathetic staffs with lot of attitude. Are they running an airline or local bus services. Highly recommended not to make any bookings with them.

Your cancellation policy of a 100% forfeiture of airfare if the travel is canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure, is harsh to passengers who are compelled to cancel their travels owing to COVID restrictions. This is particularly in the face of the fact that the RTPCR test results are invalid after 48 hours of the scheduled time of arrival at many destinations.

I had a booking for my daughter from Mangalore to Muscat today (7 Jan 2022) in IX - 817 (leaving Mangalore at 9-00 AM). The PNR Number is 6T58SW.
I did the RT-PCR on 5th Jan, and got the results on 6th Jan at about 5 PM. As the result was positive, I had to cancel her journey.

As I was compelled to cancel her travel only after receiving the RTPCR report, I lost the window of 24 hours and therefore the entire amount of RS. 53, 000 was forfeited.

As you can imagine, the compulsory change of travels plans owing to COVID issue is agonizing on its own, and the financial penalty imposed by your harsh and arbitrary refund rules adds to the agony of the passengers.

Under the circumstances, I would request you to kindly review your cancellation and refund policy, and allow at least a 12-hour window to cancel and obtain a partial refund, particularly if the travel is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the passenger (e.. g, owing to positive RTPCR test results).

As for my case (PNR 6T58SW), for one passenger, I would request your good self to kindly consider either of the following options:

a) Please issue me an open ticket for the booked sector (Mangalore to Muscat), for the passenger KAUSHIKI GUHA, which she can use to book your flight at a future date.

OR

b) Please issue me a refund, as the travel was cancelled on circumstances beyond my control.
